Instability of Solitary Waves in Nonlinear Composite Media

In this paper,we investigate a class of Hamiltonian systems arising in nonlinear composite media.By detailed analysis and computation we obtain a decaying estimates on the semigroup and prove the orbitalinstability of two families of explicit solitary wave solutions (slow family in anisotropic case and solitary wavesin isotropic case),which theoretically verify the related guess and numerical results.     

On Basic Constraint Qualifications for Infinite System of Convex Inequalities in Banach Spaces

The BCQ and the Abadie CQ for infinite systems of convex inequalities in Banach spaces are characterized in terms of the upper semi-continuity of the convex cones generated by the subdifferentials of active convex functions. Some relationships with other constraint qualifications such as the CPLV and the Slate condition are also studied. Applications in best approximation theory are provided.     

Analysis of Metabolites in Allantoic Fluid of Chicken Embryo by 900 MHz NMR Spectroscopy

900 MHz ¹H NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) spectroscopy was used to analyze metabolites in allantoic fluid of the chicken embryo in the 9th incubation day without any chemical or physical sample separation. The result showed that superhigh spectral dispersion and sensitivity at 900 MHz are useful in directly analyzing a complex mixture, particularly in resolving the overlapped NMR resonances. In this study, we had assigned 61 metabolites and 26 chemical fragments in the allantoic fluid. The relative concentrations of the major metabolites were also measured. Among the assigned metabolites, some were detected by NMR in chicken embryo allantoic fluids for the first time. The biological functions of these compounds were briefly discussed. 新超导体MgCNi3的虚晶掺杂研究

用全势线性缀加平面波方法,考虑局域自旋密度近似研究虚晶掺杂MgCNi3的超导电性和磁性.计算了自旋极化能带结构、体弹性模量和它对压力的导数、原子磁矩 m 及其变化率.计算结果表明,对于电子掺杂的Mg1-xAlxCNi3(0≤x≤0.5), 超导电性和磁涨落随掺杂量的增加逐渐减小.空穴掺杂的Mg1-xNaxCNi3,在x＝0.12处出现铁磁相变,超导电性消失.在MgCNi3少量空穴掺杂区域(0≤x<0.12),表现为超导与磁涨落共存的不稳定状态.     

一种新的磷化铟复合沟道高电子迁移率晶体管小信号物理模型

针对磷化铟(InP)复合沟道高电子迁移率晶体管(HEMT)的特点，对常规单沟道HEMT的小信号物理模型进行了修正，提出了一种新的用于复合沟道HEMT的小信号物理模型，用商用器件模拟软件ISE(integrated systems engineering)对其进行了仿真验证，对比了实测和仿真的I-V特性及转移特性曲线，重点研究了在InGaAs/InP双层沟道中考虑量子效应后的电场和电流密度随着不同栅电压的变化趋势，研究结果表明，由于在沟道中存在量子效应，在栅下靠源端低电场区域，电流主要分布在InGaAs沟道 关键词： 高电子迁移率晶体管 复合沟道 物理模型 磷化铟     

Field Quantization and Spontaneous Emission in Left-handed Material

Recently, research on left-handed materials （LHMs） has attracted considerable attentions. The LHMs are a kind of man-made metameterials which have negative permittivity and negative permeability. These metameterials have many novel properties such as inverse light pressure, and reverse Doppler effect, which lead to many potential applications of LHMs such as superlenses which, in principle, can achieve arbitrary subwavelength resolution. However, though the properties mentioned above are seen to be classical, the quantum phenomena in LHMs have also attracted attentions such as the modified spontaneous emission of atoms in LHME.     

KNSBN晶体猫式互抽动相位共轭光特性

在KNSBN：Ce晶体中，利用二波耦合作用，在单一光束无法获得相位共轭光的条件下，实现了“猫”式互抽运相位共轭光输出，获得较高的共轭光发射率，实验结果表明，晶体的二波耦合作用可以使晶体的自抽运相位共轭光的阈值光强降低。入射光的入射角范围增大，响应时间缩短。     

Raman spectroscopic study of ceramic Sr2Bi4Ti5O18

Raman spectra of ceramic Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 （SBTi5） are reported to consist of four different Raman bands. Temperature-dependent spectra reveal the relationship between the lattice vibration and the material＇s structure. There appears a relatively large change in structure of the material at about 273K, The anharmonic potential of the material has a great influence on its phonon mode full width at half maximum （FWHM）, which can be expressed by a function of temperature. Theoretical fittings of the FWHMs for the two modes at around 312 cm^-1 and 464cm^-1 indicate that the latter phonon mode is more anharmonic than the former one.
