数学建模与素质教育

面对二十一世纪知识经济的挑战 ,我国高等教育模式应由应试教育 ,专业教育向素质教育转变 ,培养学生自主意识 ,效率意识 ,竞争意识 ,创新意识和民主意识 ,即高校教育应重视大学生的创新能力、实践能力和创业精神 ,普遍提高大学生的人文素质和科学素质 .本文拟就提高大学生素质的有效层面 ,对开展数学建模教学与实践进行深入分析 ,以窥探数学建模与素质教育之关系 .在深入把握数学建模教学与实践内涵的同时 ,分析得出这种以不打扰现行正常秩序的教育是提高大学生素质的有效途径之一     

New Compacton-Like and Solitary Pattern-Like Solutions of （2＋1）-Dimensional Generalization of Modified KdV Equation

Recently some （1＋1）-dimensional nonlinear wave equations with linearly dispersive terms were shown to possess compacton-like and solitary pattern-like solutions. In this paper, with the aid of Maple, new solutions of （2＋1）- dimensional generalization of mKdV equation, which is of only linearly dispersive terms, are investigated using three new transformations. As a consequence, it is shown that this （2＋1）-dimensional equation also possesses new compacton-like solutions and solitary pattern-like solutions.     

A study of solid-state rhodium(III) sulfates

Solid-state rhodium(III) sulfates and their aqueous solutions were examined by IR and electronic absorption spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, X-ray powder diffraction analysis, and ¹⁰³Rh and ¹⁷O NMR spectroscopy. A study of the spontaneous aquation of freshly prepared solutions showed that this process results in an equilibrium between the subsystems of monomeric and oligomeric complexes. It was found that solid-state rhodium(III) sulfates vary in phase composition, basically consisting of dimeric and trimeric complexes.     

Single Production of Charged Top-Pions at High Energy Linear e+e- Colliders

The dominant decay modes of charged top-pions (π±t ) are tb or ~b. We consider the single production ofcharged top-pions in association with a top quark via e+ e- annihilation and calculate the production cross section of theprocesses e+ e- → t-bπ+ (tb-π-) at the leading order. We find that it can reach 1.2 fb with reasonable parameter values.The charged top-pions may be detected via the channel tbπ± in the future high energy e+ e- colliders.

A new VOF‐based numerical scheme for the simulation of fluid flow with free surface. Part II: application to the cavity filling and sloshing problems

Finite element analysis of fluid flow with moving free surface has been performed in 2‐D and 3‐D. The new VOF‐based numerical algorithm that has been proposed by the present authors (Int. J. Numer. Meth. Fluids, submitted) was applied to several 2‐D and 3‐D free surface flow problems. The proposed free surface tracking scheme is based on two numerical tools; the orientation vector to represent the free surface orientation in each cell and the baby‐cell to determine the fluid volume flux at each cell boundary. The proposed numerical algorithm has been applied to 2‐D and 3‐D cavity filling and sloshing problems in order to demonstrate the versatility and effectiveness of the scheme. The proposed numerical algorithm resolved successfully the free surfaces interacting with each other. The simulated results demonstrated applicability of the proposed numerical algorithm to the practical problems of large free surface motion. It has been also demonstrated that the proposed free surface tracking scheme can be easily implemented in any irregular non‐uniform grid systems and can be extended to 3‐D free surface flow problems without additional efforts. 灰色模型的最优化及其参数的直接求法

基于灰色模型的内涵表达式和白化方程响应式均为等比级数的观点,提出了一种不用求ago值、均值,不涉及灰色微分方程,白化微分方程概念,直接求灰色模型参数a,c的方法,通过此方法建立的新模型不仅从理论上可保证是在满足给定评价标准为模拟绝对误差平方和最小(或模拟相对误差平方和最小)、给定精度条件下的最优化模型,从而结束了灰色模型只有更优,没有最优的历史.并从理论上证明了新模型具有白化指数律重合性、白化系数律重合性,伸缩变换一致性.最后通过实例编程验证该方法具有可操作性,且预测精度高,效果好.     

RELAXATION TIME LIMITS PROBLEM FOR HYDRODYNAMIC MODELS IN SEMICONDUCTOR SCIENCE

In this article, two relaxation time limits, namely, the momentum relaxation time limit and the energy relaxation time limit are considered. By the compactness argument, it is obtained that the smooth solutions of the multidimensional nonisentropic Euler-Poisson problem converge to the solutions of an energy transport model or a drift diffusion model, respectively, with respect to different time scales.
