The computer‐assisted design and synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymers for the simultaneous capture of six carbamate pesticides from environmental water are reported in this work. The quantum mechanical computational approach was employed to design the molecularly imprinted polymers with carbofuran as template. The interaction energies between the template molecule and different functional monomers in various solvents were calculated to assist in the selection of the functional monomer and porogen. The optimised molecularly imprinted polymer was subsequently used as a class‐selective sorbent in solid‐phase extraction for pre‐concentration and determination of carbamates from environmental water. The parameters influencing the extraction efficiency of the molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction procedure were systematically investigated to facilitate the class‐selective extraction. For the proposed method, linearity was observed over the range of 2–500 ng/mL with the correlation coefficient ranging from 0.9760 to 1.000. The limits of detection ranged from 0.2 to 1.2 ng/mL, and the limit of quantification was 4 ng/mL. These results confirm that computer‐assisted design is an effective evaluation tool for molecularly imprinted polymers synthesis, and that molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction can be applied to the simultaneous analysis of carbamates in environmental water.  相似文献

Carboplatin and paclitaxel co-loaded nanovesicles (CPT-PTX-CLV), a novel intravenous formulation void of cremophor EL, may have significant advantages over conventional carboplatin and paclitaxel formulations with respect to tumor targeting, sustained drug release, reduced toxicity, and synergistic efficacy profiles. The aim of this study was to develop and validate a rapid, specific, sensitive, and reliable liquid chromatography–time of flight–mass spectrometry (LC/TOF MS)-based bioanalytical method for the simultaneous quantification of CPT and PTX in a fetal bovine serum (FBS) vehicle containing the dispersed nanovesicles. The analytes were extracted from FBS by simple protein precipitation, with subsequent separation of CPT and PTX on a Waters HPLC SunFire C18 column at a flow rate of 0.25 ml/min using gradient elution mode. The total analytical time was only 12 min. Detection and quantitation was performed by electrospray ionization (ESI) in the positive ionization mode with selective ion monitoring (SIM) at m/z 310.0152 for CPT and 876.3224 for PTX. The calibration curves were linear over the concentration range of 10–4,000 ng/ml for CPT and 5–2,000 ng/ml for PTX (r 2 ?>?0.99), with the respective lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) at 10 and 5 ng/ml. The intra- and inter-day precision and accuracy of analysis of the quality control samples at low, medium, and high concentration levels were ≤13.6 % relative standard deviation (RSD) and ≤14.6 % relative errors (RE). The rapid, sensitive, and reproducible LC/TOF MS method may be used to support preclinical and clinical pharmacological studies of the CPT-PTX-CLV administered by injection in animal and human cancer models.

A simple, low-cost, and efficient online focusing method that combines a dynamic pH junction and sweeping by capillary electrophoresis with polymer solutions was developed and optimized for the simultaneous determination of benzoic acid (BA) and sorbic acid (SA). A sample solution consisting of 2.5 mM phosphate at pH 3.0 and a buffer solution containing 15 mM tetraborate (pH 9.2), 40 mM sodium dodecyl sulfate, and 0.100 % (w/v) poly(ethylene oxide) were utilized to realize dynamic pH junction–sweeping for BA and SA. Under the optimized conditions, the entire analysis process was completed in 7 min, and a 900-fold sensitivity enhancement was achieved with limits of detection (S/N?=?3) as low as 8.2 and 6.1 nM for BA and SA, respectively. The linear ranges were between 20 nM and 20 μM for BA and 20 nM and 10 μM for SA, with correlation coefficients greater than 0.992. The recoveries of the proposed method ranged from 90 to 113 %. These satisfactory results indicate that this method has the potential to be an effective analytical tool for the rapid screening of BA and SA in different food products.

The 304 nm photodissociation of the C-H symmetric stretch excited CH3I[v1=1,v2=0](v1 denotes the C-H symmetric stretch mode,and v2 denotes the umbrella mode)is studied with our simple photofragment translational spectrometer.An IR laser is used to excite the ground state CH3I[0,0]to the C-H symmetric stretch excited CH3I[1,0].With IR laser OFF and ON,the fractions of photofragments CH3(ν1,ν2)from the 304 nm photodissociation of CH3I[1,0]have been determined through the photofragment translational spectra(PTS)from measuring I and I*and also through the PTS from measuring CH3(0,0)(1,0)(0,1)and(1,1).The experimental results show that the C-H symmetric stretch vibration(v1=1)in parent molecules is about 66%retained in the photofragments in the I channel,but only 24%in the I*channel.The populations of photofragments CH3(0,2)and(0,3)are higher than CH3(0,0)and(0,1),showing strong inverted population both in I and I*channels.  相似文献

We differentiated the effects of Cu films deposited on single crystalline a-,r-,and c-plane sapphire substrates upon graphene films synthesized with atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition(CVD).The data illustrate that the realization of high-crystalline Cu film is dependent not only on the crystallinity of underlying substrate,but also on the symmetric match of crystallographic geometry between metal film and substrate.We also systematically investigated the effects of PMMA removal on the Raman ID/IG and IG/I2D values of transferred graphene.The results reveal that different PMMA removal methods do not alter the ID/IG values;instead,the residue of PMMA increases the IG/I2D values and the thermal decomposition of PMMA leads to higher IG/I2D values than the removal of PMMA with acetone.The effects of PMMA removal on variations of the Raman spectra are also discussed.  相似文献

A facile nonaqueous solution route for the fabrication of NdOCl nanostructures based on a ligand‐exchange protocol and further thermal decomposition in organic medium, using only chloride salt as the neodymium source, is reported and the formation mechanism is proposed. The morphology, crystal structure, and chemical compositions of the sample were characterized at the nanoscale. XRD results and selected‐area electron diffraction patterns show that the sample is purely tetragonal NdOCl without any other impurity phases. TEM results show that the NdOCl nanostructures have a well‐defined flowerlike shape, which looks like a chrysanthemum just about to bloom. Magnetization measurements reveal that the NdOCl nanoflowers show room‐temperature ferromagnetism. The photoluminescence properties were also studied. These results are significant for fundamental research and promising applications of rare‐earth‐based nanostructures.  相似文献

Half-sandwich zirconium complex 3 containing tridentate carborane [S,S,O] ligand 2 [(HOC6H2R2-4,6)(CH2)SC(B10H10) C(Ph)2P=S, R=tBu] was synthesized by the reaction of CpZrCl3(Cp=η5-C5H5) with sodium salt of ligand 2. Zirconium complex 3 was characterized by elemental and NMR analyses. DFT calculations were also performed on complex 3 to analyze the stereochemistry. The results from DFT calculations indicate that structure S1, in which no sulfur atom bonds to the zirconium atom, exists at the lowest energy level. In the presence of methylaluminoxane(MAO), complex 3 exhibited good catalytic activities for ethylene polymerization and long life-time up to 10 h. Moreover, the complex 3/MAO system displayed excellent catalytic activities toword ethylene copolymerization with 1-hexene or polar olefins.  相似文献

Two hydrophilic conjugated polymers, PmP‐NOH and PmP36F‐NOH, with polar diethanol­amine on the side chains and main chain structures of poly(meta‐phenylene) and poly(meta‐phenylene‐alt‐3,6‐fluorene), respectively, are successfully synthesized. The films of PmP‐NOH and PmP36F‐NOH show absorption edges at 340 and 343 nm, respectively. The calculated optical bandgaps of the two polymers are 3.65 and 3.62 eV, respectively, the largest ones so far reported for hydrophilic conjugated polymers. PmP‐NOH and PmP36F‐NOH also possess deep‐lying highest occupied molecular orbital levels of −6.19 and −6.15 eV, respectively. Inserting PmP‐NOH and PmP36F‐NOH as a cathode interlayer in inverted polymer solar cells with a PTB7/PC71BM blend as the active layer, high power conversion efficiencies of 8.58% and 8.33%, respectively, are achieved, demonstrating that the two hydrophilic polymers are excellent interlayers for efficient inverted polymer solar cells.

A hypercrosslinked conjugated microporous polymer (HCMP‐1) with a robustly efficient absorption and highly specific sensitivity to mercury ions (Hg2+) is synthesized in a one‐step Friedel–Crafts alkylation of cost‐effective 2,4,6‐trichloro‐1,3,5‐triazine and dibenzofuran in 1,2‐dichloroethane. HCMP‐1 has a moderate Brunauer–Emmett–Teller specific surface (432 m2 g−1), but it displays a high adsorption affinity (604 mg g−1) and excellent trace efficiency for Hg2+. The π–π* electronic transition among the aromatic heterocyclic rings endows HCMP‐1 a strong fluorescent property and the fluorescence is obviously weakened after Hg2+ uptake, which makes the hypercrosslinked conjugated microporous polymer a promising fluorescent probe for Hg2+ detection, owning a super‐high sensitivity (detection limit 5 × 10−8 mol L−1).

Liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry were time‐consuming and expensive as the main methods for the drug analysis at present, and the samples must be pretreated. The Raman spectroscopy measurement methods were fast and simple, so the Raman spectroscopy methods for the drug analysis were explored in this paper. An optical fiber nano‐probe coated with gold nanoparticles was fabricated and used with surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) to measure levofloxacin lactate. The resulting SERS spectra of levofloxacin lactate in mouse blood that was detected by the optical fiber nano‐probe clearly showed the characteristic wave numbers of levofloxacin lactate, indicating that optical fiber nano‐probes can be used with spectral techniques to analyze drugs in vitro or potentially even in vivo.
