The reaction of N-aryl-substituted ketenimines with N,N-disubstituted cyanamides or (MeS)2C=N-CN under high pressure afforded 4-(N,N-disubstituted amino) or 4-(MeS)2C=N-substituted quinazoline derivatives, respectively. These products were formed by [4+2] cycloaddition between the aza-diene moieties of the N-arylsubstituted ketenimines and cyano groups. Neutron diffraction measurements were carried out at 25 °C for aqueous LiNO3 heavy water solutions, (*LiNO3) x (D2O)1?x where x = 0.1, 0.05 and 0.01, in which the 6Li/7Li isotopic ratios were varied. Structural information on intermolecular nearest neighbor Li+···D2O interactions in the extensive concentration range was derived from the first-order difference function, ?Li(Q), obtained from the difference in scattering cross sections between 6Li- and 7Li-enriched sample solutions. The nearest neighbor Li+···O distance and coordination number for sample solution with x = 0.1 were determined to be r LiO = 1.969 (8) Å and n LiO = 4.12 (6), respectively, corresponding to the four-coordinated Li+ ion in the solution. On the other hand, those obtained for the solution with x = 0.01 are r LiO = 2.00 (2) Å and n LiO = 6.0 (2), respectively, indicating that hexaaqua Li+ is dominant in the dilute solution. These results clearly indicate that a concentration dependence of the hydration number of Li+ occurs in the aqueous solutions. 相似文献

A side reaction was found in the reaction of a 2-oxazoline compound with a carboxylic acid. It is an oxazoline ring opening addition to an amide group formed by the main reaction. In addition, certain phosphites were found to act as catalyst for the side reaction. The rate constants of the main and side reactions in the system of 2-phenyl-2-oxazoline and n-octanoic acid were obtained through simulation of the reactions on an analog computer. The side reaction makes it impossible for a very high molecular weight polymer to form in the reaction of a bis-2-oxazoline with a dicarboxylic acid, but makes it possible for a new crosslinked polymer to form when excess bis-2-oxazoline and a dicarboxylic acid are heated in the presence of a certain phosphite. 相似文献

Twelve phenacyl derivatives of 1H-pyrido[3,4-b]pyrazin-2-ones and 4H-pyrido[3,4-b]pyrazin-3-ones have been synthesized. In these compounds, C = N double bonds at the 3 and 4 positions in the former compounds and those at the 1 and 2 positions in the latter compounds migrate onto the side chains to form phenacyli-dene structures. These migrations are facilitated by chelation between side chain carbonyl and the proton attached to the ring nitrogen atom which was generated by the migration. All the hydrogen-bonded structures appear to be stable as shown by their ir spectra in the crystalline state, and by their 1H nmr spectra in solution. 相似文献

Preparatory to triblock synthesis experiments, the cationic polymerization of α-methylstyrene (αMeSt) was investigated using the 2-chloro-2,4,4-trimethylpentane (TMPCI)/TiCl4 initiating system in the presence of triethylamine (Et3N) as electron donor (ED) and CH3Cl/n-hexane mixed solvent in the ?80 to ?40°C range. Conversions are influenced by temperature, [TiCl4], [Et3N], and [αMeSt]. The polymerization of αMeSt is living at ?80°C: Both termination and chain transfer to monomer are frozen out, however, initiation is slow relative to propagation. Highly syndiotactic (>94%) Pα Mest was obtained. At?60deg;C initiator efficiency is ca. 100%, but termination becomes evident. Et3N may act both as Ed and as proton scavenger. Novel poly(α-methystyrene-b-isobutylene-b-α-methylstyrene) (PαMeSt-PIB-PαMeSt) triblocks have been synthesized by adding αMeSt to biliving polyisobutylene carbocations (⊕PIB⊕) in the ?80 to ?40°C range. The effects of temperature, solvent polarity, and [Et3N] on the block copolymerization have been investigated. At ?80°C, the rate of crossover from ⊕PIB⊕ to αMeSt is lower than that of propagation of PαMeSt⊕, so that the triblock is contaminated by PIB and PIB-b-PαMeSt. At ?60°C, crossover occurs preferentially. The rate of propagation relative to that of crossover is also reduced by lowering the solvent polarity and increasing the [Et3N]. High crossover efficiency and blocking efficiency can be obtained under optimum blocking conditions. The triblocks are novel thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs). © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 相似文献

The thermogenic function of brown adipose tissue (BAT) is known to be markedly elevated when animals are exposed to the cold, and intensive studies have been carried out to understand the molecular basis enabling effective thermogenesis in cold-exposed animals. In this study, we used microarray analysis to examine the effects of cold exposure of animals on their gene expression profiles in white adipose tissue (WAT), which seems to function as a counterpart tissue of BAT. The results indicate that the effects of cold exposure on the gene expression profiles of WAT were much more moderate than the effects on those of BAT. Possible reasons for the different responses of BAT and WAT to cold exposure are discussed. 相似文献
