FTIR光谱法研究天花粉蛋白的热去折叠过程   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
本文利用FTIR光谱技术和计算机辅助解析技术(二阶导数、去卷积和曲线拟合)研究了天花粉蛋白的热诱导去折叠过程。结果表明:在25~85℃温度范围内,天花粉蛋白的热去折叠是一个不可逆的分子间聚集的过程;二级结构随温度的变化暗示了折叠中间体的存在。  相似文献

Urea, which has both hydrogen bond acceptor and donor moieties, is an ideal structure for a supramolecular synthon. Various supramolecules having ureido group(s) have been widely developed. This article summarizes recent developments of urea derivatives that exhibit various functions: i) supramolecular capsules that form discrete urea–urea intermolecular hydrogen bonds, ii) supramolecular polymers that form continuous urea–urea intermolecular hydrogen bonds, iii) supramolecular gels that form continuous urea–urea intermolecular hydrogen bonds, iv) artificial host molecules based on the molecular recognition ability of the ureido group, and v) catalytic reactions developed by utilizing the molecular recognition ability of the ureido group.  相似文献

For the critical heat flux in HP-regime, that is high-pressure regime, almost no data having been published for fluids other than water, an experimental study is attempted on R-12 boiling in 5- and 3-mm dia. and 1000-mm long tubes. Critical heat flux qc is measured in the range of pressure p = 19.6?34.3 bar (vapor-to-liquid density ratio ρGρL = 0.109?0.306), mass velocity G = 1100?9000 kg/m2s, and inlet subcooling enthalpy ΔHi= 0?65 kJ/kg. Depending on the condition of G and ΔHi, CHF takes place with natures which can be divided into two categories, regular and anomalous. For regular CHF, critical condition is detected first at the exit end of heated tube and a linear qc ? ΔHi relationship holds, whereas anomalous CHF initiates its critical condition upstream of the tube exit and exhibits involved relationship between qc and ΔHi. Experimental data of regular CHF are found to agree fairly well with the predictions of two different generalized correlations proposed recently by Katto and by Shah respectively although some systematic differences proper to each correlation exist.  相似文献

A new spectroscopy to identify the hydration structure playing important role in liquid-phase radiation damage is in progress using a laminar liquid water jet sample in vacuum in combination with soft X-ray synchrotron radiation. We present the total and partial electron yields for liquid water using a photoelectron spectroscopy. Partial electron yields for the K-11b11b1 Auger transition are obtained for the first time by measuring the electrostatically dispersed electron kinetic energy spectra as a function of photon energy of synchrotron radiation.  相似文献

A free relativistic electron in an electromagnetic field is a pure case of a light-matter interaction. In the laboratory environment, this interaction can be realized by colliding laser pulses with electron beams produced from particle accelerators. The process of single photon absorption and reemission by the electron, so-called linear Thomson scattering, results in radiation that is Doppler shifted into the x-ray and gamma-ray regions. At elevated laser intensity, nonlinear effects should come into play when the transverse motion of the electrons induced by the laser beam is relativistic. In the present experiment, we achieved this condition and characterized the second harmonic of Thomson x-ray scattering using the counterpropagation of a 60 MeV electron beam and a subterawatt CO2 laser beam.  相似文献

We have performed temperature (T)-dependent laser-photoemission spectroscopy of antiferromagnetic (AF) superconductor ErNi2B2C to study the electronic structure, especially the effect of AF ordering in T-dependent superconducting (SC) gap. To estimate the values of T-dependent SC gap, we fitted the experimental data by Dynes function having an anisotropic s-wave SC gap. From the fitting results, we find a sudden deviation from the BCS prediction just below TN. This observation can be well explained by the theoretical model, indicating that the origin of anomalous T-dependence is competition between rapid evolution of AF molecular field and SC condensation energy.  相似文献

The Luttinger surface of an organic metal (TTF-TCNQ), possessing charge order and spin-charge separated band dispersions, is investigated using temperature-dependent angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy. The Luttinger surface topology, obtained from momentum distribution curves, changes from quasi-2D (dimensional) to quasi-1D with temperature. The high temperature quasi-2D surface exhibits 4kF charge-density-wave (CDW) superstructure in the TCNQ derived holon band, in the absence of 2kF order. Decreasing temperature results in quasi-1D nested 2kF CDW order in the TCNQ spinon band and in the TTF surface. The results establish the link in momentum space between charge order and spin-charge separation in a Luttinger liquid.  相似文献

Silicon carbide (SiC) is a candidate material for electronic devices to operate upon crucial environment. Electronic states of silicides and/or carbide/graphite formed in metal/SiC contact system are fundamentally important from the viewpoint of device performance.We study interface electronic structure of iron thin film deposited on silicon (Si)- and carbon (C)-face of 4H-SiC(0 0 0 1) by using a soft X-ray emission spectroscopy (SXES). For specimens of Fe (50 nm)/4H-SiC (substrate) contact systems annealed at 700 and 900 °C, the Si L2,3 emission spectra indicate different shapes and peak energies from the substrate depending on thermal-treated temperature. The product of materials such as silicides is suggested. Further, from comparison of Si L2,3 emission spectra between Si- and C-face for the same annealing temperature at 700 °C, it is concluded that the similar silicides and/or ternary materials are formed on the two surfaces. However for those of 900 °C, the film on substrate is composed of the different silicide and/or ternary materials.  相似文献

We have measured Ca-intercalated graphite superconductor CaC6 (Tc = 11.2 K) by soft X-ray photoemission spectroscopy in order to understand the electronic structure. For the valence band, we observed several structures that correspond to those of calculated density of states with the partial density of states of Ca 3d at the Fermi level (EF). We also observed core level spectra that are a very large asymmetric Ca 2p and asymmetric C 1s for CaC6, suggesting the existence of conduction electrons derived from Ca 3d and a charge transfer from Ca to graphene layer. These results provide spectroscopic evidence for PDOS of Ca 3d at EF. From a comparison of electronic structure of CaC6 and other graphite intercalation compounds (GICs), we found the difference between CaC6 and other superconducting GICs, which provides deeper understanding of the superconductivity of CaC6.  相似文献
