A newly developed ceramic fibre hydrophone with an active element as small as 0.25 mm in diameter is described in this work. Lead magnesium niobate-lead titanate (PMN-PT) ceramic fibre with a nominal composition of 0.65Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.35PbTiO3 was fabricated by an extrusion method. PMN-PT single crystals were ground to a powder form and then mixed with poly(acrylic) acid to form a homogenous slurry. The fibre was extruded by pressing the slurry through a spinneret and then sintering at 1250 °C for crystallization. The electrical characteristics of the PMN-PT fibre were evaluated by measuring the relative permittivity and the impedance spectrum. A piezoelectric PMN-PT fibre hydrophone was fabricated and its sensitivity, angular response, and spatial resolution were evaluated. We present a diode-side-pumped Q-switched mode-locked (QML) laser operating at 532 nm for the first time employing a composite crystal Nd:YAG/Cr4+:YAG/YAG and a KTP. The experimental results show that, using a suitable cavity and crystals, one can obtain high-quality QML laser output at 532 nm with a side-pumped system. We measure and analyze the QML performance of the fundamental frequency laser and the green laser. Under a pump power of 127 W, we obtain a QML laser operating at 532 nm with an average power of 4.97 W and a repetition rate of 0.2 GHz for the mode-locked pulses; the corresponding depth of modulation is close to 100%. 相似文献

Silicon nanowires (SiNWs) have been grown on crystalline silicon (Si), indium tin oxide (ITO) and stainless steel (SS) substrates using a gold catalyst coating with a thickness of 200 nm via pulsed plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PPECVD). Their morphological, mineralogical and surface characteristics have been investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Raman analysis. SiNWs growth is accompanied by oxidation, thus yielding partially (SiO x ) and fully oxidized (SiO2) Si sheaths. The mean diameters of these SiNWs range from 140 to 185 nm. Si with (111) and (220) planes exists in SiNWs grown on all three substrates while Si with a (311) plane is detected only for Si and ITO substrates. Computational simulation using density functional theory (DFT) has also been conducted to supplement the experimental Raman analyses for crystalline Si and SiO2. XPS results reveal that ca. 30 % of the SiNWs have been oxidized for all substrates. In this review we do not try to cover all the aspects of physics besnd tile standard model (BSM), instead our latest understanding on tile BSM will be presented: i) Tile Higgs sector is likely related to BSM, which can be confirmed at current running large hadron collider (LHC) or tile fllture eolliders. Furthermore we pointed out that spontaneous CP violation can be closely related to the lightness of the Higgs boson, ii) Top quark forward-backward asymmetry, which was mea.sured by Tewttron, might be the sign of BSM.2; proposed a new color-octet particle Zcr to account fi)r the observation and Z can be fllrther studied at the LHC. iii) If dark matter (DM) is utilized to accommodate astrophysical obserwtions, it ought to be observed at the high energy LttC and DM produced at colliders should be tile slnoking gun signal, iv) Lithium puzzle might also be the sign of the BSM. We briefly review tile newly proposed solution to Lithium puzzle, i.e.. the existonce of non-thermal component during the big bang nuclei-synthesis (BBN). 为了探究PVK对倒置平面异质结钙钛矿太阳能电池电子传输层的影响,向电子传输层PCBM中添加了一种富电子的聚乙烯基咔唑(PVK).采用原子力显微镜、PL光谱对薄膜进行了表征.实验结果表明:少量PVK的添加提高了覆盖在钙钛矿薄膜上PCBM层的平整度.当PVK的添加质量分数为4%时得到最佳器件效率,相比于纯PCBM作为电子传输层的器件,器件效率由(5.11±0.14)% 提升到(9.08±0.46)%.当PVK的添加质量分数大于4%时,粗糙度又趋于变大.PL光谱显示,少量PVK的加入使钙钛矿/电子传输层薄膜的PL强度降低,并使PL峰蓝移.研究表明:向PCBM中掺杂适量PVK能够改善钙钛矿/电子传输层/Al的界面接触,减少漏电流,并能够减少钙钛矿表面陷阱和晶界缺陷,减少电荷复合,从而提高了器件性能. 相似文献

Wear resistant Cu-based solid solution (Cuss) toughened Cr5Si3 metal silicide composite coatings were fabricated on austenitic stainless steel AISI321 by laser cladding process.
