Mössbauer spectra have been observed for nonequilibrium bcc and fcc Fe–Cu alloys sputter-deposited at several Ar gas pressures,PAr. These alloys are ferromagnetic at low temperatures and show sextet spectra. The fcc alloys which are paramagnetic at 290 K show asymmetric doublet spectra, indicating no serious segregation. In the alloys deposited at highPAr, the weak intensity ratios of the second and fifth lines of the sextet indicate a tendency of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy, while a large magnetic hyperfine field component of about 40 MA/m (500 kOe) at 4.2 K and a large quadrupole splitting component of about 0.7 mm/s at 290 K imply CuFeO2 formation. The nonequilibrium, bcc and fcc Fe–Cu, alloys are maintained below 500 K and the phase separation is detected above 550 K. X-ray photoemission spectroscopy studies of these alloys reveals individual Fe- and Cu-d bands. The concentration dependence of peak intensities and peak positions indicate that Fe and Cu electronically intermix. 相似文献
Reactivity enhancement was studied using a reaction between a laser excited atomic beam and a molecular beam. This method was applied to lithium isotope separation, in which the excited Li isotopic atom reacts with CHCIF2. In the last decade we have obtained a deeper understanding of basic magnetism in alloys and a variety of new magnetic materials have been developed. In this review article two kinds of recent topics in these fields will be discussed. The first one is the magnetic properties of rare earth-3d transition intermetallics. After describing the magnetic properties of RMn2 very briefly, we discuss the magnetic properties of YMn2 in detail, particularly its magnetovolume effect which is closely related with the magnetic moment of Mn atoms below and above the magnetic transition temperature. Then, as an example of recent developments in soft magnetic materials, Fe-Ni-Cr alloys with very high permeability and low coercive force will be discussed including impurity effects on their magnetic properties. 相似文献

WNT-5A, a secretory glycoprotein, is related to the proliferation of dermal papilla cells. While searching for an inhibitor of WNT-5A expression, we identified an active compound, radicicol (1), and isolated four unique analogues, pochonins G-J (2-5), from a culture broth of the fungus Pochonia chlamydosporia TF-0480. The large‐deformation energetics of a single molecular chain of the rod‐like polyimide PMDA‐PDA was investigated using DFT, ab initio MO and semi‐empirical MO methods. The force/displacement curves were calculated from tensile testing simulations along the axis of the molecular chain, allowing a discussion of the distribution and change of local strain of the molecular chain. The deformation behavior of a single PMDA‐PDA molecular chain under finite deformations as functions of bending angle and dihedral angle between PMDA and PDA groups are compared. It is found that the semi‐empirical MO calculations provide sufficient accuracy to express the energetics of large deformations except for compressive deformation.
Dynamical behaviors in the diffusion replicator equation of three species are numerically studied. We point out the significant role of the heteroclinic cycle in the equation, and analyze the details of the turbulent solution that appeared in this system. Firstly, the bifurcation diagram for a certain parameter setting is drawn. Then it is shown that the turbulence appears with the supercritical Hopf bifurcation of a stationary uniform solution and it disappears under a subcritical-type bifurcation. Secondly, the statistical property of the turbulence near the supercritical Hopf onset point is analyzed precisely. Further, the correlation lengths and correlation times obey some characteristic scaling laws. 相似文献
