In Vitro Anticancer Activity of Nanoformulated Mono- and Di-nuclear Pt Compounds

Nanoformulations of mononuclear Pt complexes cis-PtCl₂(PPh₃)₂ ( 1 ), [Pt(PPh₃)₂(L−Cys)] ⋅ H₂O ( 3 , L−Cys=L-cysteinate), trans-PtCl₂(PPh₂PhNMe₂)₂ ( 4 ; PPh₂PhNMe₂=4-(dimethylamine)triphenylphosphine), trans-PtI₂(PPh₂PhNMe₂)₂ ( 5 ) and dinuclear Pt cluster Pt₂(μ-S)₂(PPh₃)₄ ( 2 ) have comparable cytotoxicity to cisplatin against murine melanoma cell line B16F10. Masking of these discrete molecular entities within the hydrophobic core of Pluronic® F-127 significantly boosted their solubility and stability, ensuring efficient cellular uptake, giving in vitro IC₅₀ values in the range of 0.87–11.23 μM. These results highlight the potential therapeutic value of Pt complexes featuring stable Pt−P bonds in nanocomposite formulations with biocompatible amphiphilic polymers.

A proximal gradient descent method for the extended second-order cone linear complementarity problem

We consider an extended second-order cone linear complementarity problem (SOCLCP), including the generalized SOCLCP, the horizontal SOCLCP, the vertical SOCLCP, and the mixed SOCLCP as special cases. In this paper, we present some simple second-order cone constrained and unconstrained reformulation problems, and under mild conditions prove the equivalence between the stationary points of these optimization problems and the solutions of the extended SOCLCP. Particularly, we develop a proximal gradient descent method for solving the second-order cone constrained problems. This method is very simple and at each iteration makes only one Euclidean projection onto second-order cones. We establish global convergence and, under a local Lipschitzian error bound assumption, linear rate of convergence. Numerical comparisons are made with the limited-memory BFGS method for the unconstrained reformulations, which verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.     

硅衬底上锗硅合金光波导设计及工艺的优化考虑

报道用射频加热化学气相沉积法制备Ｓｉ／ＧｅＳｉ／Ｓｉ大断面单模脊形光波导中设计和工艺的进一步完善，ＧｅＳｉ合金层中Ｇｅ的含量Ｘ要满足脊形光波导是单模，光波导的数值，孔径接近单模光纤值，脊高小于临界厚度值等，计算表明兼顾上述三项要求应取ｘ＝１～３％，脊的高与宽受大断面及单模的制约。Ｓｉ的晶体结构使脊的二个腐蚀侧壁是斜坡，为此起始脊宽取５～６μｍ为宜；腐蚀液，抛光液的选取人保证脊则壁及波导面端的优良镜     

一类带非线性边界条件的拟线性抛物方程的第二初边值问题

利用先验估计的方法讨论具非线性第二边界条件的快扩散方程解的存在性、唯一性、稳定性和渐近性.主要结果是:1)存在唯的整体广义解,解连续依赖于初值;2)存在T₀,t<T₀时解是无穷次可微的正则解;3)当t充分大时,解一致收敛到零.     

Study on inclusion complexes of meso-tetrakis(2-thienyl)porphyrin and Cu-meso-tetrakis(2-thienyl)porphyrin with cyclodextrins by spectroscopy method

In phosphate buffer solution of pH5.4, the interaction of meso-tetrakis(2-thienyl)porphyrin(H₂TTP) and Cu-meso-tetrakis(2-thienyl)porphyrin(Cu-TTP) with α-cyclodextrin(α-CD), β-CD, γ-CD, heptakis(2,3,6-tri-O-methyl)-β-CD(TM-β-CD) has been studied by means of UV-vis, fluorescence and ¹HNMR spectroscopy, respectively. The H₂TTP and Cu-TTP can form 1:2 inclusion complexes with TM-β-CD and 1:1 inclusion complexes with the other three cyclodextrins. In this paper, the inclusion constants (K) of H₂TTP and Cu-TTP for the formation of the inclusion complexes have been estimated from the changes of absorbance and fluorescence intensity in phosphate buffer solution. The inclusive capabilities of different kinds of cyclodextrins are compared. The result shows that the inclusion ability of α-CD with H₂TTP and Cu-TTP is the strongest among the three native CDs. The inclusion ability of modified β-CD with H₂TTP and Cu-TTP is stronger, compared to the native β-CD, which indicates that the capacity matching plays a crucial role in the inclusion procedure except for the hydrophobic effect. In addition ¹HNMR spectra supports the inclusion conformation of the TM-β-CD-Cu-TTP inclusion complex, indicating the interaction mechanism of inclusion processes.

Palladium-catalyzed oxidative carbonylation of benzylic C-H bonds via nondirected C(sp3)-H activation

A new strategy for generating benzylpalladium reactive species from toluenes via nondirected C(sp(3))-H activation has been developed. This led to construction of an efficient Pd-catalyzed reaction protocol for the oxidative carboxylation of benzylic C-H bonds to form substituted 2-phenylacetic acid esters and derivatives from inexpensive, commercially available starting materials.     

新显色剂二溴对甲基偶氮甲磺光度测定稀土的研究和应用

研究了新显色剂二溴对甲基偶氮甲磺光度测定铈组稀土总量的方法，在酸性介质中，试剂与以铈组稀土为代表稀土形成蓝色配合物，在６４４ｎｍ有最大吸收，铈含量在０～１５μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比耳定律，方法应用于钢铁中铈组稀土总量的直接测定，发现其准确性和重视性良好。     

新显色剂对溴苯酚偶氮若丹宁光度法测定Au（Ⅲ）的研究

提出了以显色剂对溴苯酚偶氮若丹宁[5-(5-溴-2-羟基苯偶氮)若丹宁]作为光度法测定Au(Ⅲ)试剂的新方法。在1.2mol·L~(-1)盐酸介质及阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)存在下,Au(Ⅲ)与试剂形成桔红色配合物,545nm处有最大吸收,摩尔吸光系数ε为7.75×10~4,Au(Ⅲ)浓度在0～44μg/25ml范围内服从比耳定律。方法灵敏度高,选择性好,配合物的稳定时间长,操作简便,已成功地应用于含金废水中Au(Ⅲ)的测定。
