The B1A1 state of SiH2 and SiD2 was observed by the optical-optical double resonance technique for the first time. The electronic band origin of the B state of SiD2 was determined to be 27 214.11 cm(-1). A very clear exclusive behavior depending on the even/odd value of the bending vibrational quantum number was observed in the spectra, representing a quasilinear behavior of the B state. The barrier height to linearity was estimated to be approximately 125 cm(-1) by the quasilinear analysis of the bending vibrational level structure of SiD2.  相似文献

One of the cyclic oligomers of formaldehyde, 1,3,5,7,9,11-hexoxecane, was found to undergo polymerization in the solid state to form polyoxymethylene both during and subsequent to x- or γ-irradiation. The polymer yield increases with polymerization temperature but decreases drastically near the melting point of the hexoxecane crystal. In order to clarify the specificity of the solid-state polymerization, the crystal structure of hexoxecane was first analyzed; hexoxecane forms a trigonal crystal with cell dimensions of a = b = 7.917 Å, c = 11.345 Å, space group R3 –C3i2, three molecules of 3 symmetry per unit cell. The polyoxymethylene as polymerized from a single crystal of hexoxecane is highly crystalline and the crystallites are definitely oriented with respect to the original crystal. There are three kinds of oriented trigonal polyoxymethylene: i.e., with the polymer chains oriented along the 〈100〉, 〈001〉, and 〈210〉 axes of the hexoxecane crystal. The relative yields of these crystallites depend upon the polymerization temperature. In addition to the ordinary trigonal polyoxymethylene, oriented orthorhombic polyoxymethylene was also found in the case of polymerization during treatment with x-rays.  相似文献

A frequency scanning interferometer using a vertical-cavity-surface-emitting-laser diode (VCSEL) capable of wide-frequency scanning has been constructed for precise distance measurements. The frequency scanning velocity of the VCSEL has been stabilized by the phase-locked loop technique, which enables us to precisely determine the phase gradient of the scanned interference fringe by linear least-squares fitting. In our test measurements, the absolute lengths from 8 to 14mm have been measured with a resolution of nearly sub-micrometer. Compared with a conventional frequency scanning interferometer using a Fabry-Perot laser diode, the resolution of length measurement has been improved by two orders of magnitude.  相似文献

Here we show, analytically and numerically, that in a TiO(2) double-groove grating with two different groove widths per period attached on the SiO(2) substrate, the normally incident light couples to the +1st-order transmission with 96.9% efficiency and with a 50° diffraction angle that is larger than the SiO(2)-air interface critical angle. Modal analysis reveals that three propagating modes for the +1st diffraction order reach the grating back end in phase, while the corresponding propagating modes for the -1st and zeroth orders are added destructively at the grating end. Four optical devices based on this grating characteristic are numerically demonstrated.  相似文献

Glass-forming properties of 2-pyrazoline derivatives were examined and discussed in terms of the molecular structure. The results show that the molecular shape of 1,3,5-triaryl-2-pyrazolines is responsible for the glass-forming properties of these compounds. Glass transition points of several 1,3,5-triaryl-2-pyrazoline derivatives were measured.  相似文献

We report the adhesion of binary giant vesicles composed of two types of phospholipids, one has negative spontaneous curvature which tends to bend toward the head group and the other has zero spontaneous curvature. In a homogeneous one-phase region, the giant vesicles do not adhere to each other, whereas in a coexisting two-phase region, the giant vesicles show adhesion. A fluorescence microscope observation reveals that the adhesion takes place through the domains rich in phospholipids having negative spontaneous curvature. We propose a phase separation induced hemifusion model where two apposed monolayers of adjacent vesicles are hemifused in order to reduce the bending energy of monolayers with negative spontaneous curvature and the boundary energy between the domains and matrix. We provide a strong evidence for the hemifusion model by lipid transfer experiments.  相似文献
