二值化梯形透过率光栅是一种具有离轴衍射级次的二维光栅,其各衍射点光强信息和位置信息的确定对该新型光栅的实际应用具有重要意义。然而,目前尚无相关解析理论对其进行合理的描述。为了解决上述问题,通过二维傅里叶变换方法获得了该光栅各个衍射级次光强分布的解析表达式,并根据二维光栅的结构特征给出了在透射式和反射式情况下该光栅满足的光栅方程。这为该新型光栅的光线追迹计算打下了理论基础。最后,将解析表达式计算结果与采用X-Lab软件标量衍射模块计算的数值模拟结果进行比较,验证解析理论的正确性。 相似文献

利用超高真空化学气相淀积系统, 基于低温缓冲层和插入应变超晶格的方法, 在Si(100)衬底上外延出厚度约为880 nm的纯Ge层. 采用X射线双晶衍射、高分辨透射电镜、原子力显微镜和光致发光谱分别表征了其结构及光学性质. 测试结果显示外延Ge的X射线双晶衍射曲线半高宽为273", 表面均方根粗糙度为0.24 nm, 位错密度约为1.5×106 cm2. 在室温下观测到外延Ge的直接带跃迁光致发光, 发光峰值位于1540 nm. 表明生长的Si基Ge材料具有良好的结晶质量, 可望在Si基光电子器件中得到应用. 相似文献

For the first time in the literature, we report the monolithic integration of SiGe near-infrared phototransistor and planar hetero-junction bipolar transistor (HBT). The phototransistor is made with SiGe/Si multi-quantum well structure (MQW_PHT). At room temperature, the MQW_PHT reveals an optical responsivity of 1904 mW/A at 0.85 μm and 1.25 mW/A at 1.3 μm under the reversed bias of VCE=1.5 V. For electrical DC and microwave performance, the SiGe HBT has a current gain of 160 and a cut-off frequency (fT) of 25 GHz, respectively. 相似文献

We study properties of the sets of minimal forbidden minors for the families of graphs having a vertex cover of size at most k. We denote this set by O(k-VERTEX COVER) and call it the set of obstructions. Our main result is to give a tight vertex bound of O(k-VERTEX COVER), and then confirm a conjecture made by Liu Xiong that there is a unique connected obstruction with maximum number of vertices for k-VERTEX COVER and this graph is C2k+1. Two triazine‐based unconventional dendrimers were prepared and characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. Differential scanning calorimetry, polarizing microscopy, and powder XRD studies showed that these dendrimers display columnar liquid‐crystalline phases during thermal treatment. This is ascribable to breaking of their C2 symmetry. The molecular conformations of prepared dendrimers were obtained by computer simulation with the MM3 model of the CaChe program in the gas phase. The simulation showed that the conformations of the prepared dendrimers are rather flat and disfavor formation of the LC phase. However, due to C2‐symmetry breaking, the prepared dendrimers have structural isomers in the solid state and thus show the desired columnar phases. This new strategy should be applicable to other types of unconventional dendrimers with rigid frameworks. 相似文献

Here we report on a mixed oxide system, gamma-Fe2O3 nanoparticles doped with Mn(III), where the transition from the cubic to the more stable hexagonal alpha-Fe2O3 structure is suppressed. When amorphous Fe2O3 is heated at 300 degrees C for 3 h, ferrimagnetic gamma-Fe2O3 is observed as the sole product. On the other hand, when the temperature is raised to 500 degrees C, one observes only antiferromagnetic alpha-Fe2O3 as the product. However, upon doping with 8.5 wt % Mn(III), the amorphous nanoparticles crystallized to mainly the gamma-Fe2O3 matrix after heating at 500 degrees C for 3 h, and need to be heated to >650 degrees C for the complete transition to the alpha-Fe2O3 structure to take place. 相似文献

We report the use of silver (Ag)-modified carbon and Ag ultramicroelectrodes (UMEs) for electrochemical detection of nitrate. We investigated several methods for electrodeposition of Ag; our results show that the addition of a complexation agent (ammonium sulfate) in the Ag deposition solution is necessary for electrodeposition of nanostructured Ag that adheres well to the electrode. The electrodeposited Ag on both types of electrodes has branch-like structures that are well-suited for electrocatalytic reduction of nitrate. The use of UMEs is advantageous; the sigmoidal-shaped cyclic voltammogram allows for sensitive detection of nitrate by reducing the capacitive current, as well as enabling easy quantification of the nitrate reduction current. Both cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry were used to characterize the electrodes; and independent of the electrochemical interrogation technique, both UMEs were found to have a wide linear dynamic range (4–1000 μM) and a low limit of detection (3.2–5.1 μM). More importantly, they are reusable up to ∼100 interrogation cycles and are selective enough to be used for direct detection of nitrate in a synthetic aquifer sample without any sample pretreatment and/or pH adjustment. 相似文献
