The inelastic neutron scattering experiment on superionic glass system AgI-AgPO3 have been performed in the energy and momentum transfer range from ? 5 to 15 meV and 0 to 8 Å? 1, respectively by using a time of flight MARI instrument at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, ISIS, UK. The E-dependence of the inelastic data show an excess intensity at low energy around 3 meV, the so-called Boson peak, which increased with the dopant salt. The Q-dependence of the elastic scattering reveals a prepeak at anomalously low Q value around 0.8 Å? 1, which is not observed in the undoped AgPO3 glass. The Q-dependence in the energy region from 1 to 3 meV shows clearly an excess intensity at Q ~ 2.2 Å ? 1compared with the undoped AgPO3. All these features correlate with the increasing mobility of Ag+ ions due to the expansion of the network structure caused by salt doping, which leads to the increase of ionic conductivity. Similar results have also been observed in the corresponding superionic glass system AgI-Ag2S-AgPO3 that was observed by both MARI and NEAT instrument at HMI, Berlin. The results show a universal dynamic behavior in silver phosphate glasses.  相似文献

For the separation of aromatic amines, two types of monodispersed porous polymer resins were prepared by the copolymerization of 2-vinylpyridine and 4-vinylpyridine with divinylbenzene in the presence of template silica gel particles (particle size 5 μm), followed by dissolution of the template silica gel in an alkaline solution. The transmission electron micrographs and the scanning electron micrograph revealed that these templated polymer resins have a spherical morphology with a good monodispersity and porous structure. Using these monodispersed polymer resins, the high-performance liquid chromatographic separation of aromatic amines in the mobile phases of pHs 2.0, 2.9, 4.1, 7.2 and 11.7 were carried out. The 2-vinylpyridine–divinylbenzene copolymer resins showed slightly stronger retentions for aromatic amines than the 4-vinylpyridine–divinylbenzene copolymer resins. Under acidic conditions (around pH 2.0), aniline and the toluidines showed no retention on these copolymer resins due to the repulsion between the cationic forms of these amines and pyridinium cations in the stationary phase, whereas less basic aromatic amines or non-basic acetanilide showed slight retentions. Above pH 4.1, the separation of aromatic amines with these polymer resins showed a typical reversed-phase mode separation. Therefore, the separation patterns of aromatic amines are effectively tunable by changing the pH value of the mobile phases. A good separation of eight aromatic amines was achieved at pH 2.9 using the 2-vinylpyridine–divinylbenzene copolymer resins.  相似文献

A novel multi-functional vertical high shear kneader has been developed and its performance in wet kneading has previously been reported [Watano et al., Chem. Pharm. Bull., 50(3), 341-345 (2002)]. In this study, scale-up of wet kneading in the novel vertical high shear kneader was conducted. Pharmaceutical excipients composed of lactose, cornstarch and micro-crystalline cellulose were used as powder samples. Kneading operations were conducted under various operating conditions and three different vessel scales. The dried pellets were then prepared by extruding the wet kneaded masses through a dome-type extruder and their drying by a fluidized bed. The physical properties such as strength and disintegration time of the dried pellets were evaluated. It was found that the properties of the dried pellets and their scale-up characteristics were well expressed by an agitation power per unit vessel volume and dimensionless Froude number.  相似文献

Polycondensation methods greatly influence the molecular weight distribution of poly(hexamethylene sebacamide) (nylon 610) as determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The ratio of weight average molecular weight to number average molecular weight (Mw/Mn) was used as a measure for estimating the molecular weight distribution. The Mw/Mn ratios of nylon 610 obtained from melt, solid phase, and high temperature polycondensation methods were 2 to 3.5, which were expected values for the most probable distribution. However, those for polymers obtained from the direct polycondensation in the presence of triphenylphosphine, interfacial polycondensation and low temperature polycondensation using an acid chloride varied over a wide range from 3.5 to 8.5. The effect of the kind of organic solvents in the interfacial method on the Mw/Mn ratios was especially large, and the molecular weight distribution could be controlled to some extent by selecting an appropriate solvent.  相似文献

Syntheses and characterization of polymetallosiloxanes by the non-hydrolysis sol-gel process using no metal alkoxides were investigated. The reaction of silicic acid (SA) with MCl4 (M = Ti, Zr) in the molar ratios SA/MCl4 = 0.5–3.0 using a tetrahydrofuran-methanol solvent formed polymetallosiloxane (PMS), which was insoluble in organic solvents regardless of the molar ratio. The PMS was isolated as esterified polymetallosiloxane by esterification with isopropyl alcohol for various periods, which were soluble in methanol, acetone, and tetrahydrofuran. The number average molecular weight was 1000–3200 for esterified polytitanosiloxane and 3400–11000 for esterified polyzirconosiloxane. Esterified polymetallosiloxanes had no melting point but decomposition point. The results of analytical data indicated that esterified polymetallosiloxane and/or polymetallosiloxane consisted of the main chain of Si–O–Si and Si–O–M linkage with the pendants of alkoxy, silanol, and chloro group.  相似文献

Electroluminescent(EL) devices have been fabricated using four different polymers with different glass transition temperatures (Tg) dispersed with N,N′-bis-(3-methylphenyl)-N,N′-diphenyl-1,1′-biphenyl-4,4′-diamine (TPD) as a hole transport layer and tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3) as an emitting layer. It was found that the higher the Tg of the polymer, the longer the lifetime of the device. From observations of TPD-doped polymer films with optical microscope and atomic force microscope, dispersing TPD in the polymers was found to suppress the crystallization that causes the roughness of the film surface. It was also observed that the higher the Tg of the host polymers, the more difficult TPD crystallization was. The property of the EL device with polyethersulfone (PES) dispersed with TPD was also investigated. The lifetime of EL device with the TPD doped PES film was improved more than five times at a current density below 10 mA/cm2 compared with the device with a conventional TPD hole transport layer. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
