容量法测定氧化钒中的各种价态钒

用NaOH溶液处理样品，分离V（V）然后以Fe(Ⅱ）滴定测定之。定量加入过量的V（V）到上述残渣中并用H2SO4溶解，用Fe(Ⅱ）滴定，计算出V（Ⅱ），V（Ⅲ）的含量。V（Ⅳ）的测定是通过从总钒量中扣除V（Ⅱ）、V（Ⅲ）、V（Ⅴ）的含量得到。V（Ⅱ）、V（Ⅲ）和V（Ⅴ）的回收率均大于96％，其8次测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为：9．8％、0．4％、1．2％；本法快速、简便，在实际应用中效果良好。     

一缩二甘醇酸体系荧光分析法同时测定钆和铽

本文研究了Ｇｄ＾３＾＋，Ｔｂ＾３＾＋与一缩二甘醇酸形成络合物的荧光性能及发光机理，探讨了Ｇｄ＾３＾＋，Ｔｂ＾３＾＋同时测定的最佳条件和共存离子的影响。Ｇｄ＾３＾＋，Ｔｂ＾３＾＋的检测限分别为１６０和３ｎｇ／ｍｌ。并将该法成功地应用于稀土氧化物中Ｇｄ＾３＾＋，Ｔｂ＾３＾＋的测定。     

Prediction of the binding site of 1-benzyl-4-[(5,6-dimethoxy-1-indanon-2-yl)methyl]piperidine in acetylcholinesterase by docking studies with the SYSDOC program

Summary In the preceding paper we reported on a docking study with the SYSDOC program for predicting the binding sites of huperzine A in acetylcholinesterase (AChE) [Pang, Y.-P. and Kozikowski, A.P., J. Comput.-Aided Mol. Design, 8 (1994) 669]. Here we present a prediction of the binding sites of 1-benzyl-4-[(5,6-dimethoxy-1-indanon-2-yl)methyl]piperidine (E2020) in AChE by the same method. E2020 is one of the most potent and selective reversible inhibitors of AChE, and this molecule has puzzled researchers, partly due to its flexible structure, in understanding how it binds to AChE. Based on the results of docking 1320 different conformers of E2020 into 69 different conformers of AChE and on the pharmacological data reported for E2020 and its analogs, we predict that both the R- and the S-isomer of E2020 span the whole binding cavity of AChE, with the ammonium group interacting mainly with Trp⁸⁴, Phe³³⁰ and Asp⁷², the phenyl group interacting mainly with Trp⁸⁴ and Phe³³⁰, and the indanone moiety interacting mainly with Tyr⁷⁰ and Trp²⁷⁹. The topography of the calculated E2020 binding sites provides insights into understanding the high potency of E2020 in the inhibition of AChE and provides hints as to possible structural modifications for identifying improved AChE inhibitors as potential therapeutics for the palliative treatment of Alzheimer's disease.     

An evaluation of exogenous application of protoporphyrin IX and its dimethyl ester as a photodynamic diagnostic agent in poorly differentiated human nasopharyngeal carcinoma

5-Aminolevulinic acid and its esterified analogues have been under much investigation to enhance the endogenous production of protoporphyrin IX (PpIX) in tumor cells. However, in this work, we studied the in vitro and in vivo efficacy of exogenously administered PpIX and its esterified analogue, PpIX dimethyl ester (PME), in poorly differentiated human nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC/CNE-2) as a photodynamic diagnostic (PDD) agent. NPC/CNE-2 at its earliest time, 1 h after incubation with PME in in vitro studies, has exhibited 64% (P <0.01) higher tumor to normal cell (T/N) fluorescence ratio than with PpIX. In an in vivo mouse xenograft model, comparable photosensitizer concentration in tumor after intravenous administration was observed at 1-3 h time points, but at 9 h, PME had 31% (P=0.05) greater concentration in tumor compared with PpIX. In addition, by constituting PME and PpIX in different topical gel composites, of which, PME gel composition of 8:2 Plasdone and Gantrez resulted in the highest T/N ratio at 6 h after application (34%; P <0.05) in comparison with other gel composites. Evaluation of PME and PpIX constituted in the delivery vehicles investigated showed comparable selectivity for tumor at 1-3 h, thus neither photosensitizer is more efficient than the other for PDD at the early time points; however, beyond 6 h, PME had higher selectivity for tumor compared with PpIX. Thus, further investigation is warranted to improve the drug delivery vehicle for greater tumor selectivity at a shorter incubation time.     

The synthesis and fluxional behavior of the first [2.1.2.1] metacyclophane

8,15,23,30-Tetramethyl[2.1.2.1]metacyclophane,4, is synthesised. Variable temperature ¹Hmr and ¹³Cmr spectra indicate that 4e is the most likely conformation and that at temperatures above 50°C the molecule is fluxional (ΔG^≠₃₂₃ = 15.4 kcal/mole).     

Capacity factors and peak widths in the gradient elution reversed phase separation of high molar mass polystyrenes

Summary A simplex method for determining the constantsS andk _o from the equation lnk’=lnk _o−S ϕ (was developed and applied to the reversed phase separation of high molar mass polystyrenes using gradients of any curvature. Experimental retention times described using the equation had a standard deviation of 1.1%. The inclusion of a quadratic term in the equation was found to be unwarranted. BothS and lnk _o varied linearly with ln molar mass. The logarithm of peak width of an eluting polystyrene peak was found to be a linear function of the mobile phase composition at elution. The slope was equal toS.     

高富勒烯的提取,分离和分析

采用二硫化碳重结晶富勒烯混合物或二硫化碳二次抽提烟灰以提取高富勒烯（ｈｉｇｈｅｒｆｕｌｅｒｅｎｅｓ，Ｃｎ，ｎ＞７０）。产物经高效液相色谱分析，高富勒烯的含量从１％分别提高到４％和６％；经激光飞行时间质谱证明，产物中除含主要成分Ｃ６０和Ｃ７０以外，还含有Ｃ７６、Ｃ７８、Ｃ８２、Ｃ８４以及更高碳原子的富勒烯。     

低温和低压下水热合成Na4Zr2(SiO4)3

以ZrOCl_2·8H_2O,Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O和NaOH为原料,在250℃约100bar的条件下,水热晶化合成出Na_4Zr_2(SiO_4)_3,并生长相应的单晶。讨论了水热反应及其条件.产物借助于XRD,Raman,~(29)Si MAS NMR以及阻抗谱技术进行了研究.结果表明产物具有与其他方法制备的Na_4Zr_2(SiO_4)_3相同的性质.
