为更加快速灵敏简单的检测水产品中的孔雀石绿残留,通过原位聚合法,以10%的乙腈甲苯溶液为溶剂,MAA为功能单体、EGDMA为交联剂(模板分子与之比例为1:4:20),制备分子了印迹聚合物。通过包被MIP到96孔板上研发了以化学发光法检测的MG-MIP-96孔检测板,其标准曲线为y=-29197.49x + 1945998.45,R2 = 0.9416,线性范围时30-66.64ng/ml。检测限为3.355ng/ml,批内变异系数范围为7.38%-18.07%,批内回收率范围为103.41%-144.45%。批间变异系数范围为12.45%-17.52%,批间回收率范围为100.07%-143.20%。以孔雀石绿结构类似物副品红(PA)和结晶紫(CV)进行特异性检测的交叉率分别为27.97%、30.97%。说明此新型检测方法具有很大的研究价值和实际应用价值。  相似文献

The density functional theory was used to investigate the adsorption of CH4 and H2O on different rank coal surfaces.The coal rank is the dominant factor in affecting the adsorption capacity of coal.In order to better understand gas and water interaction with coal of different maturity,we developed fourteen coal models to represent the different rank coal.The interactions of CH4 and H2O with coal surfaces were studied and characterized by their adsorption energies,Mulliken charges and electrostatic potential surfaces.The results revealed that the interaction between coal and CH4 was weak physical adsorption,and that the interaction between coal and H2 O consisted of physical and chemical adsorption.Adsorption energy of coal–H2O system was larger than that of coal–CH4 on all rank coals,suggesting that the adsorption priority in the coal models is H2 O > CH4.Consequently,the injection of H2 O into the different rank coal could effectively enhance the coal bed methane(CBM) recovery.  相似文献

Stir bar sorptive extraction is an environmentally friendly microextraction technique based on a stir bar with various sorbents. A commercial stirrer is a good support, but it has not been used in stir bar sorptive extraction due to difficult modification. A stirrer was modified with carbon nanoparticles by a simple carbon deposition process in flame and characterized by scanning electron microscopy and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectrometry. A three‐dimensional porous coating was formed with carbon nanoparticles. In combination with high‐performance liquid chromatography, the stir bar was evaluated using five polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons as model analytes. Conditions including extraction time and temperature, ionic strength, and desorption solvent were investigated by a factor‐by‐factor optimization method. The established method exhibited good linearity (0.01–10 μg/L) and low limits of quantification (0.01 μg/L). It was applied to detect model analytes in environmental water samples. No analyte was detected in river water, and five analytes were quantified in rain water. The recoveries of five analytes in two samples with spiked at 2 μg/L were in the range of 92.2–106% and 93.4–108%, respectively. The results indicated that the carbon nanoparticle‐coated stirrer was an efficient stir bar for extraction analysis of some polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.  相似文献

A sandwich FAU–LTA zeolite dual‐layer membrane has been developed and used as a catalytic membrane reactor for the synthesis of dimethyl ether (DME). In the top H‐FAU layer with mild acidity, methanol is dehydrated to DME. The other reaction product, water, is removed in situ through a hydrophilic Na‐LTA layer, which is located between the porous alumina support and the H‐FAU top layer. The combination of mild acidity with the continuous removal of water results in high methanol conversion (90.9 % at 310 °C) and essentially 100 % DME selectivity. Furthermore, owing to the selective and continuous removal of water through the Na‐LTA membrane, catalyst deactivation can be effectively suppressed.  相似文献

采用聚氨酯泡塑富集硫脲洗脱-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定金矿石中金。对样品称样量、硫脲洗脱时间、磷酸三丁酯的吸附效果和铁元素的干扰等工作条件进行了优化,解决了泡沫塑料吸附效率低和铁元素的干扰等技术性难题,提高了分析结果的精密度和准确度,弥补了传统的泡沫塑料富集-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定金矿石中金量的不足,方法检出限为0.06 μg/g,测定范围为 0.2 μg/g~100 μg/g,测定结果与标准值符合性较好,无显著性差异,精密度(RSD, n = 9) 小于2%。方法具有快速、简便、实用等优点,分析误差满足常规化学分析法的要求,能满足金矿石中金量的快速、准确测定。  相似文献

以浙江省6大重点水库为研究对象,采用市场价值法、影子工程法和成果参照法等方法对水库生产与供给、娱乐文化和环境调节3大功能类别的9个子服务功能进行分析与价值评估.结果表明,浙江省6大重点水库的生态服务功能总价值为4.1132×1010元·a-1,其中直接价值为2.0228×1010元·a-1,间接价值为2.0904×1010元·a-1.各水库生态系统服务功能单位面积价值量均值为58.22元·m-2·a-1,且皎口-周公宅水库湖山湖水库汤浦水库新安江水库珊溪水库长潭水库.本研究亦表明,水库作为一种资源是环境体系的重要组成部分,对人类社会的发展起着直接或间接的支撑作用.  相似文献

The articular cartilage (AC) can be seen as a biphasic poroelastic material. The cartilage deformation under compression mainly leads to an interstitial fluid flow in the porous solid phase. In this paper, an analytical poroelastic model for the AC under laboratorial mechanical testing is developed. The solutions of interstitial fluid pressure and velocity are obtained. The results show the following facts. (i) Both the pressure and fluid velocity amplitudes are proportional to the strain loading amplitude. (ii) Both the amplitudes of pore fluid pressure and velocity in the AC depend more on the loading amplitude than on the frequency. Thus, in order to obtain the considerable fluid stimulus for the AC cell responses, the most effective way is to increase the loading amplitude rather than the frequency. (iii) Both the interstitial fluid pressure and velocity are strongly affected by permeability variations. This model can be used in experimental tests of the parameters of AC or other poroelastic materials, and in research of mechanotransduction and injury mechanism involved interstitial fluid flow.  相似文献

为了准确分析T 形曲梁的静力学特性,该文考虑了剪滞翘曲应力自平衡条件、剪力滞后和剪切变形等因素的影响. 同时为了更好地反映T 形曲梁翼板的位移变化,4 个广义位移函数被引入,分析中以能量变分原理为基础建立了T 形曲梁静力学特性的控制微分方程和自然边界条件. 算例中,分析了剪滞翘曲应力自平衡条件、不同载荷形式和曲梁半径R 等因素对T 形曲梁静力学特性的影响,该文解析解与有限元数值解吻合更好,说明了该文方法的有效性.  相似文献
