Bischolic acid derivative 1 linked by m-xylylene dicarbamate at the 3,3'-position was synthesized and the single ion channel properties were examined. Compound 1 showed two clearly distinct conductances, 9.5 (type A) and 25.3 pS (type B), under 500 mM KCl symmetric salt conditions, whereas various conductances, ranging from 5-20 pS, were observed in the tetramethylether analogue reported previously. Results indicate that the replacement of four methylether groups with hydroxyls at the 7, 7', 12, and 12' positions in the bischolic acid framework influences the stability of aggregated (supramolecular) ion channel structures. Ion permeability ratios (potassium/chloride and potassium/sodium) for each type of channel were also determined.  相似文献

The highly specific molecular recognition of a twisted hexaporphyrin complex, tris[5,5'-bis[5,10,15-tris[methoxy(ethoxy)(2)carbonylethyl]porphyrinatozinc(II)]-2,2'-bipyridine]ruthenium(II) chloride (2), is described. Complex 2 has two trisporphyrin binding sites and can bind two triamines, tris(2-aminoethyl)amine (3) (K(1) = 3.0 x 10(8) M(-1), K(2) = 3.0 x 10(7) M(-1)), 1,1,1-tris(aminomethyl)ethane (4) (K(1) = 2.0 x 10(7) M(-1), K(2) = 1.4 x 10(6) M(-1)), tris(3-aminopropyl)amine (5) (K(1) = 3.5 x 10(6) M(-1), K(2) = 6.0 x 10(6) M(-1)), and 1,3,5-tris(aminomethyl)benzene (6) (K(1) = 2.9 x 10(6) M(-1), K(2) = 1.2 x 10(6) M(-1)), strongly with its torsional motion. The 1:2 complex between 2 and the best fit triamine 3 showed the nature of the specific rigid structure in the UV-vis, fluorescence, and (1)H NMR spectra and isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) measurements.  相似文献

Carbon-Fluorine Bondings of Fluorinated Fullerene and Graphite   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Carbon-fluorine bondings of fluorinated fullerenes and fluorine-graphite intercalation compound CxF were investigated in detail on the basis of XPS data and the potential model using the charge distribution calculated by semiempirical method. It has been confirmed by the present study that two peaks in the C1s spectra observed for fluorinated fullerenes are assigned to carbon atoms bonded to fluorine atoms and those unbound to fluorine atoms, and the small difference in charges and Madelung potentials of fluorine atoms in different circumstances well explains the single peak in F1s spectra of fluorinated fullerenes. In the calculated structures of 1,3-C60F2 and 1,2-C60Fx (x = 2?6) used as the models of CxF, three kinds of carbon-fluorine bondings were observed corresponding to nearly ionic, semicovalent and covalent C? F bondings. The calculated result supports that the bi-intercalation structure of stage 1 CxF consists of nearly ionic and semi-covalent fluorines.  相似文献

To mitigate CO2 discharged from thermal power plants, studies on CO2 fixation by the photosynthesis of microalgae using actual exhaust gas have been carried out. The results are as follows.
1.  A method is proposed for evaluating the maximum photosynthesis rate in the raceway cultivator using only the algal physical properties;
2.  Outdoor cultivation tests taking actual flue gas were performed with no trouble or break throughout 1 yr using the strain collected in the test;
3.  The produced microalgae is effective as solid fuel; and
4.  The feasibility studies of this system were performed. The system required large land area, but the area is smaller than that required for other biomass systems, such as tree farms.

The enantioselective propargylic alkylation of propargylic alcohols with β-ketoesters in the presence of a thiolate-bridged diruthenium complex and a copper complex as co-catalyst affords the corresponding propargylic alkylated products in excellent yields as a mixture of two diastereoisomers with high enantioselectivity (up to 95% enantiomeric excess (ee)). The findings reported herein not only open up a new type of enantioselective propargylic substitution reaction, but also a new aspect of cooperative catalytic reactions using distinct transition metals to realize a useful transformation that cannot be achieved by a single catalyst.  相似文献

Polymerization of acrylonitrile initiated by triazole-copper(II) complexes was studied in dimethylsulfoxide solution. It was found that the polymerization proceeds by a free radical mechanism; however, the complexes can hardly homopolymerize methyl methacrylate and styrene. Ability of the complexes to initiate polymerization seems to depend on the substituents of triazole, the sort of solvents, and the counterions of copper(n) salts. From the data of visible spectroscopy and the spin trapping, the initiation mechanism was discussed in terms of reduction of copper(II) followed by forming active species.  相似文献

The stereoselective direct transformation of N‐(propargylic)hydroxylamines into cis‐2‐acylaziridines was achieved by the combined use of AgBF4 and CuCl. Copper salts were found to promote the transformation of the intermediary 4‐isoxazolines into 2‐acylaziridines and both 3‐aryl‐ and 3‐alkyl‐substituted 2‐acylaziridines could be prepared by using this method. Furthermore, subsequent 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition of azomethine ylides that were generated in situ from the intermediary 2‐acylaziridines with maleimides was achieved in a stereoselective one‐pot procedure to afford the corresponding 2‐acylpyrrolidines, which consisted of an octahydropyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrrole skeleton.  相似文献
