手性双氨基醇-Et2Zn催化的不对称直接羟醛缩合反应

以1,3-二溴丙酮和(2'S)-(二苯基羟甲基)-四氢吡咯为原料,合成了两种新型手性氨基醇1,3-双[(2'S)-(二苯基羟甲基)-1-四氢吡咯基]丙酮(3)和1,3-双[(2'S)-(二苯基羟甲基)-1-四氢吡咯基]-2-丙醇(4),总产率分别为39%和35%.手性双氨基醇3-/4-Et2Zn可催化未修饰醛、酮的不对称直接羟醛缩合反应,对映体过量最高9%.     

Synthesis and Characterization of Dual Acidic Ionic Liquids

Novel ionic liquids with dual acidity, of which the cation contains Brφnsted acidity and anions contain Lewis acidity were synthesized. These ionic liquids obtained were identified by NMR, FF-IR, SDT and FAB-MS. Their acidities were determined by pyridine probe on IR spectrography.     

Synthesis of graft copolymer of ethyl cellulose through living polymerization and its self-assembly

Copolymers of ethyl cellulose (EC) with polystyrene (PSt) were synthesized through atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). The molecular weight of graft copolymers increased without any trace of the EC macro-initiator, and the polydispersity of the side chains was low. The molecular weight of the side chains increased with the monomer conversion. Kinetic study indicated that the polymerization was first order. The micelle characteristics of the graft copolymer in acetone were investigated using dynamic light scattering (DLS), atom force microscopy (AFM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). With increasing the concentration, micelles were gradually formed from the solution. The TEM and AFM images indicated that the micelles had spherical shape and showed core-shell structure.     

铱(III)离子催化铈(IV)离子氧化四氢糠醇的动力学及机理

在酸性介质中用氧化还原滴定法研究了铈(IV)离子在痕量铱(III)离子催化作用下，于298~313 K区间氧化四氢糠醇(THFA)的反应动力学. 结果表明，反应对铈(IV)离子为一级，对铱(III)离子也为一级，对四氢糠醇的表观反应级数为正分数. 准一级速率常数kobs随[H+]增加而增大，而随[HSO₄－]增加而减小. 在氮气保护下，反应能引发丙烯腈聚合，说明在反应中有自由基产生. 通过kobs与[HSO₄－]的依赖关系，找到本反应体系的动力学活性物种是Ce(SO₄)₂，并计算出平衡常数，速控步骤的速率常数及相应的活化参数.     

2',3'-二脱氧-2',3'-二去氢鸟嘌呤核苷构象稳定性的理论研究

采用密度泛函方法在B3LYP/6-31＋G**水平上研究了2',3'-二脱氧-2',3'-二去氢鸟嘌呤核苷分子(D4G)的构象. 分别研究在气相中的孤立分子和一水合物异构体的相对稳定性和异构体之间的相互转变过程, 分析了水分子的参与对D4G异构体的相对稳定性和几何结构参数以及自然电荷的影响. 结果表明, 孤立的D4G分子在气相中存在8种稳定构象, 其中构象d4g-2是所有构象中最稳定的, 气相中D4G主要以d4g-2存在. 气相中各构象的相对稳定性为: d4g-2＞d4g-1＞d4g-5＞d4g-3＞d4g-6＞d4g-4＞d4g-8＞d4g-7. 计算得到的各构象键长和键角数据与实验值接近. 一个水分子的加入对D4G分子的构型参数有所影响, 基本不改变D4G分子各构象的稳定性顺序, 但构象转变的能垒有所提高. 氢键在分子构象中发挥了重要作用.     

溶剂聚合膜pH电极作内电极的气敏电极的研究

研究了以中性载体为活性物的石墨内导平头溶剂聚合膜(SPM)pH电极作内电极的二氧化碳和氨气敏电极。电极的性能取决于中性载体的特性,其中以菸酸十八酯为内电极膜活性物的二氧化碳气敏电极和以二辛基十八胺为活性物的氨气敏电极性能较佳。二氧化碳气敏电极用作丙酮酸脱羧酶酶电极的原电极,其性能院于传统的以玻璃pH电极作内电极的二氧化碳气敏电极。     

A Novel Asymmetric Synthesis of （-）-cis-1, 3-Dibenzylhexahydrofuro[3, 4-d]imidazole-2,4-dione

(-)-cis-1, 3-Dibenzyl-hexahydrofuro[3, 4-d]imidazole-2, 4-dione was prepared by a new synthesis method from meso dicarboxylic acid and dehydroabietylamine by asymmetric reduction in good yield with up to 91.6% e.e. value.     

C36填充单壁碳纳米管的结构和电子性质

The structures and electronic properties for C36 encapsulated in four single-wall armchair carbon nanotubes (C36@(n,n), n=6-9) were calculated using ab initio self-consistent field crystal orbital method based on density functional theory. The calculations show that the interwall spacing between the carbon nanotube and C36 plays an important role in the stabilities of resultant structures. The optimum interwall spacing is about 0.30 nm and the tubes can be considered as inert containers for the encapsulated C36. The Fermi levels and relative position of energy bands also have something to do with the interwall spacing. The shifts of Fermi level and C36-derived electron states modulate the electron properties of these structures. The extra electrons fill the bands of C36@(8,8) with the optimum interwall spacing almost in a rigid-band manner.     

高效液相色谱法检测保健食品中大豆异黄酮含量

建立了保健食品中大豆异黄酮的高效液相色谱检测方法 ,通过正交试验法得出保健食品中大豆异黄酮的最佳水解条件为 :盐酸浓度2.0mol/L,酸体积40mL ,水解温度80℃ ,水解时间3h;采用HypersilODS2C18 色谱柱 (250mm×4.6mmID ,5μm) ,流动相为甲醇 -水(体积比47∶53) ,流速1.0mL/min ,检测波长260nm ,柱温40℃ ,线性范围在0.5～96mg/L ,相关系数r为0.999 ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)2.09% ,回收率在98.5 %～100.5 %。     

配合物聚合反应研究──Ⅱ.以二氨基磺磷酸盐配合物合成聚脲

以二氨基磺酸盐配合物合成了一系列主链上合金属元素(Ca,Ni,Co,Cu)的聚脲聚合物。用IR和1HNMR对其结构进行了表征,以TG-DTA研究了其热性能,并讨论了金属元素种类及其含量对聚脲聚合物溶液粘度的影响。
