Palladium compounds and metallic palladium combined with phosphine are active catalysts of selective hydrosilylation of terminal olefins. Sm2+-doped glasses in the system of Al2O3-SiO2 were prepared by sol-gel processing of metal alkoxides and reacting with H2 gas at 800°C. The hole burning properties of these glasses were investigated. The holes were burned in the 7F0 5D0 line of the Sm2+ ions using a DCM dye laser at 77 K. The hole depth increased with increasing the laser irradiation time, reaching up to 15% of the total intensity within a few hundred seconds. The hole width was 3 cm–1 full width at half maximum. Fluorescence line narrowing spectra of the 5D0 7 F1 transition were analyzed to study the local structure surrounding the Sm2+ ion. It is concluded that the Sm2+ ions are closely coordinated with nine oxygens of the AlO6 group in aluminosilicate glasses and that the addition of Al3+ ions into glass induces an increase in the coordination number of the Sm2+.  相似文献

γ-Butyrolactone (hereafter abbreviated GBL) is produced by the two-stage hydrogenation of maleic anhydride(MAH) in the liquid phase: the hydrogenation of MAH to succinic anhydride(SAH) in the first stage and the subsequent hydrogenation of SAH to GBL in the second stage. A novel ruthenium catalyst system consisting of Ru salts, trialkylphosphine and p-toluene sulfonic acid (p-TsOH) was found very effective for the hydrogenation of SAH affording GBL, which exhibited excellent catalyst performance, exceeding 97% selectivity for GBL and high activity.  相似文献

Summary The determination of transuranic (TRU) content in nuclear wastes, reactor materials, process solutions, and various other matrices is required in support of material assessment, environmental restoration, and waste processing activities. We have found that direct measurement of TRU is possible using surface passivated ion implanted planar silicon diode detectors. The performance and durability of modern silicon diodes enables direct detection of alpha-particles, with retention of some spectral information, through small air gaps or under direct contact with liquid or solid samples. We will present results on the performance of silicon diode detectors for the determination of TRU in liquids.  相似文献

The electronic structure of the lower states of a trigonal Cr3+ pair and Mo3+ pair, which occur in the Cs3M2Cl9 crystal (M=Cr,Mo), were studied by theoretical calculations carried out according to several methods: multireference singly and doubly excited configuration interaction, second-order configuration interaction, and multireference coupled-pair approximation. We employed a model of a [M2Cl9]3- anion embedded in a cage of point charges, which were arranged so as to simulate the anion in the crystal. The model core potential was utilized, where the relativistic effect was included for Mo. Results of the Cr complex showed that there were no direct bonds between the Cr metals. The lower electronic spectra of the [Cr2Cl9]3- ion were interpreted in terms of the electronic spectra of [CrCl6]3-. The lowest state of simultaneous excitation in both metals was considered. The [Mo2Cl9]3- ion exhibited a single direct bond between the metals. Reflecting this single bond, the observed singlet-triplet splitting was much larger than that in the case of Cr and the calculated splitting was in good agreement with the observed one. We account for the electronic spectra of the [Mo2Cl9]3- complex, which exhibited quite different features in the electronic excitation spectra in comparison with those of the Cr complex.  相似文献

Photophysical properties of oligo(2,3-thienyleneethynylene)s (nTE, n denotes the number of thiophene rings, n = 2, 3) in benzene were investigated using steady-state, time-resolved fluorescence, and transient absorption spectroscopies. For 2TE, generation of the radiative S2 and nonradiative S1 states was confirmed. Upon excitation, the S2 state was initially generated and deactivated to the S1 state within 10 ps. The S1 state exhibited the transient absorption band at 470 nm, of which the lifetime was estimated to be 5.3 ns. In the case of 3TE, on the other hand, it was revealed that the radiative S1 state with a transient absorption peak at 650 nm was generated upon excitation. The T1 states of nTE were generated from the S1 states. The quantum yields were estimated to be 0.52 and 0.54 for 2TE and 3TE, respectively. Extremely fast reactions in the higher triplet excited state were indicated for both 2TE and 3TE.  相似文献

Abstract— The absorption and fluorescence spectra, and the fluorescence lifetime of acridine orange (AO) were measured in a wide range of the sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) concentration below and above the critical micelle concentration (cmc). The fluorescence consisted of two components with different lifetimes; short (<3 ns) and long (>3 ns). The short and long lifetime components are attributed to the AO monomer and dimer associated with detergent, respectively. The lifetime of the dimer increased with increasing the SDS concentration just below the cmc. It decreased suddenly to a constant value just above the cmc. The lifetime of the monomer showed only a slight increase in the concentration range of SDS employed.  相似文献
