Synthesis of Some Allyl-β-Cyclodextrin Derivatives and their Properties as Capillary GC Stationary Phases

Summary Three -Cyclodextrin derivatives (-CDs) were synthesized by substituting the 2,6-OH groups of -CD with allyl groups and the 3-OH groups with three different acyl groups (valeryl, heptanonyl, octanoyl). The chromatographic properties of these -CDs as stationary phases for capillary gas chromatography (CGC) were studied. The test results showed that the three -CDs possessed good coating properties and that the capillary columns coated with them exhibited high column efficiency. These -CDs can separate not only the disubstituted benzene isomers but also some racemic compounds.

Quantum chemistry investigation on the active site of Mn-SOD

In this paper, we carried out a theoretical study on the active site structures of the Mn-SOD with ab initio Hartree–Fock SCF method, and analyzed the molecular orbital energies, charges and atomic orbital contribution to the frontier molecular orbital.     

SiO_2负载钼催化剂的合成及其催化乙烯二聚、同系化和歧化的反应性能

从单核及双核二甲胺钼络合物出发,制备了SiO_2负载的钼催化剂。程序升温分解实验(TPDE)及红外测试表明,双核钼络合物与SiO_2作用生成双钼中心物种,此物种可催化乙烯的二聚反应。280℃活化后此双钼中心物种变成单钼中心物种,单钼物种只催化乙烯的同系化及歧化反应。     

Recent Advances in Rare‐Earth Polypnictides

The polypnictide complexes of rare earth cations have drawn the attention of the scientific community for their uncommon bonding modes and potential applications. Herein, we present a systematic and comprehensive summary on recent advances in the field of rare earth polypnictides, focusing on their synthesis, structures, and reactivities. The structural stabilizing effects imposed by the electropositive rare earth cations as well as the reducing capability of rare earth precursors in the synthesis of these polypnictide complexes are described in this review. We also disscuss in detail the bonding interactions and coordination modes between rare earth cations and polypnictide clusters as well as the similarities and the peculiarity of some structures.     

β－甲基地高辛药物中有关物质的检测

报道了用高效液相色谱法检测β－甲基地高辛中的有关物质。色谱条件：色谱柱用ＳｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂＣ_（１８），１０μｍ，４．６ｍｍ×１５０ｍｍ，检测波长２１８ｎｍ，流动相：乙腈－水（３４：６６）。检测结果提示，目前的精制工艺需进一步改进。     

用高效疏水色谱法对多种脲变α-淀粉酶折叠中间体的研究

用高效疏水色谱法对用脲变性的α-淀粉酶的体外折叠中间体进行了分离，发现脲变α-淀粉酶折叠至少有19个中间体，而且，这些中间体在色谱流出液中可稳定一周．这一结论已由电泳、离子交换色谱和体积排阻色谱法证实．此外，还用紫外吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱研究了这些折叠中间体与天然α-淀粉酶构象之间的差异．     

硝酸肼的量热研究

用精密自动绝热量热计测定了在220 K—370 K温度范围内硝酸肼的热容、熔化热、熔化温度和熔化熵。所得热容数据的精密度以百分偏差的均方根值表示为±0.2％。三次熔化热测定的相对偏差为±0.1％。为验证结果的可靠性, 用该装置测定了冰的熔化热和熔化温度, 其结果与文献值一致; 又用法国SETARAM公司的高温量热计测定了硝酸肼的熔化热和熔化温度, 其结果与我们用量热法测定的结果一致; 从量热结果计算出了该试样的纯度, 该结果亦与化学分析的结果一致。这些均可说明我们所测得的数据是可靠的。     

氢谱在甾醇类化合物定量和纯度分析中的应用

用^1HNMR谱可定量确定繁茂膜海绵(Hymeniacidon perleve)中分离得到的结构类似的甾醇类化合物的含量，这种方法是对鉴定分析组成复杂而性质很相近的天然甾醇化合物的新思路。     

Thermal Decomposition Characteristics of 1,7-Diazido-2,4,6-trinitrazaheptane and its Application in Propellants

The thermal decomposition characteristics of1,7-diazido-2,4,6-trinitrazaheptane (DATH) and multi-component systems containing DATH were studied by using DSC, TG and DTG techniques. Three –NO₂ groups in the DATH molecule break away first from the main chain when DATH is heated up to 200°C. Following this process, the azido groups and the residual molecule decompose rapidly to release a great deal of heat within a short time. In the multi-component systems, DATH undergoes a strong interaction with the binder of the double-base propellant and a weak interaction with RDX. The burning rates of the two propellants were determined by using a Crawford bomb. The results showed that the burning rate rises by about 19–66% when 23.5%DATH is substituted for RDX in a minimum smoke propellant. Meanwhile, the N₂ level in the combustion gases is enhanced, which is valuable for a reduction of the signal level of the solid propellant.
