分别以聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚(丙交酯-乙交酯)(PLGA)和牛血清白蛋白(BSA)为冠、壳和核层材料,采用三层同轴电喷技术制备得到微米颗粒.激光共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)显示,该方法制备得到的微米颗粒呈现核-壳-冠结构.通过脱去该微米颗粒的PEG冠层(模板),得到包载有BSA的纳米颗粒.研究发现,随着壳层PLGA溶液进样速度的减慢,去模板后纳米颗粒的粒径从约146 nm减小到68 nm.BSA在纳米颗粒中的包埋率可高达78.3%,并且其释放没有显著的药物暴释现象.圆二色谱结果表明,同轴电喷过程对BSA二级结构影响很小.因此,利用三层同轴电喷-去模板法可制备得到粒径可调控的蛋白质纳米载体系统,并且该过程中蛋白质的结构基本维持不变. 相似文献

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) films were prepared via thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) using diphenyl carbonate as the diluter in an attempt to disclose the competitive relationship between crystal growth and droplet growth during phase separation process. By varying the quenching temperature different temperature gradient fields were established, which were theoretically evaluated via enthalpy transformation method. The effects of polymer concentration and quenching temperature on evolution of hierarchical morphologies in TIPS films were systematically investigated. According to the morphological characteristics, the cross-sectional morphology of the films with lower polymer concentration (ΦP = 25%) could be divided into three layers; while that of higher polymer concentration counterpart (ΦP = 55%) only presented a bi-layered structure. The reason for this could be ascribed to the effect of cooling rate on both crystal growth and droplet growth during TIPS process, which further determined the formation of the hierarchical structure in microporous films. With an increasing quenching temperature, both pore size and porosity of PVDF films increased, accompanied by an improvement on both thermal stability and dynamic mechanical thermal property. The present study could insightfully supply a facile route to fabricate structure-controllable microporous films of crystalline polymers via an appropriate regulation of the TIPS quenching parameters. 相似文献

Single rare-earth ions doped in solids are one kind of the promising candidates for quantum nodes towards a scalable quantum network.Realizing a universal set of high-fidelity gate operations is a central requirement for functional quantum nodes.Here we propose geometric gate operations using the hybridized states of electron spin and nuclear spin of an ion embedded in a crystal.The fidelities of these geometric gates achieve 0.98 in the realistic experimental situations.We also show the robustness of geometric gates to pulse fluctuations and to environment decoherence.These results provide insights for geometric phases in dissipative systems and show a potential application of high fidelity manipulations for future quantum internet nodes. 相似文献

Monosaccharides play significant roles in daily metabolism in living organisms. Although various devices have been constructed for monosaccharide identification, most rely on the specificity of the natural enzyme. Herein, inspired by natural ionic channels, an asymmetrical MOF-in-nanochannel architecture is developed to discriminate monosaccharide enantiomers based on cascade reactions by combining oxidase-mimicking and Fenton-like catalysis in homochiral mesoporous CuMOF pockets. The identification performance is remarkably enhanced by the increased oxidase-mimicking activity of Au nanoparticles under a local surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) excitation. The apparent steady-state kinetic parameters and nano-fluidic simulation indicate that the different affinities induced by Au-LSPR excitation and the confinement effect from MOF pockets precipitate the high chiral sensitivity. This study offers a promising strategy for designing an enantiomer discrimination device and helps to gain insight into the origin of stereoselectivity in a natural enzyme.An asymmetrical architecture is developed to discriminate monosaccharide enantiomers based on enzyme-like cascade reactions in homochiral CuMOF pockets.
