A Kinetic Evidence for the Nitroxyl Radicals Recycling Mechanism in the Photostabilizing Process of HALS

The photoinduced bulk polymerization of a reactive-hindered amine fight stabilizers(r-HALS), 4-acryloyl-2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethylpiperidinyl (ATMP), was performed at 80℃ by using a DPC technique. An unique periodic exponential attenuation-type oscillating curve was found when the polymerization was carried out in air, but this phenomenon was not found in nitrogen.It is supposed that this unique kinetic performance may be attributed to nitroxyl radicals that are produced in situ from the oxidation of ATMP. ATMP polymer with narrow polydispersity (d =1.03) can be obtained by photoinduced solution polymerization of ATMP. The signal detected in ESR may be assigned to the nitroxyl radicals in the matrix of ATMP polymer. Since this kind of recycling of nitroxyl radicals is well documented for the photostabilizing mechanism of HALS, the present results may serve as a kinetic evidence for this mechanism.     

偶合反应化学发光法测定痕量银的研究

本文报道了Ａｇ（Ⅰ）催化ｏ－ｐｈｅｎ和Ｋ４Ｆｅ（ＣＮ）６的配位体取代反应与Ｌｕｍｉｎｏｌ－Ｃｕ（ＣＮ）２－４的化学发光反应偶合测定痕量银的方法．方法的线性浓度范围为１×１０－１１～１×１０－７ｇ／ｍＬＡｇ，检出限为４×１０－１２ｇ／ｍＬＡｇ，用于水样分析，结果较为满意     

植物生物分子的电分析化学研究——Ⅸ.多酚氧化酶活性的脉冲极谱法测定

本文用微分脉冲极谱法研究了多酚氧化酶的活性测定和酶的反应动力学。应用于马铃薯等10余种植物样品的酶活力测定,结果良好。方法简便快速,重现性好。     

三碳菁染料的研究

三碳菁染料的吸收在近红外区,可用作卤化银感光材料的红外增感染料,近年来在红外激光染料和光信息记录介质等方面也得到了开发及应用。在多甲川链上引入桥环可提高染料的稳定性。本文合成了9种含芳胺基取代的桥链三碳菁,讨论染料结构与其增感性能关系。     

一类新的4-取代胂酸型变色酸偶氮多卤显色剂的合成及其与稀土元素显色反应的研究

本文研究了五个结构新颖的显色剂与稀土元素的显色反应。其中的二溴羧基偶氮氯肿(CAsA-DBK)与稀土元素反应具有对比度大、灵敏度高、选择性好等优点。在0.6mol/LHClO_4介质中,不加任何掩蔽剂条件下,只与铈组稀土显色,与钇组稀土几乎不显色,是一个较有特色的铈组稀土试剂。     

Rotationally resolved electronic spectra of 1,2-dimethoxybenzene and the 1,2-dimethoxybenzene-water complex

Rotationally resolved S(1) <-- S(0) electronic spectra of 1,2-dimethoxybenzene (DMB) and its water complex have been observed and assigned. The derived values of the rotational constants show that the bare molecule has a planar heavy-atom structure with trans-disposed methoxy groups in its ground and excited electronic states. The transition of DMB is polarized along the b-axis bisecting the methoxy groups, demonstrating that its S(1) state is an (1)L(b) state. Higher energy bands of DMB are also polarized along the b-axis and have been tentatively assigned to different vibrational modes of the (1)L(b) state. The water complex origin appears 127 cm(-1) to the blue of the bare molecule origin. Analyses of the high resolution spectra of DMB/H(2)O and DMB/D(2)O suggest that the water molecule is attached via two O-H...O hydrogen bonds to the methoxy groups in both electronic states. A tunneling motion of the attached water molecule is revealed by a splitting of these spectra into two subbands. Potential barriers to this motion have been determined.     

Syntheses, structures and third-order non-linear optical properties of homometal clusters containing molybdenum

Both the homometal cluster [P(ph₄)]₂[Mo₂O₂(μ-S)₂(S₂)₂] (1) and [Mo₂O₂(μ-S)₂(Et₂dtc)₂] (2) (Et₂dtc=diethyl-dithiocarbamate) were successfully synthesized by low-temperature solid-state reactions. X-ray single-crystal diffraction studies suggest that compound (1) is a dinuclear anion cluster, and compound (2) is a dinuclear neutral cluster. The two compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra and UV-Vis spectra. The third-order non-linear optical (NLO) properties of the clusters were also investigated and all exhibited nice non-linear absorption and self-defocusing performance with moduli of the hyperpolarizabilities 5.145×10⁻³⁰ esu for (1) and 5.428×10⁻³⁰ esu for (2).     

Immobilization of Glucose Oxidase on Cellulose／Cellulose Acetate Membrane and its Detection by Scanning Electrochemical Microscope （SECM）

Cellulose/cellulose acetate membranes were prepared and functionalized by introducingamino group on it, and then immobilized the glucose oxidase (Gox) on the functionalizd membrane.SECM was applied for the detection of enzyme activity immobilized on the membrane.Immobilized biomolecules on such membranes was combined with analysis apparatus and can beused in bioassays.     

聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯微流控芯片的制备和表面改性

高聚物微流控芯片具有制备简单、成本低、可批量生产等突出优点而有望成为一次性器件,近年来在国内外引起了同行们的兴趣.但是,高聚物表面的憎水性、对有机分子的强吸附性、电渗流的不稳定性等又成为高聚物芯片在微流控分析领域得以广泛应用的障碍.表面改性是改善高聚物芯片分析特性的有效途径.     

Two new compounds from Zingiber officinale

A new cyclic diarylheptanoid,1,5-epoxy-3-hydroxy-1-(3-methoxy-4,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-heptane (1),as well as a new monoterpene,10-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-hydroxy cineole (2) were isolated from the rhizomes of Zingiber officinale. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were established based on their spectral data.In addition,the antioxidant activities of these compounds were also measured.
