夯实基础培养能力——从2002年理综考试看物理教学

2002年理综考试共30题,物理试题有10题,其中客观题6题,主观题4题,共120分.内容很贴近课本,没有出现前两年较为热门的"信息题",考试更加注重对学生的学习基础、学习能力的考查.试题灵活而不落俗套,新颖而不离基础,强调能力而不偏离教材,考查素质而不脱离实际.

Approximate confidence limits of the reliability performances for a cold standby series system

This paper is to investigate the approximate confidence limits of the reliability performances (such as failure rate, reliability function and average life) for a cold standby series system. The Bayesian approximate upper confidence limit of failure rate is obtained firstly, and next Bayesian approximate lower confidence limits for reliability function and average life are presented. The expressions for calculating Bayesian lower confidence limits of the reliability function and average life are also obtained, and an illustrative example is examined numerically by means of the Monte-Carlo simulation. Finally, the accuracy of confidence limits is discussed.     

数字全息中再现像分离问题的研究

详细分析了数字全息的再现像分离条件,指出数字全息和普通全息的再现像分离条件之间的区别,同时也讨论了再现条件对数字全息记录光路的要求,同时给出一种能部分避免再现像重叠的处理方法,并做出相应的实验验证.     

纳米流体介质导热机理初探

纳米流体导热行为具有许多奇异的特性，结合纳米流体的特点和微尺度传热学原理，研究了 热流在纳米颗粒内波动式及非限域的热传导特性、纳米颗粒在悬浮液内的布朗运动、颗粒- 液体界面上液膜层原子的有规则排列、以及纳米颗粒的团簇形成及移动等四方面因素对纳米 流体导热系数的影响. 关键词： 纳米流体 导热     

Focused ion beam Moiré method

A focused ion beam (FIB) Moiré method is proposed to measure the in-plane deformation of object in a micrometer scale. The FIB Moiré is generated by the interference between a prepared specimen grating and FIB raster scan lines. The principle of the FIB Moiré is described. The sensitivity and accuracy of deformation measurement are discussed in detail. Several specimen gratings with 0.14 and 0.20 μm spacing are used to generate FIB Moiré patterns. The FIB Moiré method is successfully used to measure the residual deformation in a micro-electro-mechanical system structure after removing the SiO₂ sacrificial layer with a 5000 lines/mm grating. The results demonstrate the feasibility of this method.     

The solvability conditions for inverse eigenproblem of symmetric and anti‐persymmetric matrices and its approximation

The problem of generating a matrix A with specified eigen‐pair, where A is a symmetric and anti‐persymmetric matrix, is presented. An existence theorem is given and proved. A general expression of such a matrix is provided. We denote the set of such matrices by ??????_Eⁿ. The optimal approximation problem associated with ??????_Eⁿ is discussed, that is: to find the nearest matrix to a given matrix A* by A∈??????_Eⁿ. The existence and uniqueness of the optimal approximation problem is proved and the expression is provided for this nearest matrix. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

用数值方法分析微孔激光器出射光的近场特性

微孔激光器作为应用于近场光信息存储系统中的一种新型光源，它的出射光斑的近场特性对于近场光存储是十分重要的。针对纳米孔径运用角谱进行Fox-Li数值迭代，得到不同孔径微孔激光器的基模光强分布，然后运用二维非线性时域有限差分法分析微孔激光器出射端即微孔金属膜的近场光学性质，模拟计算了不同孔径和厚度的微孔金属膜的光强近场分布，从应用于近场光存储的角度，给出反映其近场光学特性的相关数据。发现由于TM模式下金属存在局域表面等离子增强效应，使得其出射强度比TE模式高一个数量级，从而更适于作为实际中近场光存储系统和原理试验的光学头。     

离子束合成钇硅化物的结构及红外谱特征

将稀土金属钇离子注入到n型单晶Si(111)中制备出钇硅化物埋层.利用x射线衍射、卢瑟福背散射和傅里叶红外吸收谱测量分析了样品的结构、原子的埋层分布和振动模式.结果表明，Y离子在注入过程中已与基底中的Si原子形成了YSi2结构相.真空下的红外光辐照处理促使YSi2择优取向生长，埋层中Si与Y的平均原子浓度比由24下降为20，与六方YSi2的化学计量比一致.还给出了钇硅化物的特征红外吸收谱.     

Applying a Mode Selector to Improve the Pulse-Compression Performance of Asymmetric-Coupled-Waveguide-Based Dispersion Compensators

An InGaAsP slab-type asymmetric-coupled-waveguide-based dispersion compensator with a mode selector has been designed and fabricated. The mode selector is necessary to select either a symmetric [with a positive group-velocity dispersion (GVD)] or antisymmetric (with a negative GVD) supermode. These supermodes exist simultaneously in the dispersion-compensation region of the device. Pulse-compression experiments were used to test the dispersion compensator, evaluating the function of the mode selector. A theoretical study of the experimental results shows that the mode selector obtains a very strong selectivity (nearly 100%) for the antisymmetric supermode.
