149Sm nuclear resonant inelastic scattering was carried out in a charge density wave compound SmNiC2. We have investigated temperature dependences of the Sm partial phonon density of states and recoil-free fraction at the Sm site and the average sound velocity estimated from the Sm partial density of states. The Sm partial density of states exhibits temperature dependence, suggesting that the phonon modes between 20 and 25 meV may correlate with the charge density wave. Temperature dependence of the recoil-free fraction is difficult to prove the correlation with either the charge density wave or ferromagnetic ordering. The average sound velocity obtained by the Sm partial phonon density of states exhibits temperature dependence, agreeing qualitatively with very recent elastic constant measurements.  相似文献

Dichlorprop is available for agricultural use as a chiral pesticide. In this study, the stereoselective determination of dichlorprop enantiomers in tea samples such as green, black, jasmine, and oolong was developed by ultra performance LC with fluorescence spectrometry after covalent chiral derivatization. The separation was achieved on an Acquity BEH C18 column with the mobile phase consisting of 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile/water at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min. In the covalent chiral derivatization using (S)‐(+)‐4‐(N,N‐dimethylaminosulfonyl)‐7‐(3‐aminopyrrolidin‐1‐yl)‐2,1,3‐benzoxadiazole, the peak resolution between the S and R‐dichlorprop enantiomers was 2.6. LODs and LOQs values were 10 and 50 ng/mL standard solution. The linearity of the calibration curves yielded the coefficients (r2 > 0.99, ranging from 0.05 to 5 μg/mL) of determination of each of the dichlorprop enantiomers. SPE extraction was used for the sample preparation of dichlorprop in various tea samples. Recoveries were in the range of 82.4–97.6% with associated precision values (within‐day: 82.4–95.8%, n = 6, and between‐day: 83.7–97.6% for 3 days) for repeatability and reproducibility. Based on this result, our method has been proven to be highly efficient and suitable for the routine assay of dichlorprop enantiomers in various tea samples. We propose that the ultra performance LC assay after covalent chiral derivatization would be the renewed tools in the era of chiral stationary platform for chiral pesticide residues in foods.  相似文献

Ethyl acrylate ionomers were studied by stress relaxation. The results are compared with those for the styrene ionomers studied previously. The behaviour of the two systems is qualitatively similar, although significant quantitative differences exist. Specifically, the onset of thermorheological complexity is found here at 12–16 mole% of ions, while in styrene it is observed at ca. 6 mole%. Furthermore, the modulus-temperature plots show great similarity if the present samples are compared with the styrenes containing about half as many ions. Other properties show similar trends. The increased dielectric constant of the acrylates is believed to be responsible for the observed differences in the two systems. The effect of a change in counterions was also studied to some extent. The onset of thermorheological complexity is seen to be qualitatively related to the size and charge of the cation.  相似文献

We propose a de novo glycan display approach that combines metabolic labeling and a glycan-caging strategy as a facile editing method for cell-surface glycans. This method enables the introduction of antigen glycans onto cancer cells to induce immune responses through antibody recruiting. The caging strategy prevents the capture of α-rhamnose (an antigen glycan) by endogenous antibodies during the introduction of the glycan to the targeted cell surface, and subsequent uncaging successfully induces immune responses. Therefore, this study proposes a practical method for editing the cell-surface glycocalyx under promiscuous conditions, such as those in vivo, which paves the way for the development of glycan function analysis and regulation.  相似文献

Samarium(II)-mediated spirocyclization by intramolecular addition of aryl radicals onto an aromatic ring was achieved by the reaction of N-(2-iodophenyl)-N-alkylbenzamides with SmI2 in the presence of HMPA, yielding spirocyclic indolin-2-one derivatives. The ether congeners afford spirocyclic benzofuran derivatives in moderate yields by aryl radical addition onto a benzene ring without having an electron-withdrawing group. The reaction with other aryl groups such as naphthalene and indole rings is also described.  相似文献

We devised a new method of data mining for a large-scale database. In the method, a network of locally coupled phase oscillators subject to Kuramoto's model substitutes for given multivariate data to generate major features through phase locking of the oscillators, i.e., phase transition of the data set. We applied the method to the national database of care needs certification for the Japanese public long-term care insurance program, and found three major patterns in the aging process of the frail elderly. This work revealed the latent utility of Kuramoto's model for data processing.  相似文献
