CdSe电沉积层的组成及形成机理

伏安曲线和现场光电流测定用于研究在钛基体上阴极电沉积形成Cdse薄膜的机理. XPS实验表明, CdSe沉积层的组成与沉积电位、沉积时间和溶液组成有关.在0.1 mol·L~(-1)CdSO_4+4 mmol·L~(-1)H_2SeO_3+0.2 mol·L~(-1) H_2SO_4溶液中, 当电位比-0.50 V正时生成富Se层, 而当电位比-0.70 V还负时生成富Cd层. 在-0.69 V下沉积, 沉积层的Se/Cd计量比接近1.1. 在同一电位下, 若提高H_2Se0_3浓度, 则沉积物中Se的含量增多. 实验结果表明, CdSe电沉积因条件不同遵循两种不同的机理, 据此讨论了克服Se/Cd比大于1的可能措施。     

杂环生物碱类化合物的分离及结构鉴定

首次报道从中国南海西沙群岛海绵spongiaobligue中分离得到3个新的含氮生物碱杂环化合物,通过MS,1DNMR,20NMR等波谱数据及元素分析确定它们的结构。     

Near-Infrared Properties of Hybridized Plasmonic Rectangular Split Nanorings

The near-infrared properties of gold rectangular split nanorings （RSNs） are investigated by simulation using the finite element method. In the results, the distribution and enhancement of electromagnetic （EM） fields are confirmed by the distribution of charge and current density. The spectrum variation with split distance of RSNs in absorption is in accordance with the hybridization theory. The influence of split distance and light wavelength on the enhancement of EM field is also studied for devices that make use of surface plasmon resonance in nearinfrared, such as in optical trapping, biomedicine, and solar energy. Additionally, the spectra in mediums with various refractive indices suggest the potential application of the hybridized plasmonic RSNs as an ultra-sensitive sensor in the near-infrared region.     

电沉积高择优取向的锌沉积层

采用电沉积方法，在含ＫＭｎＯ４的ＺｎＳＯ４溶液中，通过控电位和控电流，得到高择优取向的（０００２）和（１０１１）Ｚｎ沉积层，用Ｘ射线衍射技术和扫描电子显微镜进行表征，结果表明这种高择优取向的Ｚｎ沉积层与相应的Ｚｎ单晶具有相似的ＸＲＤ图，且具有比较完整的晶体结构。几乎不存在位错应力；还通过阴极极化曲线讨论了形成高择优取向Ｚｎ沉积层的可能原因。
