通过溶胶凝胶(sol-gel)法分别在玻璃衬底上制备了ZnO纳米薄膜和ZnO-SiO2纳米复合薄膜,并利用紫外-可见光分光光度计对薄膜的光学性能进行了分析.可见光-紫外透射谱显示,随着ZnO溶胶浓度从0.7mol/L降低到0.006mol/L,制备的ZnO薄膜从只出现一个380nm(对应的光学禁带宽度为3.27eV)左右的吸收边到在380和320nm(对应的光学禁带宽度为3.76eV)左右各出现一个吸收边,并且随着ZnO溶胶浓度的降低,在380—320nm波段内的透过率明显提高.而Z

针孔辅助点投影背光成像是近几年国外新兴的等离子体诊断技术,在惯性约束聚变相关物理实验诊断中具有重要的应用前景.为验证这一诊断方法的实用性,在神光Ⅱ第九路平台上开展了演示实验.利用激光驱动平面Ti靶获得约4.7 keV的Ti K壳层X射线,在十几微米的针孔约束下作为次级点源并对Au栅格样品投影成像,并用CCD记录.实验成功获得了清晰的样品二维空间分辨的时间积分图像,空间分辨力优于16.1 μm.实验结果表明针孔辅助点投影具有较高的空间分辨力、较大的视场、较高的图像对比度,将成为瑞利泰勒不稳定性研究、激光状态方程研究等物理实验的重要诊断方法之一. 相似文献

A pyrotechnically pumped Nd glass laser is demonstrated by the use of pyrotechnic flashlamps composed of several chemical materials arranged in a stable plane concave resonator cavity. The flashlamp was made of chemical mixture with oxidant, fuel, and binder. The emission spectrum of pyrotechnic flame covered most of the absorption bands of Nda+ in phosphate glass. It is a very complex and time-consuming process to simulate the nuclear reactor neutron spectrum from the reactor core to the export channel by applying a Monte Carlo program. This paper presents a new method to calculate the neutron spectrum by using the convolution technique which considers the channel transportation as a linear system and the transportation scattering as the response function. It also applies Monte Carlo Neutron and Photon Transport Code (MCNP) to simulate the response function numerically. With the application of convolution technique to calculate the spectrum distribution from the core to the channel, the process is then much more convenient only with the simple numerical integral numeration. 水汽吸收分布于整个中红外波段,它的存在干扰红外光谱的定量分析。文章介绍了一种从傅里叶变换红外光谱仪的测量数据中扣除水汽干扰信号的新方法。该方法首先通过气象参数测量获得气压、温度和相对湿度,结合HITRAN数据库中提供的水汽线强、自展宽、空气展宽等参数,使用逐线积分方法计算出高分辨率水汽吸收谱,再通过仪器线型订正,合成出与仪器分辨率相匹配的水汽谱,将其作为干扰组分直接从测量所得到的含有水汽的混合光谱中扣除。对开放光程FTIR系统的实测数据的分析结果表明,使用该方法可以有效消除水汽干扰,扣除后的光谱包含待测组分的吸收特征和噪声。在开放光程FTIR等无法使用干燥设备去水的观测条件下,使用该方法可以达到较理想的水汽扣除效果。 相似文献

This paper reports that polarized far-infrared reflectivity measurements have been done on LiGaO2 single crystal along two crystalline taxes at different temperatures. The temperature dependent frequencies of the longitudinal and transverse optical phonon have been obtained from the real part of optical conductivity and the loss function respectively. A small Drude component is observed at frequency below 300 cm^-1 which could arise from Li ions or oxygen deficiencies. The ionicity of LiGaO2 has been studied from the analysis of the Born effective charge of different ions. 相似文献

The major challenge of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) microscopy at a spatial resolution of a few micrometers is to obtain a sufficiently high signal-to-noise-ratio (SNR) within a reasonable measurement time. As a particular difficulty, molecular self-diffusion poses a serious limitation to true spatial resolution and SNR if conventional Fourier encoding techniques are used. Opposed to that, the alternative DESIRE (Diffusion Enhancement of SIgnal and REsolution) approach to NMR microscopy utilises diffusion to increase the SNR. Being a real-space imaging method, spatial localisation is accomplished by saturation pulses while diffusion continuously replaces the saturated by unsaturated spins. For this technique a signal enhancement of up to three orders of magnitude has been predicted and initial experimental data have provided a proof of principle. In the present work, a detailed investigation of one-dimensional (1D) DESIRE is presented including simulations of a real implementation of the method, a quantitative experimental analysis, and basic 1D imaging. The simulations reveal the importance and provide the means of ensuring the true spatial resolution for this particular way of localisation, enable the selection of useful experimental parameters, and predict the specific image contrast to be expected around barriers restricting diffusion. Experimental data are presented with resolutions down to 3 microm and DESIRE enhancement up to 25 that are in good agreement with the simulation results. In particular, 1D DESIRE imaging in a phantom confirms the expected signal drop close to barriers due to spatially restricted diffusion. 相似文献
