Using a new, parameter-free first principles strategy for modeling sublimation growth, we show that while Al and N2 dominate gas concentrations in AlN sublimation growth chambers under typical growth conditions, N2 is undersaturated with respect to the crystal and therefore cannot be a growth precursor. Instead, our calculations predict that the nitrogen-containing precursors are Al(n)N (n=2,3,4), in stark contrast to assumptions used in all previous modeling studies of this system.  相似文献

The solubility of rhodochrosite (MnCO3) at 25°C under constant carbon dioxide partial pressure p(CO2) was determined in NaCl solutions as a function of ionic strength I. The dissolution of MnCO3(s) for the reaction
has been determined as a function of pH. From these values, we have determined the equilibrium constant for the stoichiometric solubility of MnCO3(s) in NaCl solutions
These values have been fitted to the equation
with a standard error of = 0.1 with Iand concentrations in molalities. The extrapolated value of log K o sp(–10.3) in water is in good agreement with literature data (–10.1 to 10.8) determined in solutions of different composition and ionic strength. The measured values of the activity coefficient, T(Mn2+) and T(CO3 2–), have been used to estimate the stability constant for the formation of the MnCO3ion pair, K *(MnCO3 0). The value of K 0(MnCO3 0) calculated from the values of K *(MnCO3) by the Pitzer equation ( = 0.1) in this study (4.8 ± 0.1) is in reasonable agreement with literature data.  相似文献

In this study, we aimed to establish a comprehensive and practical quality evaluation system for Shenmaidihuang pills. A simple and reliable high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with photodiode array detection method was developed both for fingerprint analysis and quantitative determination. In fingerprint analysis, relative retention time and relative peak area were used to identify the common peaks in 18 samples for investigation. Twenty one peaks were selected as the common peaks to evaluate the similarities of 18 Shenmaidihuang pills samples with different manufacture dates. Furthermore, similarity analysis was applied to evaluate the similarity of samples. Hierarchical cluster analysis and principal component analysis were also performed to evaluate the variation of Shenmaidihuang pills. In quantitative analysis, linear regressions, injection precisions, recovery, repeatability and sample stability were all tested and good results were obtained to simultaneously determine the seven identified compounds, namely, 5‐hydroxymethylfurfural, morroniside, loganin, paeonol, paeoniflorin, psoralen, isopsoralen in Shenmaidihuang pills. The contents of some analytes in different batches of samples indicated significant difference, especially for 5‐hydroxymethylfurfural. So, it was concluded that the chromatographic fingerprint method obtained by high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with photodiode array detection associated with multiple compounds determination is a powerful and meaningful tool to comprehensively conduct the quality control of Shenmaidihuang pills.  相似文献

This study concentrated on the production of a two-dimensional and two-dimensional (2D/2D) Ti3C2/Bi4O5Br2 heterojunction with a large interface that applied as one of the novel visible-light-induced photocatalyst via the hydrothermal method. The obtained photocatalysts enhanced the photocatalytic efficiency of the NO removal. The crystal structure and chemical state of the composites were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results showed that Ti3C2, Bi4O5Br2, and Ti3C2/Bi4O5Br2 were successfully synthesized. The experimental results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) showed that the prepared samples had a 2D/2D nanosheet structure and large contact area. This structure facilitated the transfer of electrons and holes. The solar light absorptions of the samples were evaluated using the UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra (UV-Vis DRS). It was found that the absorption band of Ti3C2/Bi4O5Br2 was wider than that of Bi4O5Br2. This represents the electrons in the Ti3C2/Bi4O5Br2 nanosheet composites were more likely to be excited. The photocatalytic experiments showed that the 2D/2D Ti3C2/Bi4O5Br2 composite with high photocatalytic activity and stability. The photocatalytic efficiency of pure Bi4O5Br2 for the NO removal was 30.5%, while for the 15%Ti3C2/Bi4O5Br2 it was 57.6%. Moreover, the catalytic reaction happened in a short period. The concentration of NO decreased exponentially in the first 5 min, which approximately reached the final value. Furthermore, the stability of 15%Ti3C2/Bi4O5Br2 was favorable: the catalytic rate was approximately 50.0% after five cycles of cyclic catalysis. Finally, the scavenger experiments, electron spin resonance spectroscopy (ESR), transient photocurrent response, and surface photovoltage spectrum (SPS) were applied to analyze the photocatalytic mechanism of the composite. The results indicated that the 2D/2D heterojunction Ti3C2/Bi4O5Br2 improved the separation rate of the electrons and holes, thus enhancing the photocatalytic efficiency. In the photocatalytic reactions, the photogenerated electrons (e) and superoxide radical (·O2) were critical active groups that had a significant role in the oxidative removal of NO. The in situ Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (in situ FTIR) showed that the photo-oxidation products were mainly NO2 and NO3. Based on the above experimental results, a possible photocatalytic mechanism was proposed. The electrons in Bi4O5Br2 were excited by visible light. They jumped from the valence band (VB) of Bi4O5Br2 to the conduction band (CB). Then, the photoelectrons transferred from the CB of Bi4O5Br2 to the Ti3C2 surface, which significantly promoted the separation of the electron-hole pairs. Therefore, the photocatalytic efficiency of Ti3C2/Bi4O5Br2 on NO was significantly improved. This study provided an effective method for preparing 2D/2D Ti3C2/Bi4O5Br2 nanocomposites for the photocatalytic degradation of environmental pollutants, which has great potential in solving energy stress and environmental pollution.  相似文献

Over the last two decades, researchers have found many strategies to obtain high surface area nanostructured titanium dioxide. These nanostructures have recently found application as supports for the fabrication of electrodes for electrochemical energy conversion and storage devices. The properties that make titanium dioxide appealing for these applications are as follows: (i) stability in a variety of conditions relevant to electrocatalysis, (ii) electronic conductivity, (iii) synergistic effects with metal catalysts. The work splits TiO2 nanomaterials into the following two classes: (i) powders and (ii) embedded nanoarchitectures (e.g. titania nanotubes on titanium support). We give an overview of the latest applications, with a special emphasis on fuel cells, electrolysis, and carbon dioxide electroreduction. We conclude with a list of the research needs that, in the opinion of the authors, will support the exploration and consolidation of the use of titania in electrocatalysis for energy.  相似文献

Silver nanocrystals with tetrahedral shapes and {111} faces have been synthesized by the light-driven growth method in an aqueous solution. The nanocrystals of T(d) symmetry were formed under the effect of tartrate and citrate as the structural-directing reagents at the appropriate stages of reaction. Further, the nanocrystals may be assembled through electrostatic interaction to develop large-scale particle surfaces with sharp vertexes, which can generate strong localized electromagnetic field for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) studies. Benzenethiol was used as the probe to evaluate their SERS enhancement, and enhancement factors of up to 10(6) are reached. As a kind of promising material, these novel nanocrystals will be applied in surface enhanced spectroscopy and plasmonics field.  相似文献

采用熔体快淬法制备了(Mg72.2Cu27.8)90Nd10的非晶贮氢合金带,用DSC差热分析仪测定了非晶合金带的热稳定性和非晶形成能力,采用透射电镜TEM和X射线衍射仪表征了不同结晶程度的贮氢合金带的微观组织结构.结果表明:非晶(Mg72.2Cu27.8)90Nd10贮氢合金的晶化过程分为3个步骤:首先在170℃生成平均晶粒尺寸为5~10nm Mg2Cu相;当回火处理温度升高至210℃时,非晶(Mg72.2Cu27.8)90Nd10贮氢合金发生了第二步晶化反应,生成了α-Mg相;当回火处理温度升高到335℃以后,非晶贮氢合金已经完全晶化,生成了稳定的Mg2Cu,α-Mg和Cu5Nd相,晶化后的颗粒尺寸有50~80nm.对不同组织结构的(Mg72.2Cu27.8)90Nd10合金的贮氢性能测试表明:完全非晶状态的(Mg72.2Cu27.8)90Nd10合金具有最快的吸氢速率和最高的贮氢量(3.2%(质量分数)).  相似文献
