提出一种紧凑型偏振解复用器, 其中两条常规硅基波导作为输入/输出信号通道, 居于其中的槽式微环谐振腔用于偏振态/波长选择组件. 采用全矢量频域有限差分法详细分析了硅基常规及槽波导的模式特性, 结果发现其横磁模的模场布及其有效折射率相似, 而其横电模相应的特性则差异明显, 结果输入横磁模能够在谐振工作波长下从下路端口输出, 而输入横电模与微环耦合可以忽略, 直接从直通端口输出, 从而实现两偏振态的高效分离. 采用全矢量时域有限差分法详细分析了该偏振解复用器的光波传输特性, 结果表明, 当微环半径为3.489 μm时, 在1.55 μm工作波长下, 横磁模与横电模的消光比与插入损耗分别为 ~ 26.12 (36.67) dB与 ~ 0.49 (0.09) dB. 另外, 论文详细讨论了器件关键结构参数的制作容差, 并给出了输入模场在器件中的传输演变情况.  相似文献

设计了一种新型双壳层靶丸金属层电沉积装置,借助计算机模拟了其设计原理,分析了微球的运动及镀层的生长模式,介绍了其各部分结构和功能。借助理论计算,确定了镀槽的整体尺寸,其中槽体半径确定为5cm。镀槽的特殊结构使微球上部镀层沉积速度较快,结合小球的自转及围绕圆柱体的公转运动实现镀层均匀沉积。镀液及微球的运动模式使镀液流速合并了主盐浓度、小球平动速度、小球转动速度三个关键参数,简化了对沉积过程的控制。在新旧装置上进行了电沉积实验,制备出了镀层厚度分别为9μm和2μm的空心金微球,结果表明:使用设计的装置可制备表面质量良好、厚度均匀且可控的金属微球,镀层厚度由沉积时间、金属层密度、镀液比重、微球芯轴的等效密度等决定。  相似文献

A novel electrochemical method is developed for detection of DNA demethylation and assay of DNA demethylase activity. This method is constructed by hybridizing the probe with biotin tagged hemi-methylated complementary DNA and further capturing streptavidin tagged alkaline phosphatase (SA-ALP) to catalyze the hydrolysis reaction of p-nitrophenyl phosphate. The hydrolysate of p-nitrophenol (PNP) is then used as electrochemical probe for detecting DNA demethylation and assaying the activity of DNA demethylase. Demethylation of target DNA initiates a degradation reaction of the double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) by restriction endonuclease of BstUI. It makes the failed immobilization of ALP, resulting in a decreased electrochemical oxidation signal of PNP. Through the change of this electrochemical signal, the DNA demethylation is identified and the activity of DNA demethylase is analyzed with low detection limit of 1.3 ng mL−1. This method shows the advantages of simple operation, cheap and miniaturized instrument, high selectivity. Thus, it provides a useful platform for detecting DNA demethylation, analyzing demethylase activity and screening inhibited drug.  相似文献

Two new silver(I) 3D coordination polymers, namely [Ag3(2‐stp)(dpa)]n ( 1 ) and {[Ag2(2‐stp)(H2O)]?Hdpa}n ( 2 ) (2‐NaH2stp=sodium 2,5‐dicarboxysulfonate, dpa=di(pyridine‐2‐yl)amine) were synthesized. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR spectra, thermogravimetric analyses (TGA), and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In complex 1 , three neighboring Ag ions are bridged by N‐ and O‐atom, forming a 3D coordination network. The molecular structure of 2 is cation? anion species, forming 3D host? guest supramolecular network with the [Hdpa]+ cations encapsulated in the nanochannels. The photoluminescence properties of the complexes were also investigated in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Hexaflumuron, one of the benzoylphenylurea insect growth regulators, can be leached into surface water and thus having a potential impact on aquatic organisms. In this study, the photodegradation processes of hexaflumuron under high‐pressure mercury lamp irradiation were assessed. The photodegradation kinetics were studied, as were the effects of pH, different light sources, organic solvents and environmental substances, including nitrate ions (NO3?), nitrite ions (NO2?), ferrous ions (Fe2+), ferric ions (Fe3+), humic acid, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Three photodegradation products in methanol were identified by gas chromatography‐mass spectrometry (GC‐MS). In general, the degradation of hexaflumuron followed first‐order kinetics. In the four media studied, the photodegradation rate order was n‐hexane > methanol > ultrapure water > acetone. Faster degradation was observed under high‐pressure mercury lamp irradiation than under xenon lamp irradiation. The pH had a considerable effect, with the most rapid degradation occurring at pH 5.0. The photodegradation rate of hexaflumuron was promoted in the presence of NO3?, NO2?, Fe2+, humic acid, SDS and H2O2, but inhibited by Fe3+. Moreover, the presumed photodegradation pathway was proposed to be the cleavage of the urea linkage.  相似文献

The reaction of Ni(ClO4)2 · 6H2O with 3‐ethoxy‐2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde (Hemp), methylamine, and NaN3 in DMF solution, under solvothermal conditions, leads to the formation of the heterotetrametallic cluster [Ni2Na21,1,1‐N3)2(emimp)4(DMF)2] ( I ) (emimp = 2‐ethoxy‐6‐formyl‐phenolate anion, DMF = N,N‐dimethyl‐formamide). Compound I displays dominant ferromagnetic interactions through μ1,1,1‐N3 bridging mode.  相似文献

Three novel ligands H4Ln (n = 1–3) and their copper(II) and zinc(II) complexes were prepared and characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, molar conductivity, 1H NMR, UV/Vis, and IR spectroscopy as well as mass spectrometry. DNA binding properties of the ligands and their complexes were investigated by absorption spectroscopy, ethidium bromide displacement experiments, and viscosity measurements. The experimental results indicate that the new ligands and their complexes can bind to DNA and the binding affinities of the complexes are higher than those of the ligands. In addition, the antioxidant activity of the ligands and complexes was determined by superoxide and hydroxyl radical scavenging methods in vitro, indicating that the complexes exhibit more effective antioxidant activity than the ligands alone.  相似文献

Multi-arm star amphiphilic hyperbranched copolymers with poly(2-(dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate) (PDMAEMA) shell and hyperbranched poly(3-ethyl-3-(hydroxymethyl)oxetane) (HBPO) core were synthesized by reversible addition?Cfragmentation chain transfer method. The hyperbranched copolymers were further modified by succinic anhydride (SUC) to obtain the novel pH- and thermosensitive hyperbranched copolymer HBPO-star-PDMAEMAs-SUC. The composition and morphology of synthesized copolymers were investigated by 1H NMR, dynamic light scattering, and transmission electron microscopy. These copolymers exhibited phase transitions in response to pH and temperature. The pH-dependent release properties of the drug-loaded micelles were also investigated using indomethacin (IND) as a model drug. The IND-loaded micelles displayed a rapid drug release at an alkaline pH.  相似文献
