Fe-Al-N films were fabricated by reactive sputtering using a radio-frequency magnetron sputtering system. The effects of Al and N content and annealing temperature on microstructure and magnetic properties were investigated. The Fe-Al-N films, which have good soft magnetic properties, consist of nanocrystalline α-Fe grains and a small amount of other phases in the boundaries of α-Fe grains. The average α-Fe grain size is about 10-15nm. A slight amount of Fe-N and Al-N compounds precipitate in the boundaries of α-Fe grains and suppress their growth. Annealing improves the soft magnetic properties slightly by releasing the residual stress and reducing defects.  相似文献

We study the generalized sine-Gordon hierarchy and its associated-dependent modified sine-Gordon hierarchy. Two Bäcklund transformations for these two families are constructed. One of them is a generalization of the Bäcklund transformations of Wadatiet al. and the other one is new. Gauge transformations of a relevant AKNS system are employed to reduce the integration of these equations via the Bäcklund transformations to quadratures. Three generations of explicit solutions of the sine-Gordon equation are presented.  相似文献

119Sn Mossbauer spectra for surface layers of thin film Sb doped SnO were obtained by CEMS method, the emissive internal conversion electrons were detected by multi-wire chamber. In practice the gas-sensing response of these films for H2, CO depended on Sb concentration of doping (X%) and the annealling processes. It was found that the CEMS parameters of samples-(IS), (QS) and its distribution (HW), reach minima when x=1%, just in agreement with the gas-sensing responsive sensitivity reaching maximum. And then it is helpful for the study of the gas-sensitive mechanism.  相似文献

The relations between the electrical characteristics of BaSn1?x Sb x O3 perovskite system and the contents of BaO, Sb2O3 and silicate sintering agent were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis and Mössbauer spectroscopy. It was found that the electrical conductivity is related to the substitution of Sb3+ for Sn4+, the content of sintering agent and the phase constitutents in samples. BaSnO3, Ba3Sn2O7, Ba2SnO4 and SnO2 phases might appear in different fractions when the contents of BaO change from 0.5 mole to 3.5 mole. In low antimony percentage condition, pentavalent Sb3+ ions inserted in Sn4+ sites and formed the donor center. In high antimony percentage (x≥0.20) condition, the existence of an insulating phase (BaSb2O6) was confirmed.  相似文献

A polypyrrole/ferrospinel(NiFe2O4) nanocomposite was prepared by the in situ chemical oxidizing of pyrrole in the presence of NiFe2O4 nanoparticles in water-in-oil (w/o) microemulsion. The structural, morphological, and magnetic properties of the as-prepared polypyrrole/NiFe2O4 nanocomposite were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectra, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and magnetic measurements. XRD and FTIR revealed the presence of NiFe2O4 in the nanocomposite. SEM and TEM images illustrated that polypyrrole was coated on the NiFe2O4 surface. The electromagnetic parameters, such as conductivity, saturation magnetization, and coercivity of NiFe2O4 nanoparticles varied after coating with polypyrrole.  相似文献

Polypropylene grafted silane and styrene (named PP-g-Si/St in this article) was successfully prepared by radical graft polymerization initiated by γ-ray irradiation. The influence of total absorbed dose on the graft ratio of vinyltrimethoxysilane onto PP and the melt flow rate (MFR) of the PP-g-Si/St product were studied. The effect of graft ratios of vinyltrimethoxysilane on the melting point and nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of PP-g-Si/St was investigated by the method of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). With increasing vinyltrimethoxysilane and styrene (used as viscosity modifier and free radical source) grafted on PP, the melting point of PP-g-Si/St became lower. Several different analysis methods, including those of Avrami, Jeziorny, and Mo and colleagues, were employed to describe the nonisothermal crystallization process of the grafted samples. The results indicate that the peak temperature of crystallization of PP-g-Si/St sample was lower than that of virgin PP. Crystallization kinetics revealed that the rates of nucleation and growth were affected differently by the graft ratio of vinyltrimethoxysilane onto PP. The activation energy was calculated on the basis of the method of Kissinger, and the values were 253.6 and 215.7 kJ/mol for virgin PP and PP-g-Si/St, respectively.  相似文献

A high performance sub-wavelength metallic grating coupled surface plasmon resonance (SWMGCSPR) sensor with metal and porous composite layer is proposed. Rigorous coupled-wave analysis (RCWA) is conducted to prove the design feasibility, characterize the sensor's performance and determine geometric parameters of the structure, which is also employed to compute the electromagnetic (EM) field distributions at the resonant wavelengths. Parameters of sensing platform are optimized to achieve the best performance of the SPR sensor. Obtained results reveal that the proposed structure can excite SPR with negative diffraction order of SWMG. Both wavelength and angular sensitivities are greatly enhanced because surface plasmon wave (SPW) exhibits a large penetration depth which will enlarge the distance of interactions between SP and analytes. The detection sensitivities and quality parameters are estimated to be 700 nm/RIU and 509°/RIU with full width at half maximum (FWHM) less than 2.5 nm using the same optimized structure.  相似文献
