ZnO-MgO nanocomposite was prepared by glycine nitrate combustion method.Its photoluminescence property, the structure and annealing temperature dependence was studied by XRD, FTIR and SEM. The results show that the photoluminescence property of ZnO-MgO nanocomposite is greatly improved compared with that of pure ZnO. Under 325 nm laser excitation, the emission spectra of the 900 ℃ treated composite sample had an obviously enhanced ultraviolet (UV) band centered at 385 nm at room temperature. The luminescence intensity of the UV band became stronger with the increase of annealing temperatures and reached a maximum at 900 ℃ but decreased at 1000 ℃. The photoluminescence intensity was mainly affected by the grain size, the crystallization and the action between ZnO and MgO nanoparticles. In addition, an appropriate G/N value was favorable for improving the UV-PL properties of the nanocomposite samples.  相似文献

A series of artificial compounds, phenanthroline or aromatic bridged indoline derivatives, have been designed and synthesized. The interaction of these compounds with biologically important anions fluoride (F?), acetate (AcO?), dihydrogen phosphate (H2PO4?), chloride (Cl?), bromide (Br?) and iodide (I?) was determined by UV–vis, fluorescene titration and theoretical experiments. Results indicate that compound 1 (Di((1″,2″-dihydro-indol-3″-one-2″-hydrazone-1′-hydrazyl)-2′-methylene)-1,3-did-ehydebenzo) and 2 (Di((1″,2″-dihydro-indol-3″-one-2″-hydrazone-1′-hydrazyl)-2′-methylene)-1,3-didehyde-5-nitrobenzo) containing aromatic bridge do not show binding ability for various anions, and that compound 3 (Di((1″,2″-dihydro-indol-3″-one-2″-hydrazone-1′-hydrazyl)-2′-methylene)-2,9-dial-dehyde-1,10-phenanthroline) containing phenanthroline bridge shows the strongest binding ability for F? among various anions, the moderate binding ability for AcO? and H2PO4?, and almost no binding ability for Cl?, Br?, I?. The different binding ability of aromatic and phenanthroline bridged compounds may be related to the conjugative effect. What's more, the binding ability of compound 3 with F? is not interfered by the existence of other anions. Hence, theoretical investigations explore the reasons of different binding ability between compound 3 and anions.  相似文献

按YY 0308-2004要求,采用顶空气相色谱法测定了医用透明质酸钠凝胶中的乙醇残留量,依据JJF l059-1999,CNAS-GL 06,对测量结果的不确定度来源进行了系统分析,并对各不确定度分量进行了评定和量化,计算了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,测定结果为(344.10±37.51)μg/g,k=2。结果表明,影响测量结果的主要因素为标准曲线拟合引入的不确定度。  相似文献

A catalyst composed of a Pd(5)Cu mixed oxide supported over Al(2)O(3)-CeO(2) with general formula Pd(5)CuO(x)/Al(2)O(3)-CeO(2) (Al/Ce atomic ratio=1/1) has been prepared by a wet impregnation method and tested in the methanol conversion. The structural and morphological characterization of the catalyst evidences that it is a mesoporous material thermally stable up to 873 K. At that temperature the specific surface area value is 170 m(2)/g, and a CeO(2) cubic phase is identified together with ill-defined diffraction peaks tentatively assigned to Cu-Pd clusters, suggesting that the active phase is well dispersed over the support. Infrared studies prove that methanol conversion takes place over the catalyst to a high extent yielding syngas as main product in the range 473-723 K and methane at higher temperatures. Oxygenated intermediates containing methoxy, carbonile or formiate species are not detected, which evidences that methanol conversion to methane very probably takes place according to a via-carbide mechanism.  相似文献

Five flavones possessing one to four phenolic groups were fully phosphorylated efficiently and the obtained compounds showed excellent pancreatic cholesterol esterase (CEase) inhibitory activities with IC(50) in the nanomolar range, which were much more potent than their parent compounds. The inhibition mechanism and kinetic characterization studies indicate that they are irreversible competitive inhibitors.  相似文献

 在SILEX-Ⅰ超短超强激光装置上,研究了30 fs,1.0×1019 W/cm2超短超强激光脉冲与薄膜靶作用产生的发射光谱。对于3 μm厚的铜靶,在激光沿靶面的镜面反射方向观测到二倍频和3/2倍频光谱,且都发生了红移。由红移量推测出等离子体反射面的后退速度约为2.6×108 cm/s。对于200 nm厚CH靶,沿激光传播方向观察到超连续光谱,光谱波长范围从约300 nm延伸至约940 nm。利用MULTI-1D流体程序,模拟了超强激光的预脉冲与薄膜靶相互作用过程,结果表明,预脉冲对预等离子体的密度分布有显著影响,是导致实验观测光谱差异的原因。  相似文献

The molecular recognition properties of DNA gave rise to many novel materials and applications such as DNA biosensors, DNA‐functionalized colloidal materials, DNA origami and DNA‐based directed surface assembly. The DNA‐functionalized surfaces are used in biosensors and for programmed self‐assembly of biological, organic and inorganic moieties into novel materials. However, surface density, length, and linker design of the surface functionalized DNAs significantly influence the properties of DNA‐driven assemblies and materials. This perspective discusses the understanding of structure and dynamics of DNA immobilized on the surfaces from the theoretical point of view including recent progress in analytical theories, atomistic simulations, and coarse‐grained models. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
