二氧化钛光催化体系中的羟基自由基的测定

通过ESR光谱测定表明TiO2悬浮液在紫外光照射下产生羟基自由基氧化物种.羟基自由基氧化酸性桃红(sulforhodamine B,SRB)使其褪色,在565 nm处用分光光度法测定其吸光度值的变化,可间接测定羟基自由基的生成量.确定了体系的最佳实验条件pH为2.5;SRB浓度为2.0×10-5mol/L;TiO2浓度为0.1 g/L;光照时间为12 min.采用抗坏血酸为羟基自由基清除剂,测定了其自由基清除率,表明拟定该体系可作为筛选抗氧化剂的方法之一.     

The Effect of Hispidulin,a Flavonoid from Salvia plebeia,on Human Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma CNE-2Z Cell Proliferation,Migration, Invasion,and Apoptosis

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a common malignant head and neck tumor. Drug resistance and distant metastasis are the predominant cause of treatment failure in NPC patients. Hispidulin is a flavonoid extracted from the bioassay-guided separation of the EtOH extract of Salvia plebeia with strong anti-proliferative activity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells (CNE-2Z). In this study, the effects of hispidulin on proliferation, invasion, migration, and apoptosis were investigated in CNE-2Z cells. The [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide] (MTT) assay and the colony formation assay revealed that hispidulin could inhibit CNE-2Z cell proliferation. Hispidulin (25, 50, 100 μM) also induced apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner in CNE-2Z cells. The expression of Akt was reduced, and the expression of the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 was increased. In addition, scratch wound and transwell assays proved that hispidulin (6.25, 12.5, 25 μM) could inhibited the migration and invasion in CNE-2Z cells. The expressions of HIF-1α, MMP-9, and MMP-2 were decreased, while the MMPs inhibitor TIMP1 was enhanced by hispidulin. Moreover, hispidulin exhibited potent suppression tumor growth and low toxicity in CNE-2Z cancer-bearing mice at a dosage of 20 mg/kg/day. Thus, hispidulin appears to be a potentially effective agent for NPC treatment.     

温度和流速对齐口裂腹鱼幼鱼呼吸代谢的影响

通过流水式呼吸仪研究了齐口裂腹鱼(Schizothorax prenanti)幼鱼在不同水温(11,15,20,23℃)和流速(0.00,0.10,0.30,0.50m/s)环境下的呼吸代谢.研究发现,齐口裂腹鱼幼鱼呼吸代谢率(MR)和单位体重呼吸代谢率(MR′)都随着温度的升高而增大.在11～23℃之间,代谢率的变幅为0.85～7.21mg/h,单位体重代谢率的变幅为350.81～1858.16mg/(kg·h).回归方程MR=a.mb能够较好的描述4个温度水平的幼鱼代谢率与体重之间的关系(p<0.05),体重指数b随着温度的升高而降低.并且在11～23℃之间,幼鱼的代谢率与温度、体重间的关系可通过模型MR=0.525m0.788.e0.033T(R2=0.907,p<0.05,n=32)较好地表征.在0.00,0.10,0.30,0.50m/s4个流速下裂腹鱼幼鱼呼吸代谢率的波动范围为0.59～2.35mg/h,单位体重代谢率波动范围为469.93～1281.56mg/(kg.h).各流速平均代谢率的大小顺序为0.937mg/h(0.10m/s)<1.089mg/h(0.00m/s)<1.104mg/h(...     

A chlorinated non-fullerene acceptor for efficient polymer solar cells

Improving the performance and reducing the manufacturing costs are the main directions for the development of organic solar cells in the future. Here, the strategy that uses chemical structure modification to optimize the photoelectric properties is reported. A new narrow bandgap (1.30 eV) chlorinated non-fullerene electron acceptor (Y15), based on benzo[d][1,2,3] triazole with two 3-undecyl-thieno[2′,3′:4,5] thieno[3,2-b] pyrrole fused -7-heterocyclic ring, with absorption edge extending to the near-infrared (NIR) region, namely A-DA'D-A type structure, is designed and synthesized. Its electrochemical and optoelectronic properties are systematically investigated. Benefitting from its NIR light harvesting, the fabricated photovoltaic devices based on Y15 deliver a high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 14.13%, when blending with a wide bandgap polymer donor PM6. Our results show that the A-DA'D-A type molecular design and application of near-infrared electron acceptors have the potential to further improve the PCE of polymer solar cells (PSCs).     

3，5－二溴－4－氨基苯基荧光酮的离解及与钼显色反应的研究

用分光光度法研究了２，３，７－三羟基－９－（３，５－二溴－４－氨基）苯基荧光酮的离解平衡和离解常数；以其为显色剂，进行了钼（ＶＩ）的分光光度法研究，在０．２～０．８ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１ＨＣｌ溶液中，ＣＴＭＡＢ存在下，显色剂与Ｍｏ（ＶＩ）生成灵敏的红色三元配合物，ε５３０＝１．５６×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１，用于测定钢中的钼，结果满意．     

紫外-可见光谱法研究细胞色素C活性中心金属离子与硫酸铜的相互作用

应用紫外－可见吸收光谱法研究细胞色素C（Fecyt-C)活性中心铁离在pH7.1的磷酸缓冲液中与无机CuSO4的直接相互作用。结果发现：CuSO4中的Cu（Ⅱ）与Fecyt-C中的Fe(Ⅱ）有交换作用，形成部分的Cucyt-C，并且随着外加CuSO4量的增加，这种相互作用增强，首次证实了细胞色素C这种直接相互作用的存在。     

A Scalable Methylamine Gas Healing Strategy for High‐Efficiency Inorganic Perovskite Solar Cells

An easy and scalable methylamine (MA) gas healing method was realized for inorganic cesium‐based perovskite (CsPbX₃) layers by incorporating a certain amount of MAX (X=I or Br) initiators into the raw film. It was found that the excess MAX accelerated the absorption of the MA gas into the CsPbX₃ film and quickly turned it into a liquid intermediate phase. Through the healing process, a highly uniform and highly crystalline CsPbX₃ film with enhanced photovoltaic performance was obtained. Moreover, the chemical interactions between a series of halides and MA gas molecules were studied, and the results could offer guidance in further optimizations of the healing strategy.     

某些9—取代苯基荧光酮类试剂与钼（Ⅵ）显色反应的研究

研究了在表面活性剂存在下，三种新的９－取代苯基荧光酮类试剂与钼（Ⅵ）的显色反应及其光度分析特征，试验结果表明，试剂分子９位上引入的取代基明显影响试剂的配合能力。本文从取代基的电子效应等方面讨论了试剂的结构与性能之间的关系。
