In order to clarify the formation mechanism of multihollow structures inside styrene–methacrylic acid copolymer particles prepared by the stepwise alkali/acid method, which we proposed in 1990, the evaporation behavior of water from aqueous dispersions of the original carboxylated particles and those after the alkali treatment and the stepwise alkali/acid treatments was examined. The crystal and molecular structures of 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane (Bisphenol A, BPA) (1), benzyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (2), 1,7-bis(4-hydroxyphenylthio)-3,5-dioxaheptane (3) and 4-hydroxyphenyl 4-isopropoxyphenyl sulfone (4) have been determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis. Theoretical calculations of the steric hindrance and semiempirical quantum chemical calculations to determine the color characteristics have been carried out. It is clear that the energy barriers for the variation of the orientation of phenol group in 1 to 4 are due to steric hindrance caused by the other moiety and the peak profiles are due to repulsive interactions of the other moiety. Net atomic charges on the hydrogen of the OH group are larger than those on the other atoms in the molecules. This high electron charge of the para orientation will cause the different thermosensitivity and stabilization.  相似文献

The influence of nonionic emulsifier, included inside styrene-methacrylic acid copolymer [P(S-MAA)] particles during emulsion copolymerization, on the formation of multihollow structure inside the particles via the alkali/cooling method (proposed by the authors) was examined in comparison to emulsifier-free particles. The chemoselective polymer blotting method allows for rapid and efficient synthesis of glycopeptides based on a "catch and release" strategy between solid-phase and water-soluble polymer supports. We have developed a heterobifunctional linker sensitive to glutamic acid specific protease (BLase). The general procedure consists of five steps, namely (i) the solid-phase synthesis of glycopeptide containing BLase sensitive linker, (ii) subsequent deprotections and the release of the glycopeptide from the resin, (iii) chemoselective blotting of the glycopeptide intermediates in the presence of water-soluble polymers with oxylamino functional groups, (iv) sugar elongations using glycosyltransferases, and (v) the release of target glycopeptides from the polymer platform by selective BLase promoted hydrolysis. The combined use of the solid-phase chemical syntheses of peptides and the enzymatic syntheses of carbohydrates on water-soluble polymers would greatly contribute to the production of complicated glycopeptide libraries, thereby enhancing applicative research. We report here a high-throughput synthetic system for the various types of MUC1 glycopeptides exhibiting a variety of sugar moieties. It is our belief that this concept will become part of the entrenched repertoire for the synthesis of biologically important glycopeptides on the basis of glycosyltransferase reactions in automated and combinatorial syntheses.  相似文献

Copolymers of L -lysine and L -lysine derivatives which contained nucleic acid bases substituted on the Nε position were synthesized by grafting nucleic acid derivatives onto poly-L -lysine. The conformation and interaction of these copolymers in solution were studied by using spectroscopic measurements. They existed in helical conformation at neutral pH values, and the polymer complex formation among them was examined by ultraviolet (UV) measurements in organic solvents. A decrease in the nucleic acid base content of the copolymers resulted in a decrease in helical structures and also in interactions with the polymer-containing complementary bases.  相似文献

Pyranopyrandiones were prepared by a novel ruthenium-catalyzed carbonylative dimerization of cyclopropenones via C-C bond cleavage. For example, treatment of dipropylcyclopropenone with a catalytic amount of Ru3(CO)12 and NEt3 in THF under 15 atm of carbon monoxide at 140 degrees C for 20 h gave a novel functional monomer, 3,4,7,8-tetrapropylpyrano[6,5-e]pyran-2,6-dione, in an isolated yield of 81%. Unsymmetrically substituted pyranopyrandiones were also obtained by ruthenium-catalyzed carbonylative coupling of cyclopropenones with alkynes under similar reaction conditions.  相似文献

In order to apply liposomes prepared from synthetic amphiphiles containing amino acid residues to radiopharmaceuticals, their labeling with 99Tc or 99mTc and stability in saline or in serum were investigated. These liposomes were highly labeled by embedding stearylamine-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid as a ligand of technetium. The labeling was more efficient at pH 7.0 than at pH 4.0 or 8.5. Among these technetium-labeled liposomes tested, liposomes containing the alanine residue were stable in saline or in 50% serum at 37 degrees C for at least 24 h, in contrast to liposomes (phosphatidylcholine: cholesterol = 1:1 molar ratio) whose stability had been enhanced by adding cholesterol.  相似文献

In order to evaluate the gastric emptying and postprandial mixing of bile with food, the scintigraphies of hepatobiliary and gastrointestinal tracts by using three different kinds of radioisotopes were performed simultaneously (99mTc-E.HIDA for hepatobiliary scintigraphy, 111In-DTPA containing orange juice and 131I-albumin containing scrambled egg for gastrointestinal scintigraphy). This method was available for observation of gastric emptying of liquid and solid foods and also examination of the mixing effect of bile and food quantitatively.  相似文献

In order to examine 13C-SCS of substituted benzoic acids, chemical shifts of the acid form (I) and the dissociated form (II) have been obtained separately. Single substituent parameters, σ0 or σ+ are correlated with the shifts for the carboxyl (δco) or ipso carbons (δipso), respectively. Among the available five equations which are developed for the analysis with dual (or divided) substituent parameters (DSP), the Swain-Lupton equation (eqn 3) and the Taft-Swain-Lupton equation (eqn 4) give much better correlations, not only for δco and δipso but also for the results for ring carbons (C(2), C(5), C(6)), except for those attached to or neighboured by substituents. It is concluded that the SCS of aromatic compounds are best analyzed with substituent parameters derived from reactions or equilibria on the basis of linear free energy relationships.  相似文献
