The Japan Society for Analytical Chemistry has developed some new plastic certified reference materials (CRMs) for the analysis of mercury in polyester disks using XRF analysis. These CRMs (named as JSAC 0621-0625) were prepared by casting polyesters including a toluene solution of organometallic compounds as a standard. Concentrations of the five levels of mercury ranged from 0 to 250 mg/kg. Homogeneity tests of prepared disks had shown excellent results. Interlaboratory comparison study for the certification was performed by 15 laboratory participants. The z-scores in robust statistical method was applied for the evaluation of outliers. The certified values were assigned after discarding outliers. The uncertainties of certified values were determined as the confidence levels of 95%. 相似文献

The colour development between 4-(2-pyridylazo)-resorcinol(PAR) and osmium(VIII) in the presence of cationic and nonionic surfactants in a weakly acidic medium was more stable and reproducible than in the absence of surfactant (PAR-alone method). An improved spectrophotometric determination of osmium(VIII) with PAR was investigated in the presence of mixed surfactants of N-hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride (HTAC) and Brij 58 [poly(oxyethylene)lauryl ether] as cationic and nonionic surfactants at pH 6.0-7.2. The calibration graph was linear in the range 0-110 microg/10 ml osmium(VIII), and the apparent molar absorptivity was 2.4 x 10(4) l.mole(-1).cm(-1) with a Sandell sensitivity of 0.0079 microg/cm(2) osmium(VIII). 相似文献

Time-of-Flight (TOF) neutron diffraction measurements have been carried out on aqueous 8 mol% sodium acetate solutions in D2O. Scattering cross sections that were observed for sample solutions involving 12C/13C and H/D isotopically substituted acetate ions were used to derive the first-order difference functions, ΔH(Q) and ΔC(Q), and corresponding distribution functions, G H(r;r) and G C(r;r), which describe the environmental structure around the methyl and the carboxyl groups within the acetate ion, respectively. Structural parameters concerning the first hydration shell of the carboxyl group within the acetate ion were obtained through the least squares fit to the observed intermolecular difference function, ΔC inter(Q). The nearest neighbor C O...D W1 (CO: carboxyl carbon atom, DW1: water deuterium atom) distance, r(C O...D W1 ), and the angle, ∠ C O ...D W1 -O W (O W : water oxygen atom), were determined to be 2.63(1) Å and 120(1)°, respectively. The coordination number, n(C O ...D W1 ), was obtained to be 4.0(1). These results are consistent with the hydration structure in which water molecules in the first hydration shell of the carboxyl group are hydrogen-bonded with oxygen atoms of the carboxyl group. 相似文献

The structures of new neo-lignans, isoamericanol A (1) and americanol A (2) isolated from the seeds of Phytolacca americana have been elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data and then confirmed by chemical correlation with the previously known isoamericanin A (3) and americanin A (4). The reaction of Co(NO3)2·6H2O with 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (H3btc, trimesic acid) in DMF at 100 °C afforded the coordination polymer [Co3(dmf)6(btc)(Hbtc)(H2btc)]··9H2O (1) (dmf is N,N′-dimethylformamide, DMF). According to the X-ray diffraction study, the metal-organic coordination polymer is composed of
planar honeycomb (6,3) networks, in which the organic benzenetricarboxylate anions and the inorganic Co2+ cations play a role of three-connected nodes. Disordered water molecules are intercalated between the layers. A study of
the magnetic properties showed the presence of a weak antiferromagnetic coupling between the Co2+ ions (S = 3/2).
