电辅基在有机电合成中的应用

对近年来电辅基在有机电合成中的应用研究概况进行了综述。电辅基共分为两 大类，第一类电辅基是由第四主族的无素参与组成的有机基团，而有机硫基团属于 第二类电辅基。电辅基可以使分子的最高占有轨道（HOMO）的能量升高，促进电子 的传递，从而降低有机底物的氧化电势，使碳原子与电辅基相连化学键选择性地断 裂，同时接受亲核试剂的进攻，使反应的选择性提高。电辅基在今后的有机化学合 成中具有广阔的应用前景。     

A novel mutation operator based on the immunity operation

This paper presents a novel mutation operator based on the immunity operation. Also, the selection is integrated into both crossover and mutation operation. Experiments with our approach on many test functions resulted in near-optimal solutions in all cases. In comparison with several other algorithms, our approach achieved improved accuracy.     

磺化酞菁在甲醇-水溶液中的二聚作用研究

研究了不同磺化度的酞菁在甲醇－水混合溶剂中的聚集行为，通过紫外－可见光谱测定，发现磺化度在１．０以上的时染料在稀溶液中主要单体和二聚体的形式存在，并可用简单的方法计算出聚集平衡常数和平衡时单体所占的百分化，得到磺化越低越易聚集的结论，有关激发态的实验表明，增加酞菁磺化度有助于提高表观荧光量子产率，但对荧光寿命影响较小。     

光致变色螺萘并噁嗪配合物的褪色过程动力学研究

报导了一种带5’－CO_2Me取代基的螺嗪（A）的开环形式（B）与金属离子的配合作用，利用紫外可见吸收光谱研究了金属离子浓度的影响，并证明了有色体配合物（C）的主要消色过程是先解离出金属离子生成（B）．再褪色生成闭环无色体（A）．未观测到由（C）直接褪色生成（A）的过程.     

咪唑催化磷酰化丝,苏氨酸及其酯的活化反应

咪唑对磷酰化氨基酸的活化反应具有较强的催化作用，磷酰化丝、苏氨酸在咪唑催化下不仅能发生溶剂解反应，如磷酯交换，羧基活化成酯、成肽及磷酰基的Ｎ－Ｏ迁移等，而且还会发生分子内环化反应，对于化学性质非常稳定的磷酰化丝、苏氨酸酯在咪唑催化下也会发生上述反应，反应机理推测为丝、苏氨酸的侧链基团羟基在咪唑的存在下亲核进攻磷原子形成五配位中间体。     

Clean preparation of S-thiocarbamates with in situ generated hydroxide in 2-methyltetrahydrofuran

A simple and clean protocol for the synthesis of various alkyl and (hetero)aryl S-thiocarbamates was established. The usage of in situ generated hydroxide as both an oxygen source and hydrogen source as well as biomass-derived 2-methyltetrahydrofuran as a green reaction medium, the avoidance of phosphorus-containing reductant, and the generation of harmless water and nitrogen as the side-products have given the present method atom-economy and environmental friendliness.     

Metal-free synthesis of 1,2,3-benzotriazines

The recent molecular iodine catalyzed [1,2]-rearrangement of aryl amines and 3-amino-1H-indazolesfor the synthesis of 1,2,3-benzotriazines is highlighted.     

Microwave-assisted 6π-electrocyclization in water

The recent development of microwave-assisted aqueous synthesis of polyheterocyclic-fused quinoline-2-thiones through 6π-electrocyclization was highlighted.
