In the presence of 10 mol % Cp*Ru(cod)Cl, 1,6-diynes with a tertiary center at 4-position reacted with various isothiocyanates at their C=S double bond to afford bicyclic (2H)-thiopyranimines in 35-88% yields. The (2H)-thiopyran structure was unequivocally determined by X-ray analysis. The cycloaddition of carbon disulfide with a diyne similarly gave the expected bicyclic dithiopyrone in 50% yield.  相似文献

New muq-opioid receptor (MOR) agonists containing 4-hydroxypiperidine, piperidine and piperazine moieties were synthesized and evaluated to find a peripheral opioid analgesic. Among the synthesized compounds, 12-[1-[3-(N,N-dimethylcarbamoyl)-3,3-diphenylpropyl]-4-hydroxypiperidin-4-yl]phenoxy]acetic acid (8: SS620) having phenoxyacetic acid and 4-hydroxypiperidine moieties showed the highest agonist potency on the MOR in an isolated guinea-pig ileum preparation, and it also had selectivity to the human MOR expressed in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO)-K1 cells compared with the same types of delta- and kappa-opioid receptors (DOR and KOR). In addition, compound 8 showed a 10 times more potent MOR agonist activity than loperamide. Furthermore, compound 8 showed a peripheral analgesic activity in vivo screening on rat.  相似文献

The ability of chloroform solutions of p-diethylaminomethylthiacalix[4]arene 1 to extract platinum from HCl media was tested. As an ion-pair extractant, compound 1 had the highest platinum extraction ability among all the thiacalix[n]arene derivatives tested in this study. Compound 1 was a highly specific extractant for Pt(IV) ions from single-metal solutions and platinum-group metal solutions from automotive catalyst residue. Various conditions such as contact time, pH, concentration of 1, effect of chloride ions, effect of acidity and Pt(IV) concentration were studied. The distribution ratio of platinum ions (D) was calculated. The platinum complex stoichiometry ratio was obtained using slope analysis. The 1–Pt(IV) complex was characterised using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, FT-IR and 1H NMR. Finally, the Pt(IV) extraction percentage of compound 1 was compared with that of previously reported thiacalix[n]arene-based extractants.  相似文献

–Time-resolved fluorescence spectra in the ps time range were measured on phycobilisome (PBS) embedded in poly(vinyl alcohol) films. The cyanobacterium Tolypothrix tenuis was used as a source of PBS because the pigment composition and the structure of the PBS are well defined. Isotropic PBS in the unstretched film and PBS uniaxially oriented in the stretched film were investigated. Diameters of PBS hemidiscs were oriented parallel to the film-stretching direction. The time-resolved fluorescence spectra of the unstretched sample and of the two polarized components in the stretched samples showed several differences in the rise and decay. The delay time, estimated from the time span between the maximum laser pulse and maximal intensity of the phycocyanin and allophycocyanin fluorescence, was much longer than that reported in the aqueous media. This suggests occurrence of a higher thermal deactivation of PBS in polymer film than in aqueous media. The excitation energy transfer from excited phycocrythrin to allophycocyanin was more efficient in the unstretched than in the stretched samples, and it was greater in the parallel polarized component of the stretched sample than in the perpendicular component. The present results are in agreement with a previous suggestion which states that there are two independent pathways of excitation energy transfer in PBS and that there is more than one final emitter of fluorescence. The molecules taking part in various pathways of energy transfer differ in their orientation within PBS.  相似文献

Eight 1,2-diarylethylenediamines in the meso- or DL-form produce fluorescence when heated with reducing carbohydrates in an alkaline medium. Of the diamines, meso-1,2-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)ethylenediamine is the most favourable reagent for reducing carbohydrates, including 2- deoxy sugars, amino sugars and sialic acids. The reagent permits the fluorimetric determination of reducing carbohydrates at concentrations as low as 0.2–0.9 nmol ml?1.  相似文献

The crystal structure of thiamine iodide sesquihydrate has been determined by X-ray diffraction methods as a host-guest model for coenzyme-substrate interactions. The asymmetric unit contains two chemical units. Both the thiamine molecules A and B, which are crystallographically independent, assume the usualF conformation and have a disordered hydroxyethyl side chain. An iodide anion (or a water molecule) bridges the pyrimidine and thiazolium rings of molecule A (or B) by forming a hydrogen bond with the amino group and an electrostatic contact with the thiazolium ring to stabilize the molecular conformation. In the crystal the thiamine molecules self-associate to form a pipe-like polymeric structure, in which four thiamine hosts surround an iodide guest and hold it through C(2)-H...I hydrogen bonds and thiazolium...I electrostatic interactions. Crystal data: C12H17N4OS+·I · 1.5 H2O, monoclinic,P21/c, a=12.585(2), b=25.303(5), c=12.030(2) Å, =115.15(1)°,V=3468(1) Å3,Z=8,D c=1.606 g cm–3,R=0.045 for 3328 observed reflections. The adsorption of ten gases on the flexible metal organic framework material [Cu(dhbc)(2)(4,4'-bpy)]·H(2)O (Cu(db)) has been measured over a wide range of temperatures and pressures. The gate opening condition and driving force behind gate adsorption for Cu(db) were discussed by examining the adsorption isotherms. The adsorption isotherms for each adsorbate can be generalized to a characteristic curve using the adsorption potential energy (ε) and the adsorption volume. The adsorption potential (ε(gate)) at gate opening is almost constant over a wide range of temperatures; thus, the gate pressure at a desired temperature can be deduced using the ε(gate) evaluated from one adsorption isotherm. The gate opening capacity of the gases was arranged in the order: CO(2)≒N(2)O>C(2)H(4)≒Xe>CH(4)>CO>O(2)>Ar≒N(2)>H(2), which is governed by the interaction energy between the outer surface of Cu(db) and the adsorbate. It is suggested that the gate effect is brought about when the integral interaction energy of adsorbates with the Cu(db) surface exceeds a defined limit correlating with the π-π stacking energy of Cu(db) layers.  相似文献

The effectiveness of a multifunctional scaffold produced by the electrospinning of emulsions composed of organic PLGA and aqueous collagen-like protein (denoted as Fol-8Col) solutions is demonstrated. The resultant Fol-8Col/PLGA fibrous scaffolds with homogeneous morphology have mean fiber diameters from 600 to 2,000 nm. A uniform distribution of encapsulated Fol-8Col in the fibers is observed by fluorescence microscopy. TEM is used to clarify the representative core/sheath structure of emulsion electrospun Fol-8Col/PLGA fibers. Preliminary release assessment of encapsulated Fol-8Col shows results of sustained release for more than one month from the Fol-8Col/PLGA fibrous mats. The cytocompatibility of fibroblast cell line L929 with the fibrous composite seems promosing.  相似文献

An attempt to estimate the thermal decomposition mechanism of polymers using the simultaneous TG-DTA/FT-IR system was summarized. The library search of FT-IR spectra at various temperatures and of the subtraction spectrum obtained by subtracting the spectra at different temperatures were used to determine the types of evolved gases from poly(ethylene terephthalate) and poly(butylene terephthalate) at given stages of decomposition. The quantitative analysis of evolved gases was carried out using the specific gas profiles at the specific absorption band. The kinetic parameters were estimated from both TG and spectroscopic curves measured at various heating rates.  相似文献
