Pure iron is a potential material applying for coronary artery stents based on its biocorrodible and nontoxic properties. However, the degradation characteristics of pure iron in vivo could reduce the mechanical stability of iron stents prematurely. The purpose of this work was to implant the lanthanum ion into pure iron specimens by metal vapor vacuum arc (MEVVA) source at an extracted voltage of 40 kV to improve its corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. The implanted fluence was up to 5 × 1017 ions/cm2. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to characterize the chemical state and depth profiles of La, Fe and O elements. The results showed lanthanum existed in the +3 oxidation state in the surface layer, most of the oxygen combined with lanthanum and form a layer of oxides. The lanthanum ion implantation layer could effectively hold back iron ions into the immersed solution and obviously improved the corrosion resistance of pure iron in simulated body fluids (SBF) solution by the electrochemical measurements and static immersion tests. The systematic evaluation of blood compatibility, including in vitro platelets adhesion, prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT), indicated that the number of platelets adhesion, activation, aggregation and pseudopodium on the surface of the La-implanted samples were remarkably decreased compared with pure iron and 316L stainless steel, the PT and TT were almost the same as the original plasma. The mechanical and damping properties of blends of ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber (VA content >40% wt) (EVM)/ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer (EPDM) and EVM/nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), both with 1.4 phr BIPB (bis (tert-butyl peroxy isopropyl) benzene) as curing agent, were investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). The effect of added polyvinyl chloride (PVC), amido donor N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide (CZ), and dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as a substitute curing agent, on the damping and mechanical properties of both rubber blends were studied. The results showed that in EVM/EPDM/PVC blends, EPDM was immiscible with EVM and could not expand the damping range of EVM at low temperature. PVC was miscible with EVM and dramatically improved the damping property of EVM at high temperature while keeping good mechanical performance. In EVM/NBR/PVC blends, PVC was partially miscible with EVM/NBR blends and remarkably widened the effective damping temperature range (EDTR) from 41.1°C for EVM/NBR to 62.4°C. Curing agents BIPB and DCP had a similar influence on EVM/EPDM blends. DCP, however, dramatically raised the height of tan δ peak of EVM/NBR = 80/20 and expanded its EDTR to 64.9°C. CZ had no obvious influence on the EVM/EPDM blends cured with BIPB. However, a small content of CZ enlarged the tan δ peak of EVM/NBR = 80/20 in both height and width, but at the cost of a deterioration of mechanical performance. 相似文献

In this study, the application of ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) method was shown to be more efficient in extracting anti-tumor bufadienolides (bufalin, cinobufagin and resibufogenin) from important animal medicine of ChanSu than the maceration extraction (ME) and soxhlet extraction (SE) method. The effects of ultrasonic variables including extraction solvent, solvent concentration, solvent to solid ratio, ultrasound power, temperature, extraction time and particle size on the yields of three bufadienolides were investigated. The optimum extraction conditions found were: 70% (v/v) methanol solution, solvent to solid ratio of 10ml/g, ultrasound power of 125W, temperature of 20°C, extraction time of 20min and particle size of 60-80 mesh. The extraction yields of bufalin, cinobufagin and resibufogenin were 43.17±0.85, 52.58±1.12, 137.70±2.65mg/g, respectively. In order to achieve a similar yield as UAE, soxhlet extraction required 6h and maceration extraction required much longer time of 18h. We study and experimentally demonstrate a sensitive single-shot correlation system in which only a diffraction grating is used to produce a transverse time delay (TTD) in the reference pulse.The mechanism of the TTD introduced by the grating and the formation of the relative time delay (RTD) in the noncollinear correlation system are analyzed in detail.By using our system,we successfully measured the temporal duration of picosecond laser pulses,and a time resolution of ~0.047 ps is obtained at 1047 nm.The impact of the grating dispersion and the second harmonic beam walk-off effect on the measurement are considered. 相似文献

Interface reactions and film features of AZ91D magnesium alloy in pickling, activation and zinc immersion solutions have been investigated. The surface morphologies of the specimens were observed with scanning electron microscope (SEM). Electrochemical behaviors of AZ91D magnesium alloy in the baths of pickling, activation and zinc immersion were analyzed based on the open circuit potential (OCP) - time curves in various solutions. The results show that the corrosive rate in HNO3 + CrO3 or HNO3 + H3PO4 pickling solution was more rapid than in KMnO4 pickling-activation solution. Both α phase and β phase of the substrates were uniformly corroded in HNO3 + CrO3 or HNO3 + H3PO4 pickling solution, the coarse surface can augment the mechanical occlusive force between the subsequent coatings and the substrates, so coatings with good adhesion can be obtained. In HF activation solution, the chromic compound formed via HNO3 + CrO3 pickling was removed and a compact MgF2 film was formed on the substrate surface. In K4P2O7 activation solution, the corrosion products formed via HNO3 + H3PO4 pickling were removed, a new thin film of oxides and hydroxides was formed on the substrate surface. In KMnO4 pickling-activation solution, a film of manganic oxides and phosphates was adhered on the substrate surface. Zinc film was symmetrically produced via K4P2O7 activation or KMnO4 pickling-activation, so it was good interlayer for Ni or Cu electroplating. Asymmetrical zinc film was produced because the MgF2 film obtained in the HF activation solution had strong adhesive attraction and it was not suitable for interlayer for electroplating. However, the substrate containing compact MgF2 film without zinc immersion was fit for direct electroless Ni-P plating. 相似文献

Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) is an immune-mediated demyelinating disorder usually encountered in children or adolescents and characterized by multifocal neurological deficits of rapid onset. Typical target areas of demyelination include the corona radiata, centrum semiovale, periventricular white matter, cerebellar peduncles and brainstem. Involvement of deep gray matter nuclei is also frequent. We report a 6-year-old boy with ADEM who had only brainstem involvement. 利用深能级瞬态谱(DLTS)和光致发光谱(PL),研究了ZnO/pSi异质结的两种不同温度(850℃,1000℃)退火下的深能级中心。发现850℃退火的样品存在3个明显的深中心,分别为E1=Ev+0.21eV,E2=Ev+0.44eV,E3=Ev+071eV;而1000℃退火样品仅存在一个E1=Ev+021eV的中心,且其隙态密度要比850℃退火的大。同时,测量了两个样品的PL谱。发现1000℃退火可消除一些影响发光强度的深能级,对改善晶格结构,提高样品的发光强度有利。 相似文献

One of the porphyrin derivatives, meso-tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP), has been synthesized and examined as an emitter material (EM) for efficient fluorescent red organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). By inserting a tungsten oxide (WO3) layer into the interface of anode (ITO) and hole transport layer N,N′-Di-[(1-napthyl)-N,N′-diphenyl]-(1,1′-biphenyl)-4,4′-diamine (NPB) and by using fullerene (C60) in contact with a LiF/Al cathode, the performance of devices was markedly improved. The current density–voltage–luminance (J–V–L) characterizations of the samples show that red OLEDs with both WO3 and C60 as buffer layers have a lower driving voltage and higher luminance compared with the devices without buffer layers. The red OLED with the configuration ITO/WO3 (3 nm)/NPB (50 nm)/TPP (60 nm)/BPhen (30 nm)/C60 (5 nm)/LiF (0.8 nm)/Al (100 nm) achieved the high luminance of 6359 cd/m2 at the low driving voltage of 8 V. At a current density of 20 mA/cm2, a pure red emission with CIE coordinates of (0.65; 0.35) is observed for this device. Moreover, a power efficiency of 2.07 lm/W and a current efficiency of 5.17 cd/A at 20 mA/cm2 were obtained for the fabricated devices. The study of the energy level diagram of the devices revealed that the improvement in performance of the devices with buffer layers could be attributed to lowering of carrier-injecting barrier and more balanced charge injection and transport properties. 相似文献
