Diode-end-pumped continuous-wave(CW) Tm:YAP and Tm:YLF slab lasers are demonstrated. The a-cut Tm:YAP and Tm:YLF slabs with doping concentrations of 4 at.-% and 3.5 at.-%,respectively,are pumped by fast-axis collimated laser diodes at room temperature. The maximum CW output powers of 72 and 50.2 W are obtained from Tm:YAP and Tm:YLF,respectively,while the pump power is 220 W,corresponding to the slope efficiencies of 37.9% and 26.6%,respectively. 相似文献

We report a metamaterial absorber (MA) with a broad absorption band in the frequency region of 2–4 GHz, whose thickness is
not limited to the quarter-wavelength. Theoretical and experimental results show that the absorber has two adjacent absorption
apexes at 2.24 and 3.46 GHz, respectively, which are both related to the electric and magnetic resonances of the metamaterial.
The absorption is over 68% in the whole wave band of 2–4 GHz provided the thickness of 4 mm. The distributions of the surface
currents and the power loss density indicate that the surface currents produced by the electric and magnetic resonances are
strongly consumed by the resistive patches. This low-frequency absorber has potential applications in many scientific and

The distributed point source method (DPSM) was recently proposed for ultrasonic field modeling and other applications. This method uses distributed point sources, placed slightly behind transducer surface, to model the ultrasound field. The acoustic strength of each point source is obtained through matrix inversion that requires the number of target points on the transducer surface to be equal to the number of point sources. In this work, DPSM was extended and further developed to overcome the limitations of the original method and provide a solid mathematical explanation of the physical principle behind the method. With the extension, the acoustic strength of the point sources was calculated as the solution to the least squares minimization problem instead of using direct matrix inversion. As numerical examples, the ultrasound fields of circular and rectangular transducers were calculated using the extended and original DPSMs which were then systematically compared with the results calculated using the theoretical solution and the exact spatial impulse response method. The numerical results showed the extended method can model ultrasonic fields accurately without the scaling step required by the original method. The extended method has potential applications in ultrasonic field modeling, tissue characterization, nondestructive testing, and ultrasound system optimization. 相似文献

Hydrophobic surfaces on Mechanical stable macroporous silicon films were prepared by electrochemical etching with subsequent octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) modification. The surface morphologies were controlled by current densities and the mechanical properties were adjusted by their corresponding porosities. Contrast with the smooth macroporous silicon films with lower porosities (34.1%) and microporous silicon with higher porosities (97%), the macroporous film with a rough three-dimension (3D) surface and a moderate pore to cross-section area ratio (37.8%, PSi2′) exhibited both good mechanical strength (Yong’ modulus, shear modulus and collapse strength are 64.2, 24.1 and 0.32 GPa, respectively) and surface superhydrophobicity (water contact angle is 158.4 ± 2° and sliding angle is 2.7 ± 1°). This result revealed that the surface hydrophobicities (or the surface roughness) and mechanical strength of porous films could be conciliated by pore to cross-section area ratios control and 3D structures construction. Thus, the superhydrophobic surfaces on mechanical stable porous films could be obtained by 3D structures fabrication on porous film with proper pore to cross-section area ratios. 相似文献

采用快速热退火(rapid thermal annealing, RTA)法和脉冲激光辐照退火(laser spark annealing, LSA)法, 在n型4H-SiC的Si面制备出Ni电极欧姆接触. 经传输线法测得RTA样品与LSA样品的比接触电阻分别为5.2×10-4 Ω·cm2, 1.8× 10-4 Ω·cm2. 使用扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜、透射电子显微镜、拉曼光谱等表征手段, 比较了两种退火方式对电极表面形貌、电极/衬底截面形貌和元素成分分布、SiC衬底近表层碳团簇微结构的影响. 结果表明, 相比于RTA, LSA法制备出的欧姆接触在电极表面形貌、界面形貌、电极层组分均匀性等方面都具有明显优势, 有望使LSA成为一种非常有潜力的制备欧姆接触的退火处理方法. 相似文献

研究高功率激光装置光传输管道内部洁净度变化规律,分析其对内部重要光学元件光学性能的影响规律,提出污染控制措施。对光传输管道内部的气溶胶进行采样,并利用空气品质分析仪及扫描电镜对其进行分析,得到光传输管道内部洁净度变化规律和污染源;采用内部放置透射膜元件的方法,研究洁净度等级水平对透射膜的微观结构和透射率的影响,并利用"1-on-1"的测试方式进行透射膜元件的损伤阈值测试。研究结果表明:光传输管道内部的洁净度在激光辐照后迅速上升至万级水平,透射膜元件在此环境下其透过率严重下降,下降幅度为2.5%,且表面微观形貌发生变化。光学透射薄膜表面损伤阈值随表面污染水平呈现线性下降规律,最大下降幅度约为10%。污染监测和成分分析结果表明管道内部灰尘及杂散光或者鬼光束辐照金属产生的等离子体是管道内污染的主要源头,在此基础上提出了正压密封保持的技术手段确保内部光学表面洁净度水平,延长使用寿命。 相似文献

We present first measurements of the phi-meson elliptic flow (v2(pT)) and high-statistics pT distributions for different centralities from radical sNN=200 GeV Au+Au collisions at RHIC. In minimum bias collisions the v2 of the phi meson is consistent with the trend observed for mesons. The ratio of the yields of the Omega to those of the phi as a function of transverse momentum is consistent with a model based on the recombination of thermal s quarks up to pT approximately 4 GeV/c, but disagrees at higher momenta. The nuclear modification factor (R CP) of phi follows the trend observed in the K S 0 mesons rather than in Lambda baryons, supporting baryon-meson scaling. These data are consistent with phi mesons in central Au+Au collisions being created via coalescence of thermalized s quarks and the formation of a hot and dense matter with partonic collectivity at RHIC. 相似文献

Nanostructures formed in a titanium dioxide (TiO2)–poly(styrene)‐block‐poly(ethyleneoxide) nanocomposite film on top of fluor‐doped tin oxide (FTO) layers are investigated. The combinatorial approach is based on probing a wedge‐shaped FTO‐gradient with grazing incidence small angle X‐ray scattering (GISAXS) in combination with a moderate micro‐focus X‐ray beam. The characteristic lateral length is given by adjacent nanowire‐shaped TiO2 regions. It decreases from 200 nm on the thick FTO layer to 90 nm on the bare glass surface.

金属与Ge材料接触由于存在强烈的费米钉扎效应, 导致金属电极与n型Ge接触引入较大的接触电阻, 限制了Si基Ge探测器响应带宽. 本文报道了在SOI衬底上外延Ge单晶薄膜并制备了不同台面尺度的Ge PIN光电探测器. 对比了电极分别为金属Al和Al/TaN叠层的具有相同器件结构的SOI基Ge PIN光电探测器的暗电流、响应度以及响应带宽等参数. 发现在Al与Ge之间增加一薄层TaN可有效减小n型Ge的接触电阻, 将台面直径为24 μ的探测器在1.55 μ的波 长和-1 V偏压下的3 dB响应带宽提高了4倍. 同时, 器件暗电流减小一个数量级, 而响应度提高了2倍. 结果表明, 采用TaN薄层制作金属与Ge接触电极, 可有效钝化金属与Ge界面, 减轻费米钉扎效应, 降低金属与n-Ge接触的势垒高度, 因而减小接触电阻和界面复合电流, 提高探测器的光电性能. 相似文献
