The nonameric porphyrin assemblies constructed with the series of free base tetraphenylporphyrins Pn having four pyrazine moieties linked with alkyl chains of different lengths, (CH2)n (n = 1, 5, 9, 17, 30), and dimeric [meso-tetrakis(2-carboxy-4-nonylphenyl)porphyrinato]zinc(II), ZnP2, show the effective light-collection effect and the typical Forster-type energy transfer from ZnP2 to Pn.  相似文献

The reactions of an N-acyliminium ion pool with alkenes and alkynes gave gamma-amino alcohols and beta-amino carbonyl compounds, respectively, after treatment with H(2)O/Et(3)N. The present reaction serves as an efficient method for cationic carbohydroxylation of alkenes and alkynes. When vinyltrimethylsilane was used as an alkene, the reaction was highly diastereoselective and served as an access to an enantiomerically pure alpha-silyl-gamma-amino alcohol. Magnetic circular dichroism and NIR luminescence of nitroxide radical complexes, [Cr(III)(beta-diketonato)(2)(NIT2py or IM2py)]PF(6), demonstrate that the energy gaps between the singlet ((1)L(D)) and triplet ((3)L(D)) spin coupled levels in the lowest excited (2)E(g),(2)T(1g) states are much larger than those in the ground state. This is the first observation of magnetic interactions in the excited states of radical complexes, which could be elucidated in terms of the exchange mechanism.  相似文献

Chip-to-world interface is a major issue in the field of microfluidics and its applications. We developed a plug and play microfluidic device composed of a fluid driving unit and a polymer chip containing microfluidic channels and reservoirs. The one and only connection of the device to the external world is a set of electric control lines for the driving unit. Just putting the reagents and samples onto the reservoirs, the chip can be operated for chemical or biochemical reaction and analysis. We demonstrate here that silicon-based micropumps embedded in the present device allow us to achieve flexible fluidic manipulations with minimum time delay and dead volume.  相似文献

The deracemization of racemic amines to yield enantioenriched amines using S‐stereoselective amine oxidases (AOx) has recently been attracting attention. However, R‐stereoselective AOx that are suitable for deracemization have not yet been identified. An R‐stereoselective AOx was now evolved from porcine kidney D ‐amino acid oxidase (pkDAO) and subsequently use for the deracemization of racemic amines. The engineered pkDAO, which was obtained by directed evolution, displayed a markedly changed substrate specificity towards R amines. The mutant enzyme exhibited a high preference towards the substrate α‐methylbenzylamine and was used to synthesize the S amine through deracemization. The findings of this study indicate that further investigations on the structure–activity relationship of AOx are warranted and also provide a new method for biotransformations in organic synthesis.  相似文献

We measured 1H NMR chemical shifts (delta H) and 1H and 2H NMR spin-lattice relaxation times (1H- and 2H-T1) of methanol, ethanol, 2-propanol, 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol, and 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-propanol in the temperature range from 298 to 673 K at reduced pressures ( Pr = P/ Pc) of 1.22 and 3.14. The delta H values showed that the degree (X HB) of hydrogen bonding decreased in the order of methanol > ethanol >2-propanol > H2O, and that the hydrogen bonding was much affected by fluorination, because of the intramolecular H-F interactions in supercritical (sc) states. Moreover, 1H- T 1 measurements revealed that the relaxation processes of OH groups in nonfluoroalcohols are controlled by dipole-dipole (DD) and spin-rotation (SR) mechanisms below and above the critical temperature (Tc), while the cross-correlation effects connected with intramolecular DD interactions between a carbon atom and an adjacent proton played an important role for hydrocarbon groups (CHn, n = 1-3) under sc conditions. This interpretation was also supported by two other results. The first is that the intramolecular H-F interactions strongly inhibit the internal rotation of CH and CH2 groups of sc fluoroalcohols, and the second is that the molecular reorientational correlation times (tauc(D)) obtained from 2H- T 1 values of deuterated hydrocarbon groups (CDn ) at temperatures above T c have significantly less temperature dependence than those of OD groups. Actually, the apparent activation energy (DeltaEa) for molecular reorientational motions in sc alcohols was smaller compared with liquid alcohols, being about 1 order of magnitude.  相似文献

We report high‐performance I+/H2O2 catalysis for the oxidative or decarboxylative oxidative α‐azidation of carbonyl compounds by using sodium azide under biphasic neutral phase‐transfer conditions. To induce higher reactivity especially for the α‐azidation of 1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds, we designed a structurally compact isoindoline‐derived quaternary ammonium iodide catalyst bearing electron‐withdrawing groups. The nonproductive decomposition pathways of I+/H2O2 catalysis could be suppressed by the use of a catalytic amount of a radical‐trapping agent. This oxidative coupling tolerates a variety of functional groups and could be readily applied to the late‐stage α‐azidation of structurally diverse complex molecules. Moreover, we achieved the enantioselective α‐azidation of 1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds as the first successful example of enantioselective intermolecular oxidative coupling with a chiral hypoiodite catalyst.  相似文献
