Preparation of activated carbons by microwave heating KOH activation   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Activated carbons with high surface areas were prepared via KOH activation process by microwave (MW) heating. As a comparison, activated carbons were also prepared by conventional heating (EF) method. The influences of KOH/Mesocarbon microbeads (MCMB) weight ratio and activation time on the pore properties of the activated carbons were investigated. For both MW and EF heating methods, the surface area and pore volume increase to a maximum and then decrease with the KOH/MCMB ratio increasing. The effects of activation time on the pore properties depend on the KOH/MCMB ratio. The activated carbons prepared by MW heating have higher surface area and larger pore volume than those by EF heating when KOH/MCMB ratio is the same. The MW heating method shortens the activation time considerably. Activated carbons prepared by MW heating show low content of oxygen containing groups.  相似文献

Ultrasoft pseudopotential was generated for uranium and the plane waves pseudopotential formalism was used to study its crystal structures at zero temperature as a function of pressure. The alpha phases of uranium were fully relaxed. The zero-pressure zero-temperature equilibrium volumes and bulk moduli are consistent with previous calculations, and in excellent agreement with the experiment. This is also the case for cell parameters and pressure-induced phase transitions. In the calculation of NaCl and CaF2 structure type of compound of uranium, the difference of theoretical lattice constant and the experimental value is less than 3%. For UO2+x the trend of the lattice shinking with the x value increase is in accord with the experiment. For large U2C3 and U2N3 complex cells the difference of theoretical lattice constant and the experimental value is less than 3%, and the difference of coordination of atom is less than 5%.  相似文献

采用临界滑动场理论,并根据软基上堤塘的特点加以改进,结合实际堤塘滑坡实录,分别计算了不同c、φ以及不同填土容重下的临界滑动场,得到了相应的临界滑动面,结果与实际破坏面基本一致,在数值计算的基础上分析了滑坡的物理成因,并计算了加固方案的稳定性。计算表明,临界滑动场理论是一种非常有效的稳定性分析方法。  相似文献

 从砌体细观结构出发,提出了用于砌体复合剪压受力过程模拟的细观力学 模型. 该模型假定砌体是由砂浆、块体及两者之间的粘结带组成的三相复合材料,以此为基 础对砌体三相组成的非均匀性予以表征. 提出了基于弹性损伤力学的本构关系,以最大拉应 力准则和摩尔库仑准则作为损伤发生的阈值,并借助复合材料破坏过程分析(MFPA)程序进 行受力分析. 结果表明,所采用的数值模型和模拟方法能够较好地模拟砌体复合剪压受力破 坏过程,为砌体开裂过程的机理分析提供了一种新的数值方法.  相似文献

提出了数值求解二维非定常变系数对流扩散方程的一种时间二阶、空间四阶精度的三层全隐紧致差分格式。为了加快迭代求解隐格式时在每一个时间步上的收敛速度,采用多重网格加速技术,建立了适用于本文高精度金隐紧致格式的多重网格算法。数值实验结果验证了本文方法的精确性、稳定性和对高网格雷诺数问题的强适应性。  相似文献

To remove the scattering effect of the disturbing sound on the target source when implementing nearfield acoustic holography in a non-free field, a free field recovery technique based on the spherical wave superposition method is proposed. In the method, the sound field separation technique based on the spherical wave superposition method is first used to separate the incoming and outgoing fields, and a further step for separating the radiated and scattered fields is performed by utilizing the surface admittance of the target source as the boundary condition. The technique makes it possible to correctly identify noise sources in a non-free sound field. The basic principle of the technique is described firstly, a method for choosing the optimal number of spherical wave expansion terms is given, and two numerical simulations are used to demonstrate the validity of this technique. It is shown that, for the lower frequency, the scattering effect can be neglected, and the radiated field of the target source can be obtained by the sound field separation technique, however, as the increasing of the frequency, the scattering effect cannot be neglected, and the free field recovery technique has to be used to obtain the radiated field of the target source.  相似文献

粒子加速器由于受地基振动、环境温度、热效应等因素的影响,导致束流位置探头(BPM)所在真空盒的机械中心相对四极铁磁中心的漂移较大,因此很难提高束流轨道的绝对测量精度。探索利用电容式探头实时检测该漂移量的方法。首先分析了电容式探头的测量原理,并设计了轨道振动同步诊断方案,然后设计了专用探头,并利用数据采集设备对探头的线性度、精度和频率响应进行实验室测试。结果显示电容式探头能检测到2μm的相对位移,且可有效检测300Hz以下的振动频率,可用于束流轨道与相关环境参数的同步诊断。  相似文献

In this paper, a multigrid method based on the high order compact (HOC) difference scheme on nonuniform grids, which has been proposed by Kalita et al. [J.C. Kalita, A.K. Dass, D.C. Dalal, A transformation-free HOC scheme for steady convection–diffusion on non-uniform grids, Int. J. Numer. Methods Fluids 44 (2004) 33–53], is proposed to solve the two-dimensional (2D) convection diffusion equation. The HOC scheme is not involved in any grid transformation to map the nonuniform grids to uniform grids, consequently, the multigrid method is brand-new for solving the discrete system arising from the difference equation on nonuniform grids. The corresponding multigrid projection and interpolation operators are constructed by the area ratio. Some boundary layer and local singularity problems are used to demonstrate the superiority of the present method. Numerical results show that the multigrid method with the HOC scheme on nonuniform grids almost gets as equally efficient convergence rate as on uniform grids and the computed solution on nonuniform grids retains fourth order accuracy while on uniform grids just gets very poor solution for very steep boundary layer or high local singularity problems. The present method is also applied to solve the 2D incompressible Navier–Stokes equations using the stream function–vorticity formulation and the numerical solutions of the lid-driven cavity flow problem are obtained and compared with solutions available in the literature.  相似文献
