A new abietane diterpene 12-hydroxy-7-oxo-5, 8, 11, 13-tetraene-18, 6-abietanolide, together with a new natural sterol stigmasta-7, 22-diene-3β, 5α, 6α-triol have been isolated from the fruiting body of the fungus Phellinus igniarius. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR techniques.  相似文献

Three new serratane triterpenoids, (3α,14α,15α,21α)‐3,14,15,21,29‐pentahydroxyserratan‐24‐oic acid ( 1 ), (3α,21β)‐serrat‐14‐ene‐3,21,24,30‐tetraol ( 2 ), and (3α,21α)‐serrat‐14‐ene‐3,21,24,29‐tetraol ( 3 ), were isolated from Phlegmariurus squarrosus, together with eight known compounds. A new oxamato-bridged NiIICuIINiII species, [Ni(tacn)(H2O)]2[μ-Cu(pba)](ClO4)2·6H2O 1, (tacn=1,4,7-triazacyclononane; pba=1,3-propylenebis(oxamato)) has been synthesized and structurally as well as magnetically characterized. Complex 1 has a discrete trinuclear NiIICuIINiII structure: Two nickel(II) ions are bridged by [Cu(pba)]2− anion, macrocyclic ligand tacn works as terminal ligand of the nickel(II) center. The magnetic data of compound 1 was analyzed by means of

The reaction of tellurium(IV) tetrahalides with hydrochloric and hydrobromic acid leads to the formation of (H3O)2[TeX6], which reacts subsequently with (2‐Br‐C5NH5)+X to afford (2‐Br‐C5NH5)2[TeCl6] ( 1 ) and (2‐Br‐C5NH5)2[TeBr6] ( 2 ). The structure of the complex salts were analysed by X‐ray diffractometry affording the centrosymmetric space groups P21/n (monoclinic, 1 ) and P1¯ (triclinic, 2 ). Interionic hydrogen bondings hold their lattices in bidimensional supramolecular arrays not yet described in the literature. The lone electron pair of the AX6E‐system of the hexahalotellurates [TeX6]2‐ (X = Cl, Br) seems to be fully delocalized since only small octahedral deviations were observed for the anionic species. The structures of the title compounds were refined with the Te atoms occupying sites with full point symmetry, approximately m3¯m. In both cases the Te atoms enclose centers of inversion and the octahedrally dynamic structures are enforced and stabilized along the supramolecular lattices by the crystal field of the 2‐Br‐pyridinium cations.  相似文献

(C2H10N2)[BPO4F2] — Strukturbeziehungen zwischen [BPO4F2]2— und [Si2O6]4— Colourless crystals of (C2H10N2)[BPO4F2] were prepared from mixture of ethylendiamine, H3BO3, BF3 · C2H5NH2, H3PO4 and HCl under mild hydrothermal conditions (220 °C). The crystal structure was determined by single crystal methods (triclinic, P1¯ (no. 2), a = 451.85(5) pm, b = 710.20(8) pm, c = 1210.2(2) pm, α = 86.08(1)°, β = 88.52(2)°, γ = 71.74(1)°, Z = 2) and contains infinite tetrahedral zweier‐single‐chains {[BPO4F2]2—} which are isoelectronic (48e) with the polyanions {[Si2O6]4—} of the pyroxene family.  相似文献

The four new lariciresinol‐based lignan glycosides, (?)‐lariciresinol 4′‐(6″‐O‐feruloyl‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside) ( 1 ), (?)‐lariciresinol 4′‐(4″,6″‐di‐O‐feruloyl‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside) ( 2 ), 5,5′‐dimethoxylariciresinol 4′‐(4″,6″‐di‐O‐feruloyl)‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside) ( 3 ), and 4‐O‐[α‐(1,2‐dihydroxyethyl)syringyl]‐5,5′‐dimethoxylariciresinol 4′‐(4″,6″‐di‐O‐feruloyl‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside) ( 4 ), together with two known ones, lariciresinol 4′‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside) ( 5 ) and tortoside B ( 6 ), were isolated from the BuOH extract of Rhus javanica var. roxburghiana roots, and their structures were established by means of various spectroscopic techniques.  相似文献

In this work, the electrochemical behavior of ferrocene (Fc) was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) of 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (EMIBF4) on glass carbon (GC), edge plane pyrolytic graphite (EPPG) and multi‐walled carbon nanotube (MWCNTs)‐modified EPPG electrodes, respectively. The results demonstrated that on GC electrode, pairs of well‐defined reversible peaks were observed, while for the electrode of EPPG, the peak potential separation (ΔEp) is obviously larger than the theoretical value of 59 mV, hinting that the electrode of EPPG is distinguished from the commonly used electrode, consistent with the previous proposition that EPPG has many “defects”. To obtain an improved electrochemical response, multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were modified on the electrode of EPPG; the increased peak current and promoted peak potential separation not only proved the existence of “defects” in MWCNTs, but also supported that “creating active points” on an electrode is the main contribution of MWCNTs. Initiating the electrochemical research of Fc on the MWCNTs‐modified EPPG electrode in RTILs and verifying the presence of “defects” on both EPPG and MWCNTs using cyclic voltammograms (CVs) of Fc obtained in RTILs of EMIBF4, is the main contribution of this preliminary work.  相似文献

The title complex, poly[di‐μ3‐oxo‐hepta‐μ2‐oxo‐tetra­oxo­bis(1,10‐phenanthroline)‐μ4‐terephthalato‐dicopper(II)­tetra­molybdate(VI)], [Cu2Mo4(C8H4O4)O13(C12H8N2)2], represents a novel two‐dimensional copper–molybdate compound with mixed ligands. Tetra­nuclear molybdenum oxide clusters are joined through corner‐sharing into a ribbon‐like chain, with [Cu(phen)]2+ (phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline) complexes grafted onto either side. The terephthalate ligand lies about an inversion centre and links these chains to form a layer via Cu—O and Mo—O bonds. Face‐to‐face π–π stacking inter­actions between adjacent phen ligands stabilize the structure.  相似文献

基于卟啉对癌细胞的特殊亲和作用和哌嗪化合物的抗肿瘤、抗病毒作用,设计并合成了具有哌嗪结构的新型卟啉化合物5,10,15,20-四[4-(4'-乙基哌嗪基)苯基]卟啉(TEPPPH2),其结构经UV-Vis, 元素分析,1H NMR等手段证明。采用UV-Vis光谱和荧光光谱研究了TEPPPH2和小牛胸腺DNA 的相互作用模式和结合机理。实验发现,TEPPPH2能嵌入到DNA的碱基对中,1个小牛胸腺DNA分子对TEPPPH2分子的最大结合数n约为88,结合常数为8.4×106mol•L-1 。TEPPPH2与DNA的结合数和结合常数大于已知的四(4-N-甲基吡啶基)卟啉和Ca/sal-his、Ni/sal–aln型席夫碱抗癌药物。  相似文献
