多元非参数分位数回归常常是难于估计的, 为了降低维数同时保持非参数估计的灵活性, 人们常常用单指标的方法模拟响应变量的条件分位数. 本文主要研究单指标分位数回归的变量选择. 以最小化平均损失估计为基础, 我们通过最小化具有SCAD惩罚项的平均损失进行变量选择和参数估计. 在正则条件下, 得到了单指标分位数回归SCAD变量选择的Oracle性质, 给出了SCAD变量选择的计算方法, 并通过模拟研究说明了本文所提方法变量选择的样本性质.  相似文献

悬浮隧道锚索的涡激振动会加剧锚索的疲劳破坏,进而影响悬浮隧道的使用寿命和安全.文章在海洋立管涡激振动抑制研究的基础上,考虑悬浮隧道锚索倾斜角度和来流方向的影响,采用流固耦合的数值方法,对整流罩方法和三控制杆方法的抑制效果进行了分析.结果表明,在顺来流方向,两种方法均具有良好的抑振效果;锚索有倾斜的情况下,三控制杆方法的效果会有所提升;但在来流方向改变时,整流罩方法具有较强的适应性.  相似文献

A method of modified integrated pulsed amperometric detection with multicycle step waveform (Multi-IPAD) following high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was applied for the determination of tetracyclines (TCs) including dimethyltetracycline (DMTC), oxytetracycline (OTC) and tetracycline (TC). The key advantages of the Multi-IPAD are the abilities to enhance sensitivity and reproducibility and the ability to keep working electrode clean through the use of a high-frequent waveform alteration in integration step and the use of a cleaning potential, which is quite different from conventional three-step potential waveform. The analyses were carried out using the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water mixture solution (10:90, v/v) containing 1% perchloric acid on a C(18) column at a flow rate of 0.21 mL/min. The IPAD waveform parameters were optimized to maximize the signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) and successfully applied for the sensitive detection of TCs. The detection limits (S/N=3, 20 microL injected) were 0.07 mg/L for DMTC, 0.08 mg/L for OTC and 0.05 mg/L for TC. The peak height relative standard deviations (RSDs) of every compound for replicate injection (n=15) determined were below 4.6%.  相似文献

According to the vibration characteristics of the round window, a mechanical model of a round window membrane is established. The Euler equation of the round window and the complementary boundary conditions are derived by the variational principle. Combined with the Bessel function, an analytical solution of the round window displacement is obtained by MATHEMATICA. Combined with clinical characteristics of round window membrane lesion, the effect of sound transmission due to thickening of the round window membrane caused by the otitis media, shrinkage of the round window membrane area caused by otosclerosis, and hardening of the round window membrane itself is analyzed. The results show that with thickening of the round window membrane, the displacement of the round window membrane is decreased. In the meantime, with hardening of the round window membrane and shrinkage of the membrane area, the maximum displacement of the round window membrane is gradually reduced, leading to a decrease in sound transmission. Thus, the analytical analysis can avoid interference of environment and the technical level of personnel, and it can evaluate transmission performance of the round window membrane efficiently, providing a theoretical basis for the reverse excitation of artificial prosthesis.  相似文献

This paper describes the preparation of a novel mixed-bed immunoaffinity chromatography (IAC) column by coupling four monoclonal antibodies against different sulfonamides (SAs) to Sepharose 4B. The IAC column can be used to simultaneously extract and purify 16 SAs in pork muscle. The dynamic column capacities for all SAs in mixed standard solution were between 312 and 479 ng/mL gel. After simple extraction and IAC cleanup, the sample solution can be directly injected for liquid chromatography-ultraviolet analysis. The recoveries of SAs from spiked samples at levels of 25, 50 and 100 μg/kg ranged from 83.3 to 103.1% with variation coefficient less than 8.6%. The comparison of IAC with liquid-liquid extraction and solid phase extraction indicated that IAC has better purification effect and needs less organic solution than conventional methods, thus it would be an ideal method for selective purification of SAs in pork muscle.  相似文献

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) broadly regulate normal biological functions of bone and the progression of fracture healing and osteoporosis. Recently, it has been reported that miR-1224-5p in fracture plasma is a potential therapy for osteogenesis. To investigate the roles of miR-1224-5p and the Rap1 signaling pathway in fracture healing and osteoporosis development and progression, we used BMMs, BMSCs, and skull osteoblast precursor cells for in vitro osteogenesis and osteoclastogenesis studies. Osteoblastogenesis and osteoclastogenesis were detected by ALP, ARS, and TRAP staining and bone slice resorption pit assays. The miR-1224-5p target gene was assessed by siRNA-mediated target gene knockdown and luciferase reporter assays. To explore the Rap1 pathway, we performed high-throughput sequencing, western blotting, RT-PCR, chromatin immunoprecipitation assays and immunohistochemical staining. In vivo, bone healing was judged by the cortical femoral defect, cranial bone defect and femoral fracture models. Progression of osteoporosis was evaluated by an ovariectomy model and an aged osteoporosis model. We discovered that the expression of miR-1224-5p was positively correlated with fracture healing progression. Moreover, in vitro, overexpression of miR-1224-5p slowed Rankl-induced osteoclast differentiation and promoted osteoblast differentiation via the Rap1-signaling pathway by targeting ADCY2. In addition, in vivo overexpression of miR-1224-5p significantly promoted fracture healing and ameliorated the progression of osteoporosis caused by estrogen deficiency or aging. Furthermore, knockdown of miRNA-1224-5p inhibited bone regeneration in mice and accelerated the progression of osteoporosis in elderly mice. A duplex surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-based lateral flow immunosensor was established for the simultaneous detection of two common antibiotic residues including tetracycline and penicillin in milk. The newly synthesized Au@Ag nanoparticles were labeled with different Raman molecules including 5,5-dithiobis-2-nitrobenzoic acid (DTNB) or 4-mercaptobenzoic acid (MBA), followed by the conjugation of anti-tetracycline monoclonal antibody or anti-penicillin receptor, forming two kinds of SERS nanoprobes. The two nanoprobes can recognize tetracycline-BSA and ampicillin-BSA, respectively, which facilitates the simultaneous detection of the two types of antibiotics on a single test line. After optimization, detection limits of tetracycline and penicillin as low as 0.015 ng/mL and 0.010 ng/mL, respectively, were achieved. These values were far below those of most of other documented bio-analytical approaches. Moreover, the spiking test demonstrates an excellent assay accuracy with recoveries of 88.8% to 111.3%, and satisfactory assay precision with relative standard deviation below 16%. Consequently, the results demonstrate that the SERS-based lateral flow immunosensor developed in this study has the advantages of excellent assay sensitivity and remarkable multiplexing capability, thus it will have great application potential in food safety monitoring.  相似文献

Similarities and fundamental differences between Maxwell’s equations and nonlinear Schrödinger equation in predicting a soliton evolution in a uniform nonlinear anisotropic medium are analyzed. It is found that in some cases, the soliton solutions to the nonlinear Schrödinger equation cannot be recovered from Maxwell’s equations while in others the soliton solutions to Maxwell’s equations are lost from the nonlinear Schrödinger equation through approximation, although there are cases where the soliton solutions to the two sets of the equations demonstrate only quantitative difference.
