Inverted and suppressed direct response HMQC-TOCSY spectra - a convenient method of spectral editing

HMQC-TOCSY spectra provide a convenient means of establishing proton-proton connectivities in congested spectra of complex aromatic heterocycles. Advantage is taken of the greater dispersion of the ¹³C nmr spectrum to circumvent overlap which would preclude spectral interpretation through the usual COSY spectrum. A recently reported method for inverting direct responses (IDR) in HMQC-TOCSY spectra is demonstrated for [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]naphtho[2,1-g]quinoline. A modification of the IDR-HMQC-TOCSY method is also demonstrated which is capable of fully suppressing direct responses (SDR) without resorting to the timing of the onset of decoupling as in the original report of the HMQC-TOCSY experiment. SDR-HMQC-TOCSY has the further advantage of allowing the use of higher levels of digitization in F₂ than can be attained when broadband heteronuclear decoupling is employed.     

Conformation dependence of electronic structures of poly(ethylene oxide)

The electronic structure of pure poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) for four different polymeric chain conformations has been studied by Hartree-Fock (HF) and density functional theory (DFT) through the analysis of their valence band photoelectron spectroscopy (VB-PES), X-ray emission spectroscopy (XES), and resonant inelastic X-ray scattering (RIXS). It is shown that the valence band of PEO presents specific conformation dependence, which can be used as a fingerprint of the polymeric structures. The calculated spectra have been compared with experimental results for PEO powder.     

Preparation of mesoporous aluminophosphate using poly(amido amine) as template

Mesoporous aluminophosphate was prepared by using G4.0 poly(amido amine)dendrimer as a template and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and N₂ adsorption/desorption methods. Results show that the title compound exhibits a typical mesoporous structure with the average pore size from 5 to 8 nm. 微量元素与中医辩证分型

通过对两间小学639名学生进行微量元素检测及体格检查，并进行中医辩证分型，发现广州市部份小学生体内微量元素缺乏较严重，占体检总人数的62．3％，同时也存在营养不良，贫血、佝偻病，急慢性上呼吸道炎等、按中医辩证分型有肝热、脾气虚弱、肝血不足、肾气虚等，本文试从微量元素缺乏与中医辩证中找出两者之间的联系，以便于指导治疗，提高小学生的健康水平，增强体质和智力。     

有机硅氨基酸衍生物的研究

本文利用含氢有机硅化合物与含双键的氨基酸酯的加成反应,合成了5种新的有机硅氨基酸衍生物。介绍了一种合成N-烷基取代氨基酸酯的新方法。对新化合物进行了元素和光谱分析鉴定。     

羟丙基甲基纤维素作为水泥添加剂研究(四)

以萘磺酸甲醛缩合物为分散剂，水溶性羟丙基甲基纤维素衍生物为粘稠剂，研究了它们的混合物对混凝土材料的分散性与粘稠性及其它性能的影响，并探索了其作用机理。     

CsTmI3生成机理及其相转变

一般制备三元低价稀土卤化物多采用首先制备二卤化物(REX_2)或三卤化物(REX_3),然后与相应的碱金属卤化物或稀土金属反应而制得.但REX_2与REX_3极易氧化和水解,操作困难,且不易得到纯化合物,特别是Sm~(2+)、Tm~(2+)的卤化物,往往是REX_2中混有少量REX_3或相反。     

ATOMIC FORCE MICROSCOPY STUDIES OF POLYCAPROLACTONE RINGED SPHERULITES*

The surface morphology of free-surface PCL ringed spherulites was investigated by using atomic forcemicroscopy. The spherulites were obtained by crystallization of PCL/PVC blends of different compositions. It was found thatthe ringed spherulite exhibited regularly fluctuating rings on its surface. Compared with the bright-dark ring pattern of thespherulite under a polarizing microscope, it was proved that the optical characteristics of the ringed spherulite underpolarizing microscope coincided with its surface characteristics. The bright rings in polarizing micrographs of the spherulite coincided with the convex rings on its surface, while the dark rings coincided with the concave rings.     

Synthesis,crystal structure and reaction of differentially ring-substituted titanocene dichlorides

Summary A new class of differentially ring-substituted titanocene dichlorides of the type CpCpTiCl₂ has been prepared by reacting CpM (M=Li, K; Cp=RC₅H₄) with CpTiCl₃ (Cp=MeOCH₂CH₂C₅H₄). The crystal structure of Cp(PhCEt₂C₅H₄)TiCl₂, the first example, has been determined by x-ray diffraction and refined to a final R factor of 0.0532 for 2304 reflections. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic space group C _2h ⁵ –P2₁/c with unit cell parameters:a 10.205(6),b 13.003(5),c 17.591(9) Å, 101.91(4)°, V=2284 ų, Z=4 and Dc=1.32 g/cm^–3. Replacement of one neomenthyl in bis(neomenthyl-cyclopentadienyl)titanium dichloride by one MeOCH₂CH₂ — raises the e.e. value from 5.8% to 11.2% in the catalytic asymmetric hydrogenation of 2-phenyl-1-butene.
