Fabrication of silicon microwire arrays for?photovoltaic?applications

A?novel method of combining photolithography, wet chemical etching and oxidation process was proposed to fabricate large area of silicon microwire (SiMW) arrays. The dimensions of the SiMWs can be easily controlled by photomask and etching conditions. Solar cells based on the heterojunction between SiMW and double-walled carbon nanotubes (DWNTs) were constructed. The initial test on the DWNT/SiMW shows efficiency (??) of?0.59%. By adding a few drops of HBr/B₂ electrolyte, the efficiency was improved to 1.96% with J _sc=19.2?mA/cm² and V _oc=0.35?V, FF=29.2%, showing the potential of SiMWs in photovoltaic applications.     

Landsat ETM+在北方农牧交错带土壤沙化监测中的应用

北方农牧交错带是农业种植区与家畜放牧区相互交错的生态过渡地带,是多种生态系统的复合体.由于自然因素和人为因素的影响,农牧交错带土壤沙化问题日益严重,土壤沙化面积逐年扩大,关系到我国北部和中东部生态环境、经济发展和农牧区人民的生活质量等问题,亟需解决.近几年农牧交错带已经成为恢复生态学和全球气候变化研究的热点区域.针对土壤沙化的遥感监测是收集沙化土地现状及其动态变化的重要技术手段,可以为我国北方地区沙化的防治提供重要的实际数据.Landsat ETM+是研究区域尺度较为先进的多光谱遥感系统,应用十分广泛.主要阐述了Landsat ETM+系统特点以及在北方农牧交错带沙化监测中的应用,并且展望了这一系统将来的发展的景.     

傅里叶变换中红外光谱法检测脑膜瘤的研究

采用傅里叶变换衰减全反射中红外光谱法检测了24例液氮冻存的脑膜瘤离体样品(其中良性肿瘤12例,有恶性倾向的肿瘤12例),对得到的红外光谱进行整理分析,发现不同类型脑膜瘤组织(如纤维型脑膜瘤和内皮型脑膜瘤)的红外光谱存在着差异,并且同一种类型的脑膜瘤组织,其恶性倾向的程度不同,他们的红外光谱也表现出较为明显的区别,因此,我们可以从各个特征吸收峰的峰位、峰形及峰强等信息的变化来区分脑膜瘤,并可以初步鉴别脑膜瘤的性质;研究结果发现,通过某些特征吸收峰(如1 160cm-1)峰位的变化来鉴别脑膜瘤的性质与病理诊断结果的符合率大于85%,说明傅里叶变换衰减全反射中红外光谱法有可能发展成为一种对样品无损伤、快速的脑肿瘤诊断新方法。

In this paper,kinematic formulae in a real space form are investigated.A kinematic formula for homogeneous polynomial of degree 4 on the second fundamental forms in a real space form is obtained.The formula obtained is a concrete form of the result of Howard and the analogue of the known formula of Chen and Zhou.

用 Ｒ Ｔ Ｐ Ｃ Ｒ技术从 Ｃ Ｓ Ｆ Ｖ Ｈ Ｃ Ｌ Ｖ 株 Ｆ４８２ 代感染兔脾的细胞总 Ｒ Ｎ Ａ 中分段扩增出了 Ｃ Ｓ Ｆ Ｖ Ｅ２ 基因特异的３ 个部分重叠的 Ｄ Ｎ Ａ 片段（大小分别为 ４９９ ｂｐ、５７２ ｂｐ 和 ２４５ ｂｐ）,并将之分别克隆到ｐ Ｇ Ｅ Ｍ Ｔ 载体上 经核苷酸序列测定和片段重叠完成了包含 Ｅ２ 全长基因的 １ １４４ ｂｐ 序列的测定,其 Ｇ Ｃ含量为４９．０％ ：核苷酸序列与国外报道的各株病毒的 Ｅ２ 基因同源性分别为８３．５％ ～９７．５％ ;其推导的氨基酸序列的同源性也分别为８９．３％～９６．２％ ,变异主要分布在 Ｅ２ 蛋白的 Ｎ 半部分

This paper is devoted to constructing an authentication code with arbitration using subspaces of vector spaces over finite fields.Moreover,if we choose the encoding rules of the transmitter and the decoding rules of the receiver according to a uniform probability distribution,then some parameters and the probabilities of successful attacks are computed.

This paper constructs a class of Harish-Chandra modules with multiplicity ≤1 of the two parameter deformation of Virasoro algebra and proves a classification theorem.
