The ligand N,N'-bis(1,3,4-thiobiazolyl)-2,6-pyridyldicarboxamide (btapca) has been synthesized and its coordination properties toward La(III) and Ce(III) in the presence of air have been investigated. The complexes [Ln8(tbzcapc)12(H2O)24].6DMF (Ln = La, 1, Ce, 2; tbzcapc = 6-[2-N-(1,3,4-thiabiazolyl)carboxamido]-2-pyridylcarboxylate) show octameric ellipsoid structures. We found the starting ligand btapca had been altered into tbzcapc during the formation process of [Ln8(tbzcapc)12(H2O)24].6DMF. The NLO properties of complexes 1 and 2 were investigated via Z-scan techniques. It is interesting that the two isostructural complexes show completely different NLO properties. Complex 1 shows NLO refractive effects without absorption, while complex 2 possesses NLO absorptive behavior without refraction. 相似文献

A double-helical octanuclear Cu(II) wheel 1 with 2.88 nm diameter was prepared through the reaction of a clinical medicine, telmisartan, with copper sulfate. Central copper ions can be partially replaced by bivalent zinc and cobalt ions and fully exchanged by trivalent iron ions. The properties of central metal ion-exchanged variants are much different from those of 1. The fructose modified chitosan microcarries (CMs) were prepared by the reaction of glutaraldehyde with fructose-modified chitosan, Various factors that influence the preparation were studied and the reaction conditions were optimized. Morphology of rat hepatocytes cultured on CMs was observed using phase contrast microscope and scanning electron microscope, and the metabolic activities were measured. Rat hepatocytes cultured on CMs retained the spherical shape as they have in vivo and had high metabolic activities. 采用基于核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)的代谢组学方法, 研究了黄连解毒汤(HJD)对高果糖诱导胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型棕色脂肪代谢组的影响. 选取Wistar大鼠32只, 适应7 d后随机分为正常对照组、 模型组、 阳性药物对照组和黄连解毒汤组, 每组8只. 正常对照组给予纯净水喂养, 其它3组给予100 g/L的果糖水喂饲. 28 d后, 4组大鼠除了继续给予100 g/L的果糖水喂养外, 阳性对照组和黄连解毒汤组同时分别给予阿托伐他汀10 mg/(kg·d)和HJD水煎剂3.175 g/(kg·d)灌胃, 正常对照组和模型组给予一定体积的生理盐水灌胃, 整个实验持续56 d. 取各组大鼠棕色脂肪组织(BAT), 采集各组组织提取液的1H NMR谱, 运用主成分分析法(PCA)分析. 与正常对照组相比, 在模型组中乳酸、 胆碱、 磷脂胆碱/甘油磷脂胆碱、 肌酸/肌酸酐、 牛磺酸和肌苷的含量升高, 脂质含量降低; 黄连解毒汤组逆转了模型组中上述各代谢物的变化, 且引起肌醇升高, 均具有统计学意义. 实验结果表明, 黄连解毒汤能够逆转机体能量代谢、 减轻细胞膜受损以及降低肝肾损伤, 初步阐明了黄连解毒汤对胰岛素抵抗状态下棕色脂肪组织代谢的调控作用. 相似文献

A porous bilayered open coordination polymer [Zn(4,4'-bpy)(2)(FcphSO(3))(2)](n) (1; FcphSO(3)Na=m-ferrocenyl benzenesulfonate), has been assembled from Zn(NO(3))(2), m-ferrocenyl benzenesulfonate, and the bridging ligand 4,4'-bipyridine (4,4'-bpy). Ion-exchange induced products [Cd(0.6)Zn(0.4)(4,4'-bpy)(2)(FcphSO(3))(2)](n) (2), [Zn(0.75)Pb(0.25)(4,4'-bpy)(2)(FcphSO(3))(2)](n) (3), and [Cu(0.5)Zn(0.5)(4,4'-bpy)(2)(FcphSO(3))(2)](n) (4) could be obtained directly by suspending a big single crystal of 1 into concentrated solutions of Cd(NO(3))(2), Pb(NO(3))(2), and Cu(NO(3))(2), respectively. Most importantly, the big single crystal of 1 could be partly regenerated after immersion into concentrated aqueous solutions of Zn(NO(3))(2). On the other hand, powdered 1 could also be used as a metal ion adsorbent because of the well-defined pore size and pore shape. Ion exchange takes place along with the process of ion sorption. The big single crystal of 1 removes harmful metal ions by means of ion exchange, whereas powdered 1 removes toxic metal ions mainly through ion sorption. Also, compound 1 could be employed as a multi-ion analysis fluorescent probe to detect dangerous metal ions, such as Pb(2+), Cd(2+), Ag(+), and Cu(2+).
