The ultrafast dynamics of CS2 in the 1B2(1Σu+) state was studied by photoelectron imaging with a time resolution of 22 fs. The photoelectron signal intensity exhibited clear vibrational quantum beats due to wave packet motion. The signal intensity decayed with a lifetime of about 400 fs. This decay was preceded by a lag of around 30 fs, which was considered to correspond to the time for a vibrational wave packet to propagate from the Franck–Condon region to the region where predissociation occurred. The photoelectron angular distribution remained constant when the pump–probe delay time was varied. Consequently, variation of the electronic character caused by the vibrational wave packet motion was not identified within the accuracy of our measurements.  相似文献

A two-color interferometer for preformed plasma characterization is developed. We observe the electron density distribution of preformed plasmas on a 5 μm-thick copper target irradiated with a high-intensity Ti:sapphire laser. The two-color interferometer extended the observable electron density region using a fundamental (800 nm) probe beam to cover the lower density region and a second harmonic (400 nm) probe beam to cover the higher density region, simultaneously. This characterization of the electron density distribution of preformed plasmas with femtosecond time resolution significantly contributes to the understanding of high-intensity laser–thin-foil interactions during high-energy electron, ion, and X-ray generation. A new atomic-absorption spectrophotometer using the Zeeman effect, in which the magnetic field is applied to the light source, is described. A steady magnetic field of 3.8 kG was applied to conventional hollow-cathode lamps, which were operated using a high frequency power of 100 MHz.The π-and σ-components of the Zeeman split atomic lines were observed alternatively after traversing a flame. The absorbance difference between of the two Zeeman components was proportional to the atomic-absorption and was not influenced by background absorption. Dependences of atomic absorption signals on magnetic field strengths which were in close relation to profiles of absorption lines were measured for elements Cd, Mg, Pb, Cr, Cu and Mn by scanning of magnetic field strength.  相似文献

An analytical tool is given to study the statistical properties of the radial twist map, Xn+1 = Xn + α(Yn+1) and Yn+1 = Yn + Af (Xn), with arbitrary rotation number α(Y) and arbitrary periodic force f(X). The case for which f(X) = sin 2 πX and with arbitrary α is treated in the region of large A. The turbulent diffusion coefficient D for the chaotic orbit relaxes as t?12 to A24, except for the case of the standard map, where the eventual value of D is different from A24.  相似文献

The β-NMR study of short-lived nucleus 58Cu (I π ?=?1?+?, T 1/2?=?3.2 s) in Si has been performed. Spin polarization of 58Cu induced by the charge exchange reaction of 58Ni was observed in Si at 15 K. The 58Cu magnetic moment $|\upmu[^{58}\mbox{Cu}]| = (0.46 \pm 0.03)\upmu_{\rm N}$ deduced from the β-NMR spectrum is consistent with the previous results on the laser spectroscopy. The present result shows that the 58Cu nucleus is promising as a new nuclear probe for the microscopic study of Cu impurities in Si.  相似文献

Dip coating and pyrolysis processes are used to create multi‐layer asymmetric carbon molecular sieve (CMS) hollow fiber membranes with excellent gas separation properties. Coating of an economical engineered support with a high‐performance polyimide to create precursor fibers with a dense skin layer reduces material cost by 25‐fold compared to monolithic precursors or ceramic supports. CMS permeation results with CO2/CH4 (50:50) mixed gas feed show attractive CO2/CH4 selectivity of 58.8 and CO2 permeance of 310 GPU at 35 °C.  相似文献

We report herein a nonbiomimetic strategy for the total synthesis of the plicamine-type alkaloids zephycarinatines C and D. The key feature of the synthesis is a stereoselective reductive radical ipso-cyclization using visible-light-mediated photoredox catalysis. This cyclization enabled the construction of a 6,6-spirocyclic core structure through the addition of a carbon-centered radical onto the aromatic ring. Biological evaluation of zephycarinatines and their derivatives revealed that the synthetic derivative with a keto group displays moderate inhibitory activity against LPS-induced NO production. This approach could offer future opportunities to expand the chemical diversity of plicamine-type alkaloids as well as providing useful intermediates for their syntheses.  相似文献
