We have used Raman spectroscopy to investigate the high-pressure phase behavior of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([bmim][BF4]), a representative ionic liquid, at pressures up to ~7.5 GPa. We have also studied how increasing pressure leads to conformational changes in the [bmim]+ cation. We have found that liquid [bmim][BF4] undergoes pressure-induced solidification (freezing) into a superpressed (metastable) state at 2.5 GPa; another structural change probably occurs at ~6 GPa. Remarkably, conformational changes in the [bmim]+ cation between trans and gauche conformers are concordant with the metastable structural changes of [bmim][BF4]. As the pressure is increased from ambient, the fraction of gauche conformers increases, but the gauche fraction decreases above the solidification pressure (2.5 GPa), and slope of the gauche/trans ratio changes again above 6 GPa. We interpret these results in terms of the fragility of the ionic liquid.  相似文献

An efficient metal‐free diboration of terminal alkynes is reported. In the presence of a catalytic amount of organosulfides under light, the addition of bis(pinacolato)diboron (B2pin2) to terminal alkynes takes place efficiently to produce the corresponding double borylation products in good yields. Mechanistic studies indicate that this metal‐free sulfide‐catalyzed diboration of alkynes likely occurs by generation of a boryl‐centered radical with the aid of light and a sulfide, since such a radical was detected in the reaction mixture by electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy. The present form of catalysis (sulfide/light) is thought to be unprecedented and provides a new means of preparation for organoboranes without heavy metal contamination in the products, which is highly desired in the preparation of drugs and electronic materials.  相似文献

In this work, we studied the formation of the rutile phase of titanium dioxide (TiO2) on delaminated MXene (d‐Ti3C2Tx) flakes by the reaction of Ti3C2Tx with amino acids in water. Three types of amino acids with varied side‐chain polarity were used to delaminate Ti3C2Tx. d‐Ti3C2Tx flakes formed stable colloidal solutions due to the negative surface charges of chemisorbed amino acids on the d‐Ti3C2Tx. Rutile formed on d‐Ti3C2Tx at room temperature upon the intercalation of aromatic amino acids and subsequent sonication of the solution, while flakes intercalated with aliphatic amino acids did not oxidize. X‐Ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Raman spectroscopy revealed the nanosize rutile formation on the surface of Ti3C2Tx flakes. The XPS results indicated the surface functionalization of histidine on d‐Ti3C2Tx flakes. As‐synthesized histidine functionalized rutile TiO2@d‐Ti3C2Tx hybrid was used for adsorption of Cu2+ ions from aqueous solution with a maximum uptake of 95 mg g?1.  相似文献

A novel thermo- and pH-sensitive nanogel particle, which is a core-shell structured particle with a poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (p(NIPAAm)) hydrogel core and a poly(ethylene glycol) monomethacrylate grafted poly(methacrylic acid) (p(MMA-g-EG)) shell, is of interest as a vehicle for the controlled release of peptide drugs. The interactions between such nanogel particles and artificial mucin layers during both approach and separation were successfully measured by using colloid probe atomic force microscopy (AFM) under various compression forces, scan velocities, and pH values. While the magnitudes of the compression forces and scan velocities did not affect the interactions during the approach process, the adhesive force during the separation process increased with these parameters. The pH values significantly influenced the interactions between the nanogel particles and a mucin layer. A large steric repulsive force and a long-range adhesive force were measured at neutral pH due to the swollen p(MMA-g-EG) shell. On the other hand, at low pH values, the steric repulsive force disappeared and a short-range adhesive force was detected, which resulted from the collapse of the shell layer. The nanogel particles possessed a pH response that was sufficient to protect the incorporated peptide drug under the harsh acidic conditions in the stomach and to effectively adhere to the mucin layer of the small intestine, where the pH is neutral. The relationships among the nanogel particle-mucin layer interactions, pH conditions, scan velocities, and compression forces were systemically investigated and discussed.  相似文献

To investigate the effect of the surface structure of dye-sensitized photocatalyst nanoparticles, we prepared three types of RuII-photosensitizer (PS)-double-layered Pt-cocatalyst-loaded TiO2 nanoparticles with different surface structures, Zr- RuCP6 -Zr- RuP6 @N wt %Pt-TiO2, RuCP6 -Zr- RuP6 @N wt %Pt-TiO2, and RuCP2 -Zr- RuP6 @N wt %Pt-TiO2 (N=0.2, 1, and 5), and evaluated their photocatalytic H2 evolution activity in the presence of redox-reversible iodide as the electron donor. Although the driving force of the electron injection from I to the photo-oxidized RuIII PS is comparable, the activity increased in the following order: RuCP2 -Zr- RuP6 @1 wt %Pt-TiO2 < RuCP6 -Zr- RuP6 @1 wt %Pt-TiO2 < Zr- RuCP6 -Zr- RuP6 @1 wt %Pt-TiO2. The apparent quantum yield of Zr- RuCP6 -Zr- RuP6 @1 wt %Pt-TiO2 in the first hour reached 1 %. Zeta-potential measurements suggest that the surface Zr4+-phosphate groups attracted I anions to the nanoparticle–solution interface. Our results indicate that the surface modification of dye-sensitized photocatalysts is a promising approach to enhance photocatalytic activity with various redox mediators.  相似文献

It has been established that a newly developed cyclopentadienyl rhodium(III) [CpARhIII] complex, bearing an acidic secondary amide moiety on the Cp ring, is able to catalyze the ortho-bromination of O-phenyl carbamates with N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) at room temperature. The presence of the acidic secondary amide moiety on the CpA ligand accelerates the bromination by the hydrogen bond between the acidic NH group of the CpA ligand and the carbonyl group of NBS.  相似文献
