A family of new 2,5-diphenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole (OXD) derivatives 8-11 bearing ortho-alkyl substituents on one of the phenyl rings is reported. The reactions of these OXDs with IrCl(3) under standard cyclometalating conditions did not give the usual μ-dichloro bridged diiridium OXD complexes. Instead, the novel diiridium complexes 12-14 and the monoiridium complex 15 were isolated and characterized by X-ray crystallography. It is proposed that the unusual structures arise because of the ortho-alkyl substituents leading to a substantial twisting of part of the OXD system which, for steric reasons, changes the normal course of the metal-ligand coordination reactions. Subsequent reactions of 13 and 15 gave the mononuclear complexes 16-18 with acac and picolinate anciliary ligands. The crystal structures of 16 and 18 are reported. Photoluminescence is observed in the green (16) and blue-green regions (17 and 18) at room temperature. Complexes 16-18 are phosphorescent at low temperature, with triplet lifetimes of 4.2-5.7 μs at 77 K.  相似文献

The liquid-core fiber with relatively high refractive index difference between the core and cladding is proven to be bending insensitive. The single mode condition and bending loss of the fiber with a mixture of toluene and chloroform as its core material are studied. The results show that the bending loss of this fiber is not only much smaller than the conventional silica single mode fiber but also can be tuned by the temperature and liquid mixture ratio. This kind of fiber may find its potential applications in all-optical network.  相似文献

针对绝缘磁芯平面变压器因绝缘膜而产生的漏磁问题,提出了在每层次级线圈的两端并联补偿电容的解决方法。通过理论分析给出了补偿电容大小的推导公式,利用CST和Protel对搭建的绝缘磁芯平面变压器的仿真计算发现,引入补偿电容后,变压器总的输出电压提高了约17.6%,同时各层次级线圈输出电压的大小基本相同。仿真结果与实验结果一致,从而验证了并联补偿电容方法的有效性。  相似文献

Following the highly successful Chinese American Society for Mass Spectrometry (CASMS) conferences in the previous 2 years, the 3rd CASMS Conference was held virtually on August 28–31, 2023, using the Gather.Town platform to bring together scientists in the MS field. The conference offered a 4-day agenda with a scientific program consisting of two plenary lectures, and 14 parallel symposia in which a total of 70 speakers presented technological innovations and their applications in proteomics and biological MS and metabo-lipidomics and pharmaceutical MS. In addition, 16 invited speakers/panelists presented at two research-focused and three career development workshops. Moreover, 86 posters, 12 lightning talks, 3 sponsored workshops, and 11 exhibitions were presented, from which 9 poster awards and 2 lightning talk awards were selected. Furthermore, the conference featured four young investigator awardees to highlight early-career achievements in MS from our society. The conference provided a unique scientific platform for young scientists (i.e. graduate students, postdocs, and junior faculty/investigators) to present their research, meet with prominent scientists, learn about career development, and job opportunities ( http://casms.org ).  相似文献

This article sheds new light on the interplay of electronic and conformational effects in luminescent bipolar molecules. A series of carbazole/1,3,4-oxadiazole hybrid molecules is described in which the optoelectronic properties are systematically varied by substituent effects which tune the intramolecular torsion angles. The synthesis, photophysical properties, cyclic voltammetric data, X-ray crystal structures, and DFT calculations are presented. Excited state intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) is observed from the donor carbazole/2,7-dimethoxycarbazole to the acceptor phenyl/diphenyloxadiazole moieties. Introducing more bulky substituents onto the diphenyloxadiazole fragment systematically increases the singlet and triplet energy levels (E(S) and E(T)) and blue shifts the absorption and emission bands. The triplet excited state is located mostly on the oxadiazole unit. The introduction of 2,7-dimethoxy substituents onto the carbazole moiety lowers the value of E(S), although E(T) is unaffected, which means that the singlet-triplet gap is reduced (for 7bE(S) - E(T) = 0.61 eV). A strategy has been established for achieving unusually high triplet levels for bipolar molecules (E(T) = 2.64-2.78 eV at 14 K) while at the same time limiting the increase in the singlet energy.  相似文献

Electro-conductive cellulosic paper has attracted great attention as a promising alternative material in the emerging field of flexible and portable electronic devices. However, the environmentally friendly fabrication of electro-conductive cellulosic paper still remains challenging. Herein, green multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT)/graphene oxide (GO) nanocomposites towards the sustainable development strategy were developed and subsequently used to impart electro-conductivity to cellulosic paper via surface coating process. GO exfoliated from graphite powder was used as a dispersant to improve the dispersion of MWCNTs in water media, and nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC) derived from cotton fibers was employed as a binder for the MWCNT/GO nanocomposites. Effect of NCC amount on the rheological behavior, particle size distribution, sedimentation stability and zeta potential of MWCNT/GO nanocomposites as well as the electro-conductivity and mechanical properties of coated paper was investigated. Results demonstrated that NCC enhanced the dispersion of MWCNT/GO nanocomposites in addition to serving as a binder. Surface coating application of MWCNT/GO nanocomposites was found to impart high electro-conductivity of up to 892 S m?1 to the cellulosic paper while improving its mechanical properties.  相似文献

Conformationally rigid X-shaped PAHs are attracting interest due to their self-assembly into unique networks and as models to study through-space exciton and charge delocalization in one single molecule. We report here the synthesis of X-shaped PAHs by dimerization of diazaheptacene diimides. The diimide groups are employed to effectively direct the self-assembly into antiparallel dimer aggregates, which assist the compounds to undergo a regiocontrolled [4 + 4] dimerization, leading to an X-shaped conformation bearing electron-poor and -rich subunits. The resulting PAHs are found to pack in 2D layers with large open channels and infinite π⋯π arrays. Furthermore, these highly crystalline porous materials serve as electron-transporting materials in OFETs due to the long-range π-stacked arrays in the layers. This work presents a potentially generalizable strategy, which may provide a unique class of porous semiconductors for organic devices, taking advantage of their open channels.

The synthesis of conformationally rigid X-shaped PAHs by regiocontrolled cyclodimerization of diazaheptacene diimides is presented. The resulting porous materials exhibit enhanced semiconducting behaviors with large open channels.  相似文献
