An eco-friendly protocol for the synthesis of various 2-sulfonyl quinolines/pyridines through sulfonylation of heteroaromatic N-oxides with sodium sulfinates in water under metal-and oxidant-free conditions has been developed. In this paper, we design a varactor-tunable metamaterial absorber (MA). The tunable MA is based on a mushroom-type high impedance surface (HIS), in which varactors are loaded between adjacent metal patches to adjust the capacitance and tune the resonance frequency, the primary ground plane is etched as the bias network to bias all of the varactors in parallel, and another ultra-thin grounded film is attached to the bottom. Its absorption characteristics are realized for electrically dielectric loss. The simulated values of a sample indicate that a tunable frequency range from 2.85 GHz to 2.22 GHz is achieved by adjusting the varactor capacitance from 0.1 pF to 2.0 pF, and better than 0.97 absorbance is realized; in addition, the tunable frequency range is expanded from 4.12 GHz to 1.70 GHz after optimization. 相似文献

Imbalance in the cellular redox system is thought to be associated with the induction and progression of breast cancers, and heme proteins may regulate the redox balance. Cytochrome b5 (Cyt b5) is a small mitochondrial heme protein. Its function and regulating mechanism in breast cancer remain unknown. In this study, we elucidated the level of endogenous oxidative stress in breast cancer cells, MCF-7 cells (hormone receptor-positive cells) and MDA-MB-231 cells (triple-negative cells), and investigated the difference in Cyt b5 content. Based on the low content of Cyt b5 in MDA-MB-231 cells, the overexpression of Cyt b5 was found to regulate the oxidative stress and apoptosis cascades, including ERK1/2 and Akt signaling pathways. The overexpressed Cyt b5 MDA-MB-231 cells were shown to exhibit decreased oxidative stress, less phosphorylation of ERK1/2 and Akt, and less cleavage of caspases 3 and 9 upon treatment with H2O2, as compared to those of normal MDA-MB-231 cells. Moreover, the overexpressed Cyt b5 most likely functioned by interacting with its protein partner, Cyt c, as suggested by co-immunoprecipitation studies. These results indicated that Cyt b5 has different effects on breast cancer cells of different phenotypes, which provides useful information for understanding the multiple roles of Cyt b5 and provides clues for clinical treatment. 相似文献

碳纳米管具有一维纳米结构、高表面吸附能力、良好的导电性和电子弹道传输特性等优异的力学、电学、物理和化学性能,成为制作纳米气体传感器的理想材料之一.近年来,各国研究者广泛开展了碳纳米管气体传感器的研究工作,并取得了许多显著成果.研究结果表明,碳纳米管气体传感器具有灵敏度高、响应速度快、尺寸小、能耗低和室温下工作等诸多特点.本文结合本研究小组近年来在碳纳米管气体传感器领域所做的大量研究工作,从环境监测、医学检测和国防军事等方面,对碳纳米管气体传感器取得的研究进展进行了综述,同时也阐述和分析了碳纳米管气体传感器的工作原理和制作过程.尽管面临诸多挑战,随着研究的不断深入,碳纳米管气体传感器仍有可能凭借其独特的性能优势成为当前商业应用气体传感器的有力竞争者. 相似文献

利用阳极氧化反应, 将一系列N-芳基吡咯电氰化, 区域专一地得到吡咯氰化物2, 分离收率为76%~85%. 将其与叠氮化钠反应, 合成了一系列具有潜在血管紧张素Ⅱ受体(AT)拮抗活性的新型四唑化合物. 该合成路线的原料易得, 并以阳极氰化芳香氮杂环引入氰基为关键步骤, 可作为在芳香氮杂环上引入四唑基团的通用合成路线. 相似文献
