To date, ten experimental measurements of the asymmetry parameter have been made for the positron decay of52Mn. The Fermi to Gamow-Teller mixing ratioy can be deduced from such measurements and this quantity is important because the time-reversal violating amplitude is proportional toy/(1+y2). Our theoretical calculation using the Collective Model yieldsy=? 3.5×10?4 for the deformation parameterβ=0.1 andy=? 4.6×10?4 forβ=0.2. A sol-gel method has been used to fabricate a cholesterol MIP for application in polar solutions. In this study, (cholesteryl propylcarbamate)triethoxysilane and tetraethyl orthosilicate were used as the hydrophobic monomer and crosslinker, respectively. The MIP had a larger pore volume when formation of the polymer was catalyzed at a higher pH than when it was formed at lower pH values, with the pore diameters being 3.5 nm and 2 nm, respectively for materials formed at high and low pH values. Both of these pore volumes were greater than those found for the respective control polymers formed without template. However, only the polymers formed at low pH values showed an imprinting effect. Compared with other methods explored, the sol-gel procedure gave only a small amount of non-specific binding for both the MIP and NIP when synthesized at low pH values. The largest imprinting-induced promotion of binding (IPB) value of the MIP (13 650%) was obtained with [HCl] = 0.01 M in the sol-gel solution. The MIP showed high selectivity towards cholesterol in comparison with other steroid hormones, and also to a lesser extent recognized vitamin D3 in methanol solution containing 5 vol.% water.  相似文献

The tris-methylene bridged compound (NO)4Fe2Se(μ-CH2)3 has been isolated. It has been characterised by IR and 1H, 13C, and 77Se NMR spectroscopy. Its structure has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The structure consists of a heavy atom triangle consisting of one Se and two Fe atoms. The Fe-Fe and the two Fe-Se edges are bridged by methylene groups.  相似文献

The molecular structure of 1-formyl-3-phenyl-Δ2-pyrazoline was determined by X-ray crystallography (triclinic, P-1). The geometry thus obtained was compared with that obtained by DFT calculations. The GIAO method was used to calculate absolute shieldings, which agree conveniently with those measured by 13C and 15N NMR. The title compound appears to be an essentially planar molecule.  相似文献

Statistical learning methods have been used in developing filters for predicting inhibitors of two P450 isoenzymes, CYP3A4 and CYP2D6. This work explores the use of different statistical learning methods for predicting inhibitors of these enzymes and an additional P450 enzyme, CYP2C9, and the substrates of the three P450 isoenzymes. Two consensus support vector machine (CSVM) methods, "positive majority" (PM-CSVM) and "positive probability" (PP-CSVM), were used in this work. These methods were first tested for the prediction of inhibitors of CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 by using a significantly higher number of inhibitors and noninhibitors than that used in earlier studies. They were then applied to the prediction of inhibitors of CYP2C9 and substrates of the three enzymes. Both methods predict inhibitors of CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 at a similar level of accuracy as those of earlier studies. For classification of inhibitors of CYP2C9, the best CSVM method gives an accuracy of 88.9% for inhibitors and 96.3% for noninhibitors. The accuracies for classification of substrates and nonsubstrates of CYP3A4, CYP2D6, and CYP2C9 are 98.2 and 90.9%, 96.6 and 94.4%, and 85.7 and 98.8%, respectively. Both CSVM methods are potentially useful as filters for predicting inhibitors and substrates of P450 isoenzymes. These methods generally give better accuracies than single SVM classification systems, and the performance of the PP-CSVM method is slightly better than that of the PM-CSVM method.  相似文献

The molecular structures of novel donor-functionalized terphenyl derivatives of trivalent ytterbium, yttrium, and samarium of composition [DanipYb(mu2-Cl)2(mu3-Cl)Li(THF)]2 (1) and [DanipLn(mu2-Cl)2(mu2-Cl)Li(THF)2]2 (Ln = Y, 2; Ln = Sm, 3) are reported [Danip = 2,6-di(o-anisol)phenyl]. The complexes are obtained from the reaction of equimolar amounts of DanipLi and LnCl3 (Ln = Yb, Y, Sm) in tetrahydrofuran at room temperature in 60% yield. 1-2 toluene crystallizes in the monoclinic space group Ponebar. Crystal data for 1-2 toluene at 203 K: a = 9.7281(9) A; b = 12.7989(12) A; c = 13.4870(12) A; alpha = 91.553(2) degrees; beta = 103.957(2) degrees; gamma = 109.916(2) degrees; V = 1521.2(2) A(3); Z' = 1; D(calcd) = 1.615 g cm(-3); R1 = 3.43%. 2-toluene crystallizes in the monoclinic space group Ponebar. Complexes 1-3 represent first examples of donor-functionalized terphenyl complexes of the elements ytterbium, yttrium, and samarium, respectively. The molecular structures of 1-3 feature a "constraint geometry" type arrangement of the Danip ligand at the lanthanide atom. The complexes reported are dimeric and composed of lithium chloride bridged DanipLnCl(2) moieties (Ln = Yb, Y, Sm), stabilized through additional coordination of two methoxy functions to the lanthanide atom.  相似文献

A highly enantioselective addition of trimethylsilylcyanide to aldehydes catalyzed by chiral titanium complexes is described. The chiral titanium complexes were prepared in situ from Ti(OiPr)4 and β-hydroxyamide ligands, that could easily be synthesized from ketopinic acid and C2 symmetrical chiral diamines in a small number of steps.  相似文献
