This paper studies the fabrication and characterization of 80 nm zinc oxide anti-reflective coating (ARC) on flexible 1.3 μm thin film microcrystalline silicon (μc-Si) solar cell. High resolution X-ray diffraction (HR-XRD) shows a c-axis oriented ZnO (0 0 2) peak (hexagonal crystal structure) at 34.3° with full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 0.3936°. Atomic force microscope (AFM) measures high surface roughness root-mean-square (RMS) of the layer (50.76 nm) which suggests scattering of the incident light at the front surface of the solar cell. UV–vis spectrophotometer illustrates that ZnO ARC has optical transmittance of more than 80% in the visible and infra-red (IR) regions and corresponds to band gap (Eg) of 3.3 eV as derived from Tauc equation. Inclusion of ZnO ARC successfully suppresses surface reflectance from the cell to 2% (at 600 nm) due to refractive index grading between the Si and the ZnO besides quarter-wavelength (λ/4) destructive interference effect. The reduced reflectance and effective scattering effect of the incident light at the front side of the cell are believed to be the reasons why short-circuit current (Isc) and efficiency (η) of the cell improve.  相似文献

We report recent achievements in adapting industrially used solar cell processes on nanotextured surfaces. Nanostructures were etched into c‐Si surfaces by dry exothermic plasma‐less reaction of F species with Si in atmospheric pressure conditions and then modified using a short post‐etching process. Nanotextured multicrystalline wafers are used to prepare Al‐BSF solar cells using industrially feasible solar cell proc‐ essing steps. In comparison to the reference acidic textured solar cells, the nanostructured cells showed gain in short circuit current (Jsc) of up to 0.8 mA/cm2 and absolute gain in conversion efficiency of up to 0.3%. We assume generalized ghost Pilgrim dark energy (GGPDE) model in the presence of cold dark matter in flat FRW universe. With suitable choice of interaction term between GGPDE and cold dark matter, we investigate the nature of equation of state parameter for GGPDE. Also, we investigate the natures of dynamical scalar field models (such as quintessence, tachyon, k-essence, and dilaton dark energy) and concerned potentials through the correspondence phenomenon between GGPDE and these models.  相似文献

Aggregation as well as thermodynamic behavior of amphiphilic imipramine hydrochloride (IMH) drug (antidepressant) and anionic surfactant (sodium dodecyl sulfate [NaDS] as well as sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate [NaDBS]) mixtures as a function of solution composition in aqueous solutions have been evaluated by conductometry method at different temperatures. Surfactant (NaDS and NaDBS) employed in the current study is anionic in nature. Various theoretical models such as Clint, Rubingh, Motomura, and Rodenas were employed to gain information regarding the type of interaction between the components in the solution mixtures. The value of micellar mole fraction evaluated by different utilized models is found to be more for IMH‐NaDBS mixtures in comparison with IMH‐NaDS mixtures, signifying that participation of NaDBS is more in mixed micelles as compared with NaDS. Owing to the different charge of employed drug and surfactant, which sources high synergistic results in the mixed system comparative to the possessions of their pure compounds, means here anionic surfactants were elected in favor of the quantitation of cationic drug. The value of interaction parameters (β) was also evaluated by employing the Rubingh's model. The values of Gibbs free energy (?G0m) for all systems attained to be negative in all studied systems showing that the systems are spontaneous in nature.  相似文献

Polarisation of the particle spin can be an important problem for different plasmas. In this article, the contribution of the electron spin on the growth rate of the temperature anisotropy of electromagnetic instabilities has been investigated. Results show that polarisation of the electron spin will restrict the instability growth rate while instability can survive due to the spin-depolarised electrons even when the requested temperature anisotropy is vanished. Instability can reach the damping state exponentially due to the spin-polarised electrons while it can grow linearly due to the spin-depolarised (the semi-classical) electrons.  相似文献

The effect of itinerant spin moment (m) dynamic in spin transfer switching has been ignored in most previous theoretical studies of the magnetization (M) dynamics. Thus in this paper, we proposed a more refined micromagnetic model of spin transfer switching that takes into account in a self-consistent manner of the coupled m and M dynamics. The numerical results obtained from this model further shed insight on the switching profiles of m and M, both of which show particular sensitivity to parameters such as the anisotropy field, the spin torque field, and the initial deviation between m and M.  相似文献

A mathematical model of laser beam treatment of double layer alloys (Ni/Fe, Al/Fe and Cr/Fe systems) describing the effect of laser beam on different physical and geometrical parameters of coated layer system has been adapted. The numerical solutions of the non-homogeneous heat-transport differential equation could estimate the temperature of the treated region.The suggested model allows investigation of the temperature distribution as a function of treated surface and laser parameters. The physical parameters of the treated materials were taken as functions of temperature due to the change in the temperature of the treated double layer materials.  相似文献

The structural, electrical and optical characteristics of porous silicon (PS) due to the impregnation of LaF3 into PS by a novel chemical-bath deposition (CBD) technique have been investigated in this article. Without removing the PS from the anodization chamber the impregnation with LaF3 has been done by reacting LaCl3 with HF in the same chamber at room temperature. The impregnation of LaF3 was confirmed by the SEM on the cross-section of the LaF3/PS/Si system and EDX. The modification of PS surface by LaF3 had direct influence on the electrical and optical properties of PS. Electrical properties of Ag/LaF3/PS/p-Si/Ag structures were studied through the current-voltage (I-V) and capacitance-voltage (C-V) characteristics. Formation of metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) diode was evident whose forward current increased with annealing. A diode factor of about 2.4 has been obtained for the annealed heterostructure indicating a high density of trap states. The C−2-V curves of all samples showed negative flat band voltage of around −2 V confirming a large number of fixed positive charges in the LaF3. The photoluminescence (PL) intensity of the LaF3-impregnated PS showed aging for the as-deposited samples, but when annealed PS structure recovered the PL intensity. Experimental results show that the optimized chemical bath passivation process for the LaF3 on porous silicon could enable the porous silicon to be an important material for photonic application.  相似文献

Natural and anthropogenic radioactivity of sand and water samples collected from the four big rivers of Punjab province, Pakistan, was measured using a high-purity germanium detector coupled with a high resolution multichannel analyser. The average concentration of the naturally occurring radionuclides (226)Ra, (232)Th and (40)K in all the sand samples from the rivers Jhelum, Chenab, Ravi and Indus was found to be 22±0.6, 36±1 and 287±10 Bq kg (-1), respectively, while the concentration of the anthropogenic radionuclide (137)Cs was found to be below the minimum detectable activity, i.e. ~1.2 Bq?kg (-1). All the sand samples have Ra(eq) concentrations lower than the limit of 370 Bq kg (-1). Indoor (H (in)) and outdoor (H (out)) radiation hazard indices were calculated for the samples to assess the radiation hazards arising due to the use of this sand in construction, and were found to be less than unity in the study area. Calculated values of the absorbed dose rate were less than the typical world average value of 59 nGy h (-1), and the annual effective dose rate was also less than the typical world value of 70 μSv, except in the Indus river, in which it is slightly higher then the world average. Results show that the measured values are comparable with other global radioactivity measurements. None of the studied riverbeds was considered a radiological hazard, and their sand can be safely used in construction.  相似文献

We investigate generalized chaplygin gas for warm inflationary scenario in the context of locally rotationally symmetric Bianchi type I universe model.We assume two different cases of dissipative coefficient,i.e.,constant as well as function of scalar field.We construct dynamical equations as well as a relationship between scalar and radiation energy densities under slow-roll approximation.We also derive slow-roll parameters,scalar and tensor power spectra,scalar spectral index,tensor to scalar ratio for analyzing inflationary background during high dissipative regime.We also use the WMAP7 data for the discussion of our parameters.  相似文献
