A new automated technique was developed for online monitoring of the conductance of a conductive type of cell. Shining metal electrodes were used for the conductometry measurements and the frequency of the input signal was swept from a few hertz to 1 MHz. A theoretical model was developed based on the voltage dividing technique. The model was in good agreement with the experimental results. Conductances of simple electrolytes such as HCl and micellar solutions were compared. Solutions of HCl with concentrations as low as 45 μmol⋅L−1 were investigated. Critical micellar concentrations of two types of micelles, SDS and CPC, were also measured. It was shown that this voltage divider circuit can be used for automated online conductometric titrations.  相似文献

In this research, multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) was oxidized and chemically modified through reaction with 3‐(trimethoxysilyl)propan‐1‐amine (TMSPA) and their subsequent reaction with 2‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxy benzaldehyde. Subsequently, this material was metalized by reaction with copper acetate that lead to formation and impergeation of 2‐methoxy‐6‐((3‐(trimethoxysilyl)propylimino)methyl)phenol MMSPIMP? MWCNT‐Cu. This novel material was identified with different techniques such as SEM and FT‐IR analysis. In this work, the reported material are exhibited high accurate and repeatable monitoring of iodide due to its high surface area with various reactive centre. It exhibited selectivity for iodide over the wide linear dynamic range between 1.8×10?6 and 1.15×10?1 M, with a Nernstian slope of ?59.12±0.7 mV per decade of activity and detection limit of 1.8×10?6 M. Copper sulfide nanoparticles were prepared and their effect on the electrode response was investigated. The results were improved in the presence of nanoparticles with fast and stable response, good reproducibility, long‐term stability, high selectivity over the presence of common organic and inorganic anions, high detection limit and dynamic range. The proposed sensor has been applied as potentiometric determination of some iodine species over a pH range of 2.5–10.  相似文献

A simple, cost-effective and energy-efficient approach was developed for in situ purity enhancement and surface modification of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) produced using an induction thermal plasma process. In this process, SWCNT-containing materials are thermally treated with oxygen flow inside a filtration chamber, while they are assembled into the sheets during the synthesis process. Owing to selective thermal oxidation, the amount of amorphous carbon was significantly reduced in the final product resulting in higher purity SWCNT-containing materials. Parametric study indicated that the amorphous carbon content was noticeably diminished in the product at an oxygen volume concentration of 10% in the synthesis system. Raman analysis indicated a decrease in the population of the SWCNTs with diameters smaller than 1.3 nm after in situ exposure to 10 vol.% of oxygen. In addition to the successful reduction of amorphous carbon content, the oxygen-functionalized SWCNTs were also observed in the final product using this process.  相似文献

An efficient procedure for the synthesis of phenacyl and benzyl azolium salts in 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol and 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoroisopropanol as fluorous alcohols have been developed. This synthetic methodology has some advantages with the respect to yield, atom efficiency, solvent and reagents used and wastes generated when compared to the currently in use methods. Using this procedure, a range of phenacyl and benzyl azolium salts can be synthesized with good to excellent yields. The pure salts are separated from the reaction mixture by simple filtration and washing with dry ether.  相似文献

The effect of thickness on the nonlinear optical properties of Au nanoparticles which produced by laser ablation of high purity gold bulk in distilled water were investigated by employing different optical techniques. Experiments were performed on the 0.3, 0.6, and 1 mm thickness cells of Au nanoparticles-fluid. The effect of nonlinear refractive index of samples on the laser beam broadening was observed. The optical limiting behavior of samples is investigated by measuring the transmitted intensity of the laser beam through the samples. The third order nonlinearity of Au nanoparticles-fluid was measured by using Z-scan data. Results show a positive second order refractive index and absorption coefficient for Au nanoparticles-fluid that are increased in due of increasing the thickness of the cells. The magnitudes of both real and imaginary parts of third order susceptibility of samples are increased by increasing the thickness.  相似文献

A convenient synthesis of sulfonamides and sulfonyl azides from thiols is described. In situ preparation of sulfonyl chlorides from thiols was accomplished by oxidation with chloramine‐T (=N‐chlorotosylamide=N‐chloro‐4‐methylbenzenesulfonamide), tetrabutylammonium chloride (Bu4NCl), and H2O. We report on a method for the sensitive determination of Helicobacter that is based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer using two oligonucleotide probes labeled with CdTe quantum dots (QDs) and 5-carboxytetramethylrhodamine (Tamra) respectively. QDs labeled with an amino-modified first oligonucleotide, and a Tamra-labeled second oligonucleotide were added to the DNA targets upon which hybridization occurred. The resulting assembly brings the Tamra fluorophore (the acceptor) and the QDs (the donor) into close proximity and causes fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) to occur upon photoexcitation of the donor. In the absence of target DNA, on the other hand, the probes are not ligated, and no emission by the Tamra fluorophore is produced due to the lack of FRET. The feasibility of the method was demonstrated by the detection of a synthetic 210-mer nucleotide derived from Helicobacter on a nanomolar level. This homogeneous DNA detection scheme is simple, rapid and efficient, does not require excessive washing and separation steps, and is likely to be useful for the construction of a nanobiosensor for Helicobacter species.

This property fails for \({\mathcal {F}}=C^{\infty }.\) We verify it however for the set of complex-valued functions whose real and imaginary parts are real analytic. We show by example that the property cannot be improved upon whenever \({\mathcal {F}}\) is the set of n-analytic functions on \(\Omega \), \(n\ge 2,\) in the sense that locality cannot be removed as a condition and independently \(\Sigma \) cannot be removed from the conclusion.  相似文献
