The magnetic nanoparticles-supported tungstosilicic acid (TSAMNP) was found to be a highly efficient solid acid for the synthesis of benzoazoles in water. TSAMNP catalyst was achieved by the immobilization of tungstosilicic acid [H4(W12SiO40)] species on the silica core–shell magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SiO2). A variety of aldehydes were successfully condensed with 1,2-diaminobenzene, 2-aminophenol and 2-aminothiophenol in water as a green solvent to synthesize benzoazoles in good-to-excellent yields. TSAMNP catalyst was easily separated from the reaction mixture and reused several times without any loss of efficiency.  相似文献

For cosmic neutrinos we study the conditions and the effects of the coherence loss as well as coherent broadening of the spectrum. We evaluate the width of the neutrino wavepacket produced by charged particles under various circumstances: in an interaction-free environment, in a radiation-dominated medium (typical of the sources of the gamma ray bursts) and in the presence of a magnetic field. The effect of the magnetic field on the wavepacket size appears to be more important than the scattering. If the magnetic field at the source is larger than 10 Gauss, the coherence of neutrinos will be lost while traveling over cosmological distances. Various applications of these results have been considered. We find that for large magnetic fields (B>109 Gauss) and high energies (Eν>PeV), “coherent broadening” can modify the energy spectrum of neutrinos. In the coherent case, averaging out the oscillatory terms of the probabilities does not induce any statistical uncertainty beyond what expected in the absence of these terms. A deviation from the standard quantum mechanics that preserves average energy and unitarity cannot alter the picture.  相似文献

In this research, tungsten disulfide (WS2) nanosheets were modified with beta-cyclodextrone (βCD) N-isopropylacrylamide polymers (NIPAAP) for adsorption of tamoxifen (TAM) drug. The synthesized WS2/βCD/NIPAAP samples were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses. The adsorption experiments of TAM on WS2/βCD/NIPAAP were performed as a function of pH, reaction contact time, temperature and drug concentration. The adsorption kinetic data were well fitted to the pseudo-second-order model. Also, the equilibrium data were well described by Langmuir isotherm model. The maximum adsorption capacity of WS2/βCD/NIPAAP for TAM drug was found to be 62.0 mg/g. The results of regeneration tests showed that the synthesized WS2/βCD/NIPAAP adsorbent can be easily reused after 6 cycles of adsorption–desorption. Furthermore, TAM drug release was investigated in a simulated system with pH 7.4 at different temperatures. The results showed that the release of TAM drug from WS2/βCD/NIPAAP carrier at 50 °C and 37 °C was greater than TAM release at 25 °C. Also, the experimental data of drug release were studied by Higuchi, Ritger-Peppas, zero-order and first-order models. The release data were well fitted to the zero-order model indicating a case II transport. The results showed a high stability for TAM drug.

The unimolecular chemistry and structures of self‐assembled complexes containing multiple alkaline‐earth‐metal dications and deprotonated GlyGly ligands are investigated. Singly and doubly charged ions [Mn(GlyGly?H)n‐1]+ (n=2–4), [Mn+1(GlyGly?H)2n]2+ (n=2,4,6), and [M(GlyGly?H)GlyGly]+ were observed. The losses of 132 Da (GlyGly) and 57 Da (determined to be aminoketene) were the major dissociation pathways for singly charged ions. Doubly charged Mg2+ clusters mainly lost GlyGly, whereas those containing Ca2+ or Sr2+ also underwent charge separation. Except for charge separation, no loss of metal cations was observed. Infrared multiple photon dissociation spectra were the most consistent with the computed IR spectra for the lowest energy structures, in which deprotonation occurs at the carboxyl acid groups and all amide and carboxylate oxygen atoms are complexed to the metal cations. The N?H stretch band, observed at 3350 cm?1, is indicative of hydrogen bonding between the amine nitrogen atoms and the amide hydrogen atom. This study represents the first into large self‐assembled multimetallic complexes bound by peptide ligands.  相似文献

In this paper, dispersive solid phase extraction with following back-extraction and HPLC/UV determination of Rosmarinic acid have been investigated. Multi-walled carbon nanotubes were used as sorbent in the suggested method. The effectiveness of some parameters such as extraction time, sorbent dosage, pH and ionic strength of the aqueous solution on Rosmarinic acid adsorption were studied. The extraction time of 5.0 min, adsorbent weight of 5.0 mg, and pH of 2.5 were obtained as the optimum experimental parameters. Adsorption of Rosmarinic acid molecules was almost independent from ionic strength. For back-extraction purpose a basic solution containing methanol was brought into contact with sorbent to desorb Rosmarinic acid molecules from sorbent containing adsorbed Rosmarinic acid molecules. Linear range of HPLC method for Rosmarinic acid quantification was 1.80–21.62 mg/L (R2 = 0.998). The relative standard deviation, limit of detection, and limit of quantification for the suggested method were 0.81%, 0.68 mg/L, and 2.86 mg/L, respectively. The proposed method was applied for extraction and HPLC/UV determination of Rosmarinic acid in Lemon balm and Rosemary plant samples. Comparison between obtained chromatograms before adsorption and after desorption processes showed that suggested extraction/back-extraction process has good selectivity and efficiency for separation of Rosmarinic acid molecules from interfering molecules existing in the plant extracts. The proposed method is efficient, low cost, fast, and simple for separation, extraction, and determination of Rosmarinic acid.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with global analysis of an SIS epidemiological model in a population of varying size with two dissimilar groups of susceptible individuals. We prove that this system has no periodic solutions and use the Poincaré index theorem to determine the number of rest points and their stability properties. It has been shown that multiple equilibria (bistability) occurs for suitable values of parameters. We also give some numerical examples of all possible bifurcations of this system.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to obtain a better insight of how nano-fibrous scaffolds can affect human mesenchymal stem cells responses. Therefore, in this study, using electrospinning technique, poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) nano-fibers with two different patterns were prepared. In the first structure, PVA nano-fibers were oriented randomly and in the second structure, nano-fibers were electrospun in such a way that a special pattern was obtained. In order to enhance their stability, scaffolds were cross-linked using glutaraldehyde vapor. RGD immobilization was used to improve cell adhesion properties of the scaffolds. SEM micrographs demonstrated that the cell adhesion was effectively enhanced after RGD immobilization and higher cell densities were observed on RGD-modified scaffolds. Randomly oriented nano-fibers showed better cell adhesion compared to patterned structure. Patterned structure also revealed slightly lower cell viability compared to random nano-fibers. Finally, it was assumed that randomly oriented nano-fibers provide a more favorable surface for cells.  相似文献
