Variable benzo[b]furan derivatives having (E)- and (Z)-2-alkylcarbamoyl-1-methylvinyl groups at the 2-, 4- and 5-positions and a carboxylpropoxy or (1-phenyl)ethoxy group at the 7-position were prepared to find novel and selective leukotriene B4(LTB4) receptor antagonists. (E)-2-(2-diethylcarbamoyl-1-methylvinyl)-7-(1-phenylethoxy)benzo[b]furan (4v) showed selective inhibition to the human BLT2 receptor (hBLT2). On the other hand, (E)-2-acetyl-4-(2-diethylcarbamoyl-1-methylvinyl)-7-(1-phenylethoxy)benzo[b]furan (7v) inhibited both human BLT(1) receptor (hBLT1) and hBLT2. The (E)-2-(2-diethylcarbamoyl-1-methylvinyl) group lay on approximately the same plane as the benzo[b]furan ring, whereas the (E)-4-(2-diethylcarbamoyl-1-methylvinyl) group had the torsion angle (45.7 degree) from the benzo[b]furan ring plane. However, the (Z)-(2-alkylcarbamoyl-1-methylvinyl)benzo[b]furans were inactive. The inhibitory activity depended on the conformation of the 2-diethylcarbamoyl-1-methylvinyl group.  相似文献

Inelastic X-ray scattering experiments have been performed on methanol as a function of density from ambient to the supercritical state. Positive dispersion of the sound velocity, as compared to the hydrodynamic values, is 50% in the ambient condition and decreases to zero at 0.50 g cm−3 over the momentum transfer Q = 1–10 nm−1 with lowering density; however, it increases again with a further decrease in density down to 0.20 g cm−3in the supercritical state only in the Q-range above 5 nm−1. These results have been interpreted as the formation of small oligomers in the low-density supercritical methanol.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Rhodium(I)-catalyzed PKR of allenynes was found to be applicable for constructing azabicyclo[5.3.0]decadienone as well as oxabicyclo[5.3.0]decadienone frameworks. In addition, a reliable procedure for constructing a 10-monosubstituted bicyclo[5.3.0]deca-1,7-dien-9-one ring system by the rhodium(I)-catalyzed PKR of allenynes was developed under the condition of 10 atm of CO. Investigation of the rhodium(I)-catalyzed cycloisomerization of 4-phenylsulfonylnona-2,3-dien-8-ynes under nitrogen atmosphere gave the corresponding cyclohexene derivatives, whereas the C1-homologated allenynes produced cycloheptene derivatives and/or bicyclo[5.2.0]nonene skeletons depending on the substitution pattern at the allenic terminus. Thus, proper choice of the starting allenynes and reaction conditions led to the selective formation of 2-phenylsulfonylbicyclo[5.3.0]deca-1,7-dien-9-ones (Pauson-Khand-type product), 3-alkylidene-1-phenylsulfonyl-2-vinylcycloheptene derivatives, and bicyclo[5.2.0]nonene frameworks.  相似文献

The degradation of unsaturated polyesters crosslinked with styrene was performed in sub-critical water (SCW) in the absence and presence of organic additives. The unsaturated polyesters were de-crosslinked by hydrolysis of ester chains to form polystyrene derivatives on SCW treatment at 300 °C. With an increase in treating time, carboxylic acid groups in the polystyrene derivatives were turned into carboxylic anhydride groups in SCW. The de-crosslinking rate was much enhanced on SCW treatment in the presence of hydroxy compounds with a long alkyl chain and alkylamines, while carboxylic acids, benzenesulfonate salts, and quaternary ammonium salts were ineffective even though they had a long alkyl chain. The degree of de-crosslinking was reduced in the presence of diamines and amino acids because re-crosslinking at both ends of the additive molecules proceeded.  相似文献

Summary A liquid chromatographic procedure for separating alkaline-earth-metal cations with a non-porous gel column has been developed. Arsenazo III, which is one of the sensitive and commercially available color-forming agents, was used as a component of the mobile phase. Magnesium and calcium could be separated on the nonporous gel column within 55 seconds. The procedure was suitable for the separation of alkaline-earth-metal cations in relatively pure solutions with high sensitivity. Because of its rapidity the described procedure is also potentially applicable for any aqueous sample.  相似文献

Summary Selective and sensitive procedures are described for the direct differential pulse polarographic determination of antimony(III), indium(III) and cadmium(II) in propylene carbonate. This method was based on the salting-out extraction of their halide complexes into the solvent from acidic aqueous media. The extracted Sb(III), In(III) and Cd(II) complexes exhibit sharp differential pulse polarographic peaks at –0.21 V, –0.63 V and –0.72 V vs. SCE in salted-out propylene carbonate phases respectively. The lower limits of determination are 5.0g for Sb(III), 0.6g for In(III), and 0.2g for Cd(II) in 10 ml of the organic phase. A number of foreign ions are eliminated through both processes of solvent extraction and polarography using propylene carbonate.
Propylencarbonat als Lösungsmittel für die Fällungs-Extraktion und die nachfolgende Differential-Puls-Polarographie
Zusammenfassung Selektive und empfindliche Verfahren für die direkte Bestimmung von Sb(III), In(III) und Cd(II) in Propylencarbonat mit Hilfe der Differential-Puls-Polarographie wurden beschrieben. Die vorliegende Methode beruht auf der Fällungs-Extraktion der Halogenid-Komplexe aus wäßrig-saurem Medium in das Lösungsmittel. Die extrahierten Komplexe des Sb(III), In(III) und Cd(II) ergeben scharfe Peaks bei –0,21 V, –0,63 V und –0,72 V gegen die Kalomelelektrode in den betreffenden Propylencarbonat-Phasen. Die unteren Grenzen der Bestimmungen liegen bei 5,0g Sb, 0,6g In bzw. 0,2g Cd in 10 ml organischer Phase. Eine Anzahl Fremdionen wird durch die beiden Prozesse der Extraktion und der Polarographie in Propylencarbonat ausgeschaltet.

Although an unsuccessful attempt to accumulate glycosyl cations was made, a one-pot method for electrochemical glycosylation, which involves anodic oxidation of thioglycosides to generate glycosyl cation equivalents followed by their reactions with glycosyl acceptors, has been developed.  相似文献

The dimer, trimer, and tetramer of 1,11-dodecadiyne, HC?C? (CH2)8? C?CH, were synthesized. The solid-state polymerization of the dimer was investigated by infrared (IR) spectroscopy. IR bands due to the diacetylene moiety were identified through the comparison of the IR spectra of the dimer, trimer, and tetramer. The dimer was found to have two polymorphs, melt-crystallized and solution-crystallized. Both of the polymorphs undergo solid-state polymerization by exposure to γ-ray or UV irradiation. The former has higher polymerizability for the diacetylene moiety than the latter. The solid-state polymerization of the terminal acetylene group was not observed. It is shown that the previously reported dimer structure in which both the diacetylene and terminal acetylene groups are polymerized to form an inherently electrically conducting polymer is incorrect. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Summary The covalent bonding of l-lactate oxidase (no E.C.) to cross-linked copolymers of chitosan (Chitopearl) using the glutaraldehyde method is described and applied to the determination of l-lactate in serums of diseased and normal animals. The bioreactor packing of the immobilized enzyme is stable for at least 4 months and can be continuously used for the rapid and simple determination of l-lactate. The reduction current of pyruvate, corresponding to the product of enzymatic reaction, is determined by differential pulse polarography. The reproducibility (RSD) for 10 mol/l l-lactate is 0.78% (n=6) and the detection limit is 0.62 mol/l (k=2, confidence level 97.72%).  相似文献
